This review comes from a Version customer, so I havent had to deal with T-Mobiles network. I do have to say though, going into their store was a unique experience that Ill never have again. The fact that the employees are very knowledgable in their professions, and happen to create a relaxed mood makes me feel like this could be such an obscure chill spot for the local teenagers. Its that relaxed.
I went into T-Mobile in Roy today to see if I could get my daughter’s phone screen fixed and was greeted right away with a “Hi there! Welcome to T-Mobile! We’ll be right with you!” After a brief wait, Jake R. Came out from the back and helped me submit an insurance claim. We talked a bit while doing so and found we have a lot in common. He is very knowledgeable and kept me at ease the entire time. After the claim was submitted, I noticed a sale sign for an Onyx speaker and asked him about it. Jake R. then showed me the speaker and explained how the sale worked. I wanted the speaker anyway, so getting it at a huge discount plus an accessory always a huge bonus! For a while I was the only patron in the store and other members of staff came to talk with Jake and I about the products I was purchasing and what I might use them for. I felt super special because I haven’t ever been treated like this in any other store I had been in. I will definitely be back for all of my phone needs and seek Jake R out!!
Austin and jack had terrible customer service. They took a screen protector off and did not replace it after we decided to not upgrade. They also told us that if they accept a trade in and doesnt pass quality control then THEY personally would have money taken from their check? Mind you the phone had no big issues. Still should have been eligible for trade in. They also didnt have ANY good information. They had no knowledge of how much trade ins are and no knowledge of what they were suppose to be doing. They couldnt pull up pricing to see how much a monthly payment would be?! We took our phone to the WALL location and they took the phone NO PROBLEM. austin and jack need some more training under their belt before they should be on the floor. It was embarrassing listening to them talk and not know what they were saying. If I could rate ZERO I would. But the WALL LOCATION IS AMAZING. dont waste your time In the roy location.
Im from out of town. Had a Crack in my screen protector. Been with T- Mobile since 1997. This was the best service Ive ever received. I wish I could remember the name of the gentleman who helped me. He was really tall and blonde. Thank you for your excellent service and treating me so well.

Went in to take advantage of a great deal on upgrades for 3 of my lines. Jacob R helped me through the entire process and answered all of my questions. If he didnt know or was unsure he hit up his manager and confirmed. He did a great job at making me feel like I was getting a good deal.

Very unprofessional. I used to work at t mobile and I came to this location to trade (Jump) my Jump on Demand phone. The associate I was with didnt know what he was doing, which Im not upset with one bit because of the manager he had. He asked the manager for help and he accused me of committing fraud because the manager didnt know what he was talking about. When I told them I used to work at t-mobile not too long ago and know how this works, it was then that the manager confided that he didnt know how to do jump on demand. Totally uncool to accuse customers of fraud when they dont know what theyre doing. I ended up going to the Harrisville location, which Sky was super helpful and did my jump on demand in 5 minutes.
Jacob R. made the visit to the T-Mobile store very fun. He was very energetic and happy to help us with whatever we needed. He’s the guy to go to for all your T-Mobile needs. My dad really enjoyed his customer service and had a blast hanging out at the store. Thanks Jacob!

It was a spontaneous decision to visit this particular store a couple of months ago and I am glad that I did. I wasnt sure if I was going to change service providers or not and the one I was with is great. But this store is fully equipped with all you need, the associates are well trained, and they definitely take their job seriously. I give a 5/5.

Fantastic service! I pre-purchased a plan online and went in to this location to finalize the service plan and these guys took care of me my situation was different than most because I was requesting the use of eSim instead of a traditional sim which required a lot of phone calls. Today I took down an old review from a year ago where I was upset. A new employee named Jacob helped me with my assurance policy and was helpful, understanding, cool and funny. Even so he doesnt make money by filing a claim he helped after my calls werent working out to assurant.

