Meh. I thought this might be a good place to find an inexpensive mattress. I also thought they were exclusively carrying overstock or closeouts, which was why their prices were lower, but I was assured they dont. Not sure if I believe that.Admittedly when asked, they push a brand named Sapphire but they did have a few Serta. They have hybrids, memory foam and some legacy styles.Im not sure what turned us off.Maybe it was the lack of knowledge by the salesman when asked about specifics on a mattress.Maybe it was the open air warehouse or the unprofessional appearance of the office and the staff. Everyone was nice but we just ended up going somewhere else.

Randi was so helpful! With some distributors being delayed due to COVID, she took the time to locate a seller, so we could order our bedroom furniture. She kept me in the loop regarding when we could expect delivery to her store, and her delivery and setup team were awesome - Kind, timely, and efficient! Called and set appointment this morning and was able to get in at 1:45 this afternoon. Jesse was extremely helpful and patient as i tried mattress after mattress after mattress. We have had the privilege of dealing with Randi multiple times, over the years, with our mattress needs and issues. She has gone way beyond the call of duty to help us and to please us. Our last purchase was the Sapphire Hybrid. We are beyond pleased with our purchase, with Randi, and the whole Boxdrop experience. Our only sadness is that it might be another few years before we will be in the market for another mattress purchase. Amazing store with top notch employees. I know that at the end of the day, business‘ are trying to make money, but I didn’t feel like they were people trying to get me to spend money on something I didn’t need. Rather, they were straightforward, helpful, and informative in allowing me to make my best decision based on what I perceived was most cost efficient for the desired comfort and warranty I desired. Great company, and they deliver all around the metroplex! Highly recommended

When looking for a mattress please take your time or you may end up with a bad deal like me. Please shop at a store where you can return if unsatisfied with the quality after purchasing. I hate the mattress that I purchased. It feels nothing like the mattress that my husband and I tried out at the warehouse.

I bought a mattress from this place and the guy that sold to me told me that I could bring the mattress back within 30 days if it didn’t work out. Well I called to bring the mattress back and Randi said that they didn’t do that and basically called me a liar saying no one told me that. I had 3 other people with me that heard the guy tell me that. But she still insisted I was lying. Also initially when I first inquired about a mattress, one price was told to me then I get there and the prices were mysteriously raised. Avoid this place if you can ladies and gentlemen. They are truly a rip off! I was going to even spend about 7 grand getting other stuff with them today, but I’m taking my money and business somewhere else where I won’t be called a liar with witnesses. Horrible place!!! Avoid if you can!!

Really wanted to like this place! They were very friendly but in the long run feels like a rip off. Low prices advertised but when you go in none of the beds are that price. My mattress is terrible and sadly they don’t offer returns or exchanges.
