Dealing with Caliber Collision was a remarkable experience. The office staff were helpful, Andre did a great job keeping me informed every step of the way, the repairs were perfect, and the work was finished earlier than expected. I give them an A+ Rating.

After having previously been in in for a damage estimate, my second visit was to bring my vehicle in for repairs. (I didnt really have a great feeling about the representative that was assigned to me because he seemed abrupt, somewhat angry, and did not field questions very well without seeming defensive. Nevertheless, the shop received good reviews, and I trusted them as a whole.) When we did our second walk-around the vehicle before I left with my rental car and I advised the representative that I only wanted to make repairs which had been damaged the worst because during this time I did not currently have the full $1,000 for my deductible. He had me go in circles talking about whether the entire driver side had been affected, and I said yes, but I only wanted the front part repaired where it looked the worst and would bring the vehicle back for the minor repairs later. He said I could not do that. When I asked why, he said that I have a deductible to pay. I acknowledged that I have a deductible. I pointed out that the amount my insurance carrier is paying is the amount of the damage minus my deductible. He angrily stated that what I wanted to do amounted to fraud. I tried to correct him on that. He took my copy of the original estimate, headed back toward the building announcing he was going to call my insurance company. After I followed him in so that I, too, could speak with my insurance rep after he did, he kicked me out of his office. I ended up back in the lobby calling my insurance company as well, and they confirmed that they could send me a check and let me go wherever I chose to get the work done. The company gets good reviews and I am sure its mechanics and body team do good work, but I could not get past the nonsense from this particular representative. I made sure I let him know he was wrong before I left.Give them a chance. Hopefully, you will be treated better.

I see they have a good review, so I decided to come to estimate how much to fix my car and they even don’t look at my car and just say: You need to make appointment, we dont take any walk-in. Also, we don’t have any available appointment until next week. It is such a busy place, but I wonder how their business is not flexible in case someone might be in emergency or rush. I cannot wait a week just to know how much to fix my car, I would rather go somewhere else. Sorry to say this but it’s not a good experience.

I honestly dont like giving bad reviews however when Im having to come back to you to fix something that shouldve been done the FIRST time then ya we have a problem. I was not pleased at ALL! 3 STARS is being generous because they werent rude.

I took my car there because my insurance recommended, first the did a poor job fixing my bumper 3 months later the bumper dropped while I was driving of course the blame it on me I damaged my bumper keep in mind I bring the car back to them 3 days later told them the bumper wanst right, now the want to blame me for poor repair, I have to heard the manager about my mercedes E class bumper situation he used to work for them how bad the bumper is he did me a favor by fixing but he forget to tell me the doing a horriblej ob on it. I hate living bad reviews but I also like to let other people knows to Stay away from those shop PLEASE DO YOUR SElF A HUGE FAVOR DONT USED THEM FOR ANY REPAIRS

I was in a recent car accident, I took my car to this shop and I had the most amassing experience from the moment I walked in. The front desk receptionist is amazing and very welcoming. Everyone at this location is very professional. My car was in the shop for a few days, and throughout my process they always contacted me to let me know the status on the process of my car. I received my car within a week or two. My car looks brand new! I love it! Especially now during COVID-19 they took all precautions with me and my car. They even cleaned my car, thank you!

Directed to Caliber by insurance company. Excellent customer service by receptionist Amani and by service manager Andre. Body work needed to Honda CRV after being hit in rear at stop sign. I had my car repaired here due to an accident. Unfortunately the experience was not good. There was a lack of communication from the beginning. They said they would call me on certain days with updates and that did not happen. The work was delayed and when they did call me to pick up my car there were still some issues, this actually happened twice. Once I did finally take the car back I could tell the work was rushed. The manager seemed genuinely concerned when I had spoken with him, but at the end of the day that’s not enough to compensate for poor quality and obviously rushed work. There was some paint over-spray on one of the tires and on one of the windows. I will not use them in the future and would not recommend them.