My occupational career was in Management and Marketing. I spent years training people from a few employees to large corporations. I as well owned and operated an Exotic/Avian store in Las Vegas and my Husband and I owned and operated a Sky Diving Center (Outlaw Sky Diving) in the same area. I have managed and trained a vast number of people in my career (and I am picky about customer service). I had the great opportunity to meet Jake at this location. I usually have a spare battery charger for my phone and had forgot to put one in my purse. A friend had given me a ride to the Asian Market there in the same plaza. I was on my phone and it died. I seen the T-Mobile Store and headed over to purchase a new charger so I could call for a Lyft. Jake helped me find a charger that I was going to purchase. We started talking about my situation of not having a charged battery with me and the fact that I had 4 of them at home. He said “Let’s find a cord and put enough charge on it to get you home”. This kind of customer service is so very rare to find these and it was so wonderful to chat with him until my ride came and I have to say that he is very charming young man with a wonderful warm personality. Also, I have to say that it is the first time I have ever walked into a cellular store and not felt like I was smothered by an overly pushy, being hovered over person that was looking to boost their commission. T-MOBILE you are so very lucky 🍀 to have this wonderful young, charming man as your employee. I hope you treat him well and give him a raise because you have an employee who us worth his weight in gold. Best customer service I have ever had.Thank you Jake! Stay healthy and happy.

I just came in today after having a horrible horrible time getting an app back on my tablet. It contacted tmobile customer service, the app developer, and even Google to fix it, and none could fix it. They even suggested I contact the developer of the app. Because of this, I was going to upgrade my phone (I have a flip phone). But Braely in the store suggested that he look at the tablet to see if he could fix it. I laughed at him cause noone could fix the issue. I brought the tablet in and within 5 minutes he fixed the issue and brought back the app and fixed all the issues. Keep in mind that no IT professional nor technical support was able to help, but Braely did. So you should know how valuable braely is to this company. Without him I would be sunk. I truly suggest the manager take him to lunch or give him a bonus because he is amazing
So slow. I waited 10min without being greeted. Then went and got taco bell. Awnsered their survey for an extra taco then ate all the tacos and said extra went back and they still did not even greet me or tell me it would be a few minutes. Two other people came and left while i was waiting.Total time waited was 45+ minutes without a hello.
I received the extra mile of customer service. Called Gage/Roy Store because I was having problems. He is one great guy. I wish I could thank him not just with a few words on this survey. Had previously gone to the Tmobile in Riverdale by Starbucks and received terrible service. The employee was not helpful at all and didnt make an effort to help me with my problem. I left and drove to the Tmobile store on Harrison and I thought LANDON, the store manager, had helped me out with all my needs, but he didnt. I am so upset and disappointed with my service that I am rewriting my review and giving them 1 star. I wasted 4 hours with Landon at the tmobile store and he didnt provide everything that was done because he closed the store before finishing his transaction with me. He said he would give me a $15 dollar credit which he never did. He said I was going to get a free line if I paid $20 dollars and I never got the free line. I still havent gotten my free Netflix account and my phone bill for 2 phones was $400 which is completely wrong! I went back to tmobile store to find him and he was never there. Then someone else tried to help me and they werent able to resolve my problem and they had me waiting for 3 hours. I went to another tmobile store and they had me over an hour and they said I was overcharged and that they couldnt do anything, that I had to go back to the store I had originally purchased my phone. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL. TERRIBLE SERVICE AND I HAVE NO ONE AT TMOBILE STORE HAS HELPED ME RESOLVE THIS YET.... I AM JUST GOING BACK AND FORTH WASTING MY TIME AND GETTING OVER CHARGED. VERY UPSET AND ANGRY ABOUT THIS.
I have few to no complaints about the service Ive had with T-Mobile for the past 10 years but the customer service I received from this location was not near satisfactory. I showed up a little before 5pm, Cesar was first to assist me with adding a line for my Apple Watch. About 5-10 minutes in when my phone and watch were pairing, he started pacing back and forth and even told another team member I gotta get outta here. Im sorry that its your job to assist customers and youre open til 8! I understand your shift ends at 5 but heaven forbid you continue to help the customer until their issue has been resolved. Cesar asked Mike for help and he also had to get out of there. Im shocked with the lack of quality customer service by both of them. I left with my Apple Watch and phone not connecting and Cesar said it should work in 2 hours and if not, to come back. Sure enough, he wanted to get out of there and my Apple Watch didnt work! I went BACK to the store, Landon was very nice and apologized for the customer service I received when I was just in there about an hour ago. Come to find out that Cesar and Mike are both managers! Horrible customer service from them. Thanks Landon for being super nice and willing to help! Customer service was able to fix my issue after an hour on the phone but Cesar shouldnt have left until he knew I was set. Absolutely will not return to this location.

