Note I brought my car in on Tuesday 10/26/21 for my appointment at 07:00 I watched my car going into the shop at 08:20. I guess you had cars that werent finished from the day before.?
My service advisor Pete Wyman was very polite and professional. A very pleasant person.I brought my Sentra in for a recall repair but they had to order a part, Pete said as soon as the part comes in, he will let me know and we will make an appointment.
Pete Wyman was helpful,he listens to my issue and explained very careful that the technician will do their best to get it taken care of.

My service was below average for routine maintenance, I waited over five hours and was told my car was held up because they had a team meeting. The associate Pete Wyman miss quoted me on both time and prices for the services, ignored me when I asked for updates on my car and overcharged me. I was very unpleased with my experience and was asked to lie about the wait time when surveyed. They also did not wash my car as promised. Overall I was given poor excuses for the unprofessionalism and am very hesitant to go back.

Very bad experience with Mr. Hernando Valencia was very rude when I took my car for a service. In one of his answers he told me that my car was the basic something that was out of answer with the visit that I was doing. I will not return to service in that agency