Caliber Collision is EXCELLENT. They repaired my vehicle in a timely manner, and my 10-yr. old vehicle looks brand new!!!

Brought my vehicle to Caliber Collision after a rear end impact. I was promised the vehicle in about 7 working days. During that time i was notified three times by phone about the status of my vehicle. It turned out that they delivered the vehicle a day early, washed and vacuumed. The repair was excellent and the service was exceptional.

Andre Ellis was professional, proficient and had my vehicle completed 2 weeks ahead of schedule. Kept me apprised of its progress. Thank you!

I was in a minor accident & my insurance carrier recommended Caliber Collision. The day my car was towed there a service rep, Johnny Rojo called me to let me know they received my car & would get back with me once it was inspected. He stayed in contact with me during the whole process & was always pleasant & professional. Johnny went above & beyond for me & I greatly appreciate the excellent customer service he provided. The car looks & runs like it did pre-accident. Thank you Johnny & Caliber for getting me back on the road!!

I would have given Caliber Collision 1 star if it werent for Chris (I think he is the District Manager). I will start off with the estimate, I received an estimate on my vehicle in the general area of $1,600.00, I also had 2 other estimates done and they were in the $3,500.00 range, so of course we took the lowest (Caliber Collision). After they had the vehicle and started taking it apart, they came back with an final price of around $3,500.00. When I asked why the change, the person said he did not see the damage to the bumper. ????? really, I came in for damage to the rear of the vehicle and he didnt see the bumper being hit. The estimate was accepted, and the work was done. when I went to pick it up, I could see overspray and the work was less than stellar. I drove the vehicle away and immediately noticed something with my steering wheel, I returned to Caliber Collision within 5 minutes and showed the damage to the Rep. After about 10 minutes of the estimator and the manager looking through pictures that they take of the vehicle (Very smart on their part) they could not find a good picture of the steering wheel, the manager tried to show me one where He said it looks like there is something on the steering wheel. After I gave him a What are you trying to pull over my eyes look, he said he would have someone contact me to fix the steering wheel. The steering wheel on the F150 is JUNK very poorly made and susceptible to sunlight and easily damage. that being said, my steering wheel was still in good condition. The first guy to call me asked for pictures of the damage, after sending them to him, I received a call saying that he could not fix this type of material. I called Caliber Collision and they said I would be contacted by someone else. After a week I was and the same story, he can’t fix that type of wheel. I called back to Caliber Collision and after explaining to the estimator what was said, I got put on hold and was then on with the Manager, he told me that he consulted with his 2 experts and they advised him that the damage was not their fault. I immediately said BS, he said not to use that language, or he would have to terminate the call. I just don’t like to be lied to. I called both of his experts and they told me they would never say that especially when they only saw pictures of the damage. I knew I was not going to get anywhere with the Manager, so I asked to speak to his boss, he gave me his number and I called and left message, after waiting 3 or 4 days, I called back and left another message stating this is my second attempt on contacting you. Chris returned my call and told me he tried to call me back after the first time and he left a message, I did not receive a message, but I am inclined to believe him. He told me he talked with the manager of that store and he told him that the F150 steering wheel is susceptible to sunlight damage just like what my steering wheel had, he found it on a blog. I told Chris that he told me he got it from his 2 experts. Never the less Chris set up a meeting to look at the damage. After he saw the damage and we went round and round about how to fix it, Chris ordered the part and installed it at no cost to me. I want to take the time to say thank you to Chris for spending the time to make sure the right thing was done, and the customer was happy. As far as using Caliber Collision again, I would consider it, I would defiantly call Chris first. I know mistakes are made and nobody is perfect, I could have caught them on an off day and I don’t know what they go through, I am sure people try to get things fixed that are not the repair shops fault. I just wish it didn’t take almost 3 months to fix.

Having used Caliber in the past, I was already expecting great service however, this time they more than exceeded my expectations. Carlo and Warren recognized that all I needed was a very minor repair so instead of setting up an appointment for me to come back, they walked outside and fixed it in the spot! If you ever need collision repair or just some minor work, you need to go see Carlo and Warren at Caliber in Royal Palm Beach.

