We love CVS. The pharmacy has never let us down. We have had prescriptions called in plus brought in a few to them in to be filled. Weve had our shots here. Theyre always professional, courteous fast, and informative. The coupons and points are great. They have great prices on vitamins and supplements. We highly recommend this CVS.
I went with a friend to get the third covid shot but forgot to bring proof of other shots. Everyone must bring some record of the earlier shots.
Everytime I get a prescription sent here and I wait in line in the drive thru, I get to the window to be told that they are just finishing it up and go ahead a drive around again! WTH!! Just give me the medication! I will be taking my business elsewhere! Worst customer service ever!!
Terrible customer service. I ordered my prescription online early in the day, showed up and waited in the drive through line for 20 minutes only to be told my prescription wasn’t ready and to come back or wait in the extremely long line again. When I complained about the service the rude girl that was “helping” me told me to get a job there if I was unhappy with the service. Ridiculous, I would give zero stars if possible.
Multiple times they have texted us telling us that a prescription has been filled only to find out later that it was out of refills and we would have to wait a week to get the needed medication. Never had any issues with any other pharmacies. Only CVS
I went to the drive up pharmacy tonight, my phone had sent me a Prescription refill notice, that it was done and waiting, two days before. This was my first chance to make it to this location, I live a good 20 minutes drive away. Daja, helped me at the window, said there was nothing waiting for me. I explained that I had gotten a notice, on my phone, she asked what medication I needed, I couldn’t remember the name off the top of my head. So she flat out told me to go home, and call when I knew the name of what I wanted. And shut the window in my face. Discouraged, I drove around and went inside, I had just fought all this traffic, got gas in my car just to make the trip, and all I accomplished was having the window shut in my face. The employees on the inside of the store looked it up for me, again told me that my medicine was put back, and I had to wait again. But at least I didn’t have to drive home, and hunt for a bottle that I had most likely all ready tossed away because it was empty. So not too thrilled with how I was treated tonight, I understand they get busy, but I felt like a down right bother for wanting what I needed.
Cannot get thru by phone- EVER! And The endless automated phone calls requesting a callback regarding irrelevant info are beyond frustrating! Would NEVER recommend this pharmacy!
LOVE CVS. If you work it right, you can get insane deals. Spent $0.80 on a $15.00 moisturizer. Sign up for their care pass and take advantage of their extra bucks.
Recently switch to cvs in Roy absolute worst mistake there very unprofessional and very rude act so irritated that they have to there job non of my prescriptions were ready they were sent 2 days before being picked up to be told I’ll have to come back in a hour so came the next night still not ready I’ll be going to Walgreens
Staci, I believe her name was, was helpful and kind. She even welcomed use as my son and I entered. The renovation robbed us of the restroom facilities, which was disappointing.
They are supposed to be open until 10pm. Got here at 9pm and everything was locked up with all the employees just standing around.
I came here to buy masks and they told me they were all sold out. What a joke. Not coming here again
GREAT PLACE!! FAST PICTURES READY AND LOTS OF OPTIONS FOR PRINTING!!
This CVS location is always out of stock on my reoccurring prescriptions.
Staff is always helpful and nice. I had three young children, one that was sick and shouldn’t go inside. The kind man at the window was so helpful and was willing to find a thermometer I needed so I didn’t have to bring my kids in.
Helpful and not busy.
Im in there quite often not only because theyre close, but because the customer service is outstanding. The store manager usually greets me and knows my little 4 year old grandson that usually comes with me. The pharmacy staff are nice and patient when Im asking questions. We also love the rewards program, might as well get something back for buying things youll have to buy anyway!
I just had all prescriptions sent somewhere else. This place is absolutely ridiculous, they called and told me that they would no longer refill my prescriptions because they dont agree with my doctor. Mind you they have been refilling the same prescriptions since December. My prescriptions are covered by my insurance and they are Doctor approved. Not ok to cut someone off their meds due to their own beliefs and issues with the Physician. Not to mention highly unprofessional to bring an innocent patient into their war. Totally fine I will just never go their again for anything.
Worst pharmacy Ive been to besides Walmart thought since it was close to my home I would be good to do that one just got back surgery a couple days ago and went to refill perscription which was pregabalin and a pain med they tried to charge me around 200 something and substituted my pain med for over the counter tylenol and tried to charge me over 30 for that one pharmacist is not a doctor who has spent time with a patient knowing patient needs cvs would do well firing him they lost my business and I will share with friends and family
I not sure I would ever trust these folks with my photos to be sent out. I left mine 3 weeks ago and I have tried to get the status but their tracking system has been down for the last three days.