Worked a lot with Ceasar and another dude who were awesome. They were very knowledgeable and very thorough. I was there for like 2 hours calling people and triple checking details and adding people to my account. They definitely earned their money. Landon and Joe are great! Went in for a phone upgrade and Landon helped me. I told him that I wasnt looking for the latest and greatest and he helped me find phone for me rather than trying to sell me on the more expensive phones like what has happened in the past from other t-mobile stores. I went in 2 days later to buy the phone but Landon wasnt there so Joe helped me and was very nice and easy to work with, similar to how Landon was. I was pleased.
This store has been well managed and the workers have always been very polite and helpful when Ive visited. Its usually to switch out Sim cards and theyve always been able to accommodate me. Ive been to a couple of other stores and the salesman were much pusher. The salesman at this store allow you to browse without hassling you whole youre trying out new handsets.
Landon, Joe and Jack were amazing. Im not IT savy but they kindly assisted me through all of my issues and challenges without making me feel stupid. I got a great plan with a great deal on all 3 devices. I love my Galaxy watch and the revvlry phone is awesome. Great security features btw. I feel like I have three more friends on standby when I need them. Thanks so much and great job guys!

Every time I go to this t Mobile the customer service reps are always snooty and rude. I simply went In there to ask about a phone I was selling and why it wasn’t unlocked, and the rep just seemed annoyed and like I was in the way. The only t Mobile I intend to go to I inside Layton hills mall.
This t mobile sucked. Their selection of phones on display was very limited. The condition of the store was poor. Lastly, and most importantly, we were treated disrespectfully by associates when asking questions about upgrading our phones. As customers for 15 years this was not the service we were expecting. Very disappointed.

My husband and I came in for the trade in promo for the s9. I personally used my jump and got the process done quite fast. On the other hand my husband paid off the $25 owed on his phone so he could get the 50% off on the s9. Well she said there was a glitch in the system saying that he already did a trade in with his phone, which is not possible due to the fact that we just barely paid it off. Saying she was going to fix it, here we are 2 hours later getting told that they had to put in a reset my MIE that will take 7 business days. He walked out with no phone when it was not even our fault. She also seemed like it was not even a big deal. This same store also told us that the 50% promo ended last Sunday when clearly it is still going on. Not only did they lose a sale but we will not be coming back to this location.
T-MOB stores are so much more pleasant to visit than Verizons or ATTs. The staff arent pushy and nearly all of have fair to excellent knowledge of their products and can help with simple trouble-shooting plus answer How do I do X on this phone?

Worst customer service ever.Unless you are buying something so they get commission they have no time to really help you and feed you lies to get to a person who might buy a phone or other things. They messed up my phone just to get me to buy another phone. I am going with another carrier if t-mobile doesnt help me . I am not going to those punks at the small stores. He took a lot of time flirting with a young girl while I waited.Also, do they think that just because all 3 of them are Hispanic that they can make negative remarks about you to each other and you dont know what they are saying. A lot of people speak and know Spanish. They need to be reprimanded.
Went it to upgrade my paid off phone and felt like my salesperson didnt know too much about the phones..explained what i was looking for but she didnt go into detail about any phone that may be best for me..i ended up choosing a newer version of my previous phone..then she tells me there is a $20 upgrade charge..i asked why since my phone is paid off..literally a shrug of the shoulders and a smile was her response..ok..then she installs my $40 screen protector and says give it 48 hours to fully settle..24 hours later had to go back in cuz the protector was too far to the right..a week later the protector still had unsettled edges so had to go back in a 3rd time to just return the protector..other than that service was ok and staff were friendly..

GO TO ANOTHER TMOBILE LOCATION. We started a plan and the dude tried to get as much money as he could for himself instead of giving us what he said he was giving us. He lied and instead of giving us a family plan we were given two INDIVIDUAL plans. Which would have caught us an arm and a leg. They also made so many errors in typing our account numbers and our old numbers(so no numbers ported). even though the numbers were right in front of his face. Luckily we went to Layton on a whim and the dude looked at our account and fixed it. Needless to say we will never go here again.