Customer service is extremely poor. Johnny Rojo is a bold faced liar. My car is done but they won’t release it even with my $500 payment for the deduction. They made an error on extra expense, and Rojo and the Manager called us in to pick up the vehicle earlier in the week. Only to turn us away, stating “ I want the car to look good before I give it to you.” Now we’re sitting here a week later without the vehicle, due to an “extra” charge. The supplement should never have been made before they gained the approval. Instead of owning up to their mistake they lie, manipulate and blame the customer. For sure I should have not had to deal with this. But the guys in office at Caliber know less than the receptionist. I was informed more by a lower level employee about the stipulations of the hold-up. I would never recommend Royal Palm Beach Caliber Collision. Stay away to avoid the unprofessional and disrespect shown by this company.

I have to leave my vehicle twice because they didn’t fix it correctly the first two times. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE AND YOU WILL THANK ME LATER! They tell you that your vehicle will be ready next day, and a couple days later they call you when the vehicle is not even fixed correctly. Had to wait almost a month to get my vehicle repaired for some minor damages. Google should have zero stars rating for poor businesses like this one.

Just went into Caliber Collision in Royal Palm off Business Park Way to get an estimate on a repair. The woman at the desk said estimates are available only by appointment. She then proceeded to say that the next available appointment wasn’t until the following Tuesday. Meanwhile, we can see people walking around not doing anything and she’s just sitting on her computer playing games. I’m not personally in the auto repair business, but how long does it take for someone to come out look at the car and give you a price?! Taking my business elsewhere.

I was referred to this shop by USAA insurance. How they were the best in town and what not. I went to get an appraisal done everything was great they took my car in right away had it fixed in 9 days. I go to pick up my car and as Im there car looks good. I get home from the shop and start to really look into detail in the work that they did and it was such a bad job. There is bubbles on certain parts of the paint job. When I close my door it sounds like Im closing an aluminum can because the sound echoes thru. The door handle was already scratched. The worst part is once I get home and shut the car off. I get back in the car to drive back to them and my car wont start. So in my mind Im like okay.... my car has never given me ANY starting problems. Maybe since it was sitting for a while battery needs to get re charged. Cool no problem. I get my bettery charger out. Charge the battery. Go to turn on the car car turns on. I let run for about 45 minutes. Drive the car around for about 15 come back home shut it off. Car wont start again ! So now Im like okay wth. I bought this battery about a year ago. It cannot be bad. I go to advance autoparts to get a check up on my battery, starter and alternator. Check up on starter and alternator comes out good. Battery is done. How is that possible? So only thing I could do was to replace the battery. Bought a new battery get it installed at advance. The guy at advance takes out the battery and says Sir this battery is the original battery to this car. Now how is that possible if my car is from 2008 that battery was replaced a year in half ago. My only thought here is that Caliber when they were working on the whole left side of my car pulled out my battery to pull the headlight out, and must of grabbed the wrong battery an old battery and put it in my car. Thats thinking nice about them. I called caliber to let them know the issue Im having they seem very concerned and tell me they will call me back see what they can do. I receive a call from the Regional manager saying that if the issue why Im not satisfied with there job is because of my battery that they cant do nothing about it because they never touched under the hood . -_- mhm funny thing is I know you guys pulled my battery because the plugs on the battery where loose not tighten at all after I got the car back from them, and my HID headlight bulb wasnt plugged in. So I know for a fact they touched that area of the car. Why be sneaky and not be honest about the work you did in my car. My car was 100% functional when I left it at Caliber Collision. They day of pick up I was already having issues. They are nice while they got you there trying to get paid but once you walk out your the end to them. Wish I would of taken my car somewhere else. Now Im $200 short because I had to replace a battery that wasnt even the one I had just recently replaced. I hate to leave negative comments but Id expect for them to take responsibility since the car was last in there hands, and when I dropped of my car it was working just fine.