I bought a lot of stuff here and paid for it and just grabbed my bags and left. Since it was almost closing time. I went home and was getting everything out and noticed I have 5 items missing and looked though my receipt and yes I paid for them. I even went back to my car to see if i have one bag but there wasnt. I called them and she said she worked that night and didnt see anything left. So I said I paid for these items and I cant get a refund since I dont have the items. She said she will contact the other cashier if there was anything left. I told her its like I wasted money alot of money. She said sorry, call tomorrow for the general manager.
Pharmacy staff isn’t very bright. Scary thought that they are dispensing drugs with the potential to harm people. So far it’s now day THREE of trying to get some scripts filled. If they are unable to distinguish a local dr from one in the Midwest, how can I feel comfortable that they can dispense drugs? Time to find a pharmacy that actually pays attention.
I always have a good experience there
Customer Service is WONDERFUL!My daughters had fallen asleep in the car and I didnt want to wake them up to go in for the single item I needed. The gentleman at the pharmacy drive thru gladly assisted me regardless of me not purchasing a prescription. Extremely helpful and the kids didnt wake up!
Knowingly sold me a stamp book with five stamps missing. I was in a big hurry to get to work so I didnt even notice until later and I couldnt go back. But the manager had to grab it from the back office and mentioned something to the cashier which is shady to me.
Disrespectful to my wife... Twice!
I get messages that my order is ready and then it’s not. I wait 45 minutes and it’s still not ready. I can’t wait around all night but they seem to expect me to.
Cvs pharmacy is the best! Always so nice and always so helpful. I love the text messaging refills and reminders as well!
The pharmacy staff is completely incompetent. I would get texts and phone calls saying my prescription was filled and ready to pick up and then I would drive the hour and a half it takes to get there and they hadn’t filled it. They hadn’t even called my doctor to get a refill. This has happened 6 times and I finally had to switch pharmacies. Go to any other CVS— this one is not worth your time and the stress they cause.
Is a great place, except the pharmacy they need better staffing there. Other than the pharmacy being a bunk, the store is great. Switched to walgreens for medications
How does it take 10 minutes per car to fill a prescription? This place is rediculously slow. Dont go here of you have a choice
My go to local store for when Im avoiding Walmart. Its like a small town store. Their employees are great, friendly and kind. You can tell they actually take pride in their work.
They have become so unpersonal
Was closed an hour earlier then hours posted?
They never answer the phone. Ive called a few times with a general question and I cant get through to anybody.
I had my prescriptions there for about a year and in that year they have gone from everything from not having the medication that I need and they know I need on a monthly basis like somebody could order it maybe?I guess the best part of the story would be the time that they gave me 30 more Percocet tens than they were supposed to whoops and then when I gave themback their count was still off so not only did someone try to give me way too many pills and try to make it my problem when I gave it back the count was off so what does that say about their Staffing? They order pills I dont need, and have no idea what Chronic pain is, or Acute pain. I was given a prescription right before surgery and then my doctor needed to change that prescription while I was still in the hospital and when my wife went there to go and try fill it they wouldnt fill it for her thats the difference between chronic and acute pain acute pain is something you would have directly after surgery but didnt work out that way please go get your drugs on the street before you decide to go here
Roy Ut store, I was treated poorly by pharmacy staff, in fact, by the pharmacist. Apparently my RX gives them license to do so. The last time I filled an RX there (CVS is the only pham covered by my insurance) they filled the RX short, charged me full price and would not fill the balance. They told me to go back to my Dr for a new RX. I understand that there are rules and I can follow a rule but I dont need to be treated like a bad puppy and have my nose rubbed in it.I was so happy to discover that CVS was also in Target so that I had another option. I highly recommend the CVS at the Layton Ut. Target where you are actually treated like a valued customer.I have also submitted a review to their corporate offices.
It would be nice if the show the pharmacy hours on there website. Now I have to wait till morning to get my meds. Just another sleepless night. Thanks but heads
Needs better pharmacy staff. Changing pharmacy to Walmart at least they try to get a hold of your dr
Great pharmacy. Always have my meds ready and waiting for pick up. Never have to wait in long lines. Now those of you complaining about the website not showing pharmacy hours; it shows both store and pharmacy hours on the store locator page.
These pharmacy techs actually do their job unlike Walgreens. 👍👍👍
Stupid plan forces me to come all the way from Logan....
Great service!
Nice staff.
Great people
