New service center is legit. Great new experience. Café available and a putting green coming soon upstairs. Theres a place where you can watch the mechanics performing services through large windows/glass walls. Very cool.Andrew was super helpful and very welcoming. Highly recommend.

I have an old, but low-mileage, Camry. I regularly service my car; but August 2021 was the first time I used Southern 441 Toyota Service Center. My service advisor was Gerson Santiago and the mechanic was Saul. They confirmed that an expensive repair recommended from a different Toyota service center was not needed. The nature of the problems which they did encounter meant that other repair shops, including other Toyota centers, failed to address various serious problems. I had another service in September 2021. Both times they explained the problems and the steps needed to maintain the cars safe and proper performance. Both times, Mr. Santiago took me to speak with Saul and see the car. Both times, the presentation was clear and consistent with what I saw. In conclusion, the service was professional. The cost was within market averages per data on various web sites. Expectations about the ability to obtain parts and estimates of repair times were met. I expect to continue to use Southern 441 Toyota Service Center for my regular maintenance. I would recommend them to others for servicing of their Toyota vehicles.

We were having a horrible day with our car and once we got into service, Gerson was able to help and provide A1 quality service. Very respectful and very punctual with timing. He got us in right away and took care of our problem. 10/10 service!

Was offered a deal on a vehicle which seemed to be reasonable, felt a lot of pressure from the salesman so I went home to think about it. The next day when I decided to do the deal they told me they wouldnt honor what we signed and its going to be much more than the agreed upon price. And there answer to me was that its because its a dealership...This is a very shady place of business and would most definitely never recommend this place to any one. Please go elsewhere if you want good car buying experience

Ok i just need to put these people on BLAST. First off they over charge for everything. secondly, they say you need things done, but really you dont. I just went there yesterday sept 26th for just a maintenance. They try to sell me tires 700 down the drain, i passed. I can go anywhere else and get them for 500 or less. Then another guy came up to me after turning my car in, also tries to talk me into buying tires, NO! So then im going through my emails today and see they sent me an inspection email. they had all this extra stuff listed as immediate attention. a few things ive never heard of and kind of sounded made up, just tack on an extra 50 bucks each. Then the other stuff i JUST had done. like my spark plugs 300 dollars for spark plugs. THEY WERE JUST CHANGED LESS THEN A MONTH AGO FOR FREEEEEE, I DONT NEED THEM. ALL MY AIR FILTERS WHERE JUST CHANGED 6 MONTHS AGO. DONT NEED THEM CHANGED. BRAKE FLUID JUST CHANGED A MONTH AGO, NOPE DIDNT NEED THAT EITHER. SO IM PRETTY SURE THEY DIDNT REALLY INSPECT MY CAR, WHICH MAKES ME FEEL LIKE THEY DIDNT EVEN CHANGE MY OIL, JUST WENT IN AND TURNT THE MAIN LIGHT OFF. ID LIKE MY 80 DOLLARS BACK TBH. THESE PEOPLE ARE FLAT OUT THIEVES, AND I FEEL LIKE THEY ONLY SLAMMED ME WITH A 15 ITEM IMMEDIATE ATTENTION LIST BECAUSE I TOLD THEM STRAIGHT UP THEY WERE OVER CHARGING FOR TIRES AND THAT I CAN DO THAT ANYWHERE ELSE FOR LESS. IM NEVER GOING BACK. I ALWAYS FELT LIKE THEY WERE ROBBING ME AND NOW I HAVE PROOF. THANK YOU, GOOD BYE

This place by far the worst car dealer you buy or lease a car from! They don’t tell you the truth! Manager and owner with attitude! They begged me to trade the truck I leased 5 months ago, then all numbers changed at the time of signing!!!! Be carful and go to another Toyota dealer!!!!!

My girlfriend got a Lease2021 toyota tacoma on May 29 2021 and Finance guy give her one Payment that we agreed to turned around come home and he had put a higher payment plan on there and now he says he cannot change it because its a lease I will not ever come back to southern 411 toyota Ever again.I lease from them before had no problem but I will not do it again. I see other people saying the same thing has the same problems I will be going to Palm Beach Toyota I will even have my vehicle service there

Purchased a used 2018 Camry.Searched on google website for the ideal car and price. Contacted dealer for availability. From that point I was treated extremely well. From the test drive to negotiating the price and financing a loan. I could not be happier with the process thanks to Red Sue and Charlie Munoz.After the sale all promises made were kept and any issues were resolved to my satisfaction.I’m a very happy person. If I could give them 0 stars I absolutely would (Take your business to Palm Beach Toyota) dont waste your time with these clowns.The service manager here is an absolute tool.My brand new $57,000 truck was damaged in service and they completely denied it. First class from start to finish. Pablo, my service agent was very professional. Explained what needed to be done and why the job would take as long as it was estimated. The owner, Andrew Scearce took time to introduce himself and said Thank you for our business. A rarity ANYWHERE in todays business.

Bought our leased van and it was a mess. Promised 2 remote keys, and a detail. Waited over an hour after deal for detail to be completed and finally told to bring it back. My daughter took it back 2 weeks later for oil change, detailing and keys but waited over 1.5 hours to discuss the keys then they denied They was ever promised! ARGUED with me over the phone about what I had been told (Alex left us with Finale and went home during purchase) but had the GAUL to tell my daughter (after she got loud about treatment and waiting) that the ONLY reason he was doing ANYTHING was that her parents seemed nice but she wasnt. Then got in her face and said NOTHING she said or did has ANY bearing on his PAYCHECK! I had already called once after purchase to follow up on the keys and was told they would look into it but no update either. The service manner got on the phone with me and said the keys had finally been authorized, listened to my complaint about Alex and his horrific comments to my daughter, and said he would follow up on the keys. To date, (2 WEEKS) we have yet to hear anything. I was concerned when we arrived to deal on purchase when we found out dealership had been sold YET AGAIN (3rd time in 3 years and 2nd in less than a year!) But tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. My first encounter with previous new owners when I had a tire blow was frustrating. Female service rep blew me off about my lease being from there and refused to even look up our records until I yruthfully stayed we had purchased 4 vehicles within the last year theyre then she was all over me like glue!SUMMARY??? NEVER AGAIN!!!!!😈👿😱
