Came in today for my flat tire and John(manager)took me in right away. Even when they were low on staff!! 100% customer satisfied

I really cannot put into words my appreciate for John and his crew. It is so hard to find a trustworthy person to work on your vehicle and Ive hit gold here. It is so rare to find individuals who actually care - John does. Even in listening to the conversations between him and his employees, you can hear that he sincerely does right by everyone. Great conversation, fantastic prices, and top-notch service. Ive been a customer for years and I wont be changing that. I HIGHLY recommend this Goodyear.

Excellent excellent service all the mechanics and the service there were very friendly and very informative they did very good thorough work. And it was very nice to see how clean the shop was and how conscience they were with cleanliness of the customers Vehicles including mine putting plastic on the steering wheel the seats and even using a paper placemat for the floor and they used clean gloves. I was very surprised to find their prices even on tires better than even Walmart. They were a hundred times better than any shop Ive ever been to. Again excellent excellent service.! My car runs and drives like a dream now thanks to them.

John & I believe his name was Mark were so nice & helpful. They were able to get me what I needed. I witness 2 really rude customer come in while I was speaking to John. They have no control over the line of cars ahead for service. People need to be more respectful & patient.

These guys are honest, fair and hardworking. I got a nail in my tire on the way to pick up my kids from school. There was just enough air to pull into Goodyear. They were so busy they anticipated a 2 hour wait to get to my tire. Seeing how anxious I was about my kids waiting for me at school, they squeezed me in and got me out in 20 minutes. My kids hardly had to wait at all. Thank you guys at Goodyear!

I called early this morning out of the blue for specialty RV tires which they had in stock. Mounted balanced and out the door without issue. Easy transaction for a tire I Have had to special order from other places in the past.

Thank you so much to good year royal palm. I walked in 5 minutes before closing on a Saturday with a nail in my tire. Without hesitation they took the car back and fixed the tire. Everyone was so helpful and so nice. I’ll never go to another place for tires, oil change. I’m blown away by the customer service from all 4 employees I interacted with. Many thanks!

Mike Modica at the Southern Blvd location has taken great care of me since day one. He’s always up front and honest about everything and makes sure that my needs are met every time I walk into the shop. One of the best, if not the best, service managers I’ve ever had the pleasure of doing business with.

I came here for an alignment, got said alignment in a very timely/friendly fashion and that was that. They did a great job on the alignment, customer service was great, and they didnt try to up-sell me on ANYTHING... I felt very comfortable with them working on my work truck, and thats rare... Definitely recommend this place for vehicle repairs.-Thanks for the good experience and your corporate office will be hearing of my good experience...

Stopped for an oil change. They were very busy so dropped vehicle off. Got a call a few hours later car was ready. Went to pick up, the bill was as expected with no up selling attempted. The manager was pleasant albeit over worked, he still had a sense of humor. I would take my vehicle here again should I need any work done in the future. The waiting room was clean, air conditioned, t.v., and coffee were available. You can see your vehicle through the window and a glass door to the service area. I felt comfortable and in good hands.

I have been working with Mike, the service manager for well over a decade. He takes excellent care of me, does not try to upsell me on nothing. He is pleasant, courteous, and the pricing is always very reasonable. I travel a ways to come and see Mike but at the end of the day, it is well worth it. He simply is the best I have worked with over the years! I would highly recommend Mike and his team for any car repair work that anyone would need. He should be recognized for a job well done!

I originally gave this post a one star because of a misunderstanding. The owner was courteous enough to contact me and clarify things and was even willing to make things better. That shows good customer service.

Was told a tire couldnt be patched and they offered to install a new tire that was twice the price of a comparable one at Tire Kingdom. Took the tire to Tire Kingdom and they were able to patch it. $20 patch vs $180 tire replacement

I’ve never had taken a car here that they always come up with something extra. Today was a tire they said could not be fixed. Guess what! Tire Kingdom did fix it.

My fiancee has used this shop for years because theyre near her house. I found them to be significantly overpriced. They also have hidden fees which are huge and simply represent cash profit. It enables them to surprise you with a padded bill when theyre done.This Goodyear charged us several dollars in shop fees to change a tire. When I asked why, the salesman told me to pay for paper towels. I could have washed 4 houses with the $ they charged for their paper towels.Its been a long time since weve been back. My last visit I was quoted about $ 175 to change a timing belt. I chose to see one of their competitors who did the same job for under $ 90.00, and had no hidden fees. I wont be back.

Brought our 2003 accent in for an alignment and said it was pulling to the right and that the steering was out of center. An hour or so after dropping it off Goodyear called to say due to the lack of adjustability it needed a cam bolt on the passengers side. I was told it would be $46 for the bolt and $56 additional labor from the original $89.95 and would now be over $200 for a simple alignment. Wanting the car to be safe, told him to go head.Doing a quick Google parts search found a PAIR of bolts online for $16 dollars. Couple hours later they called to say it was done. Armed with the true price of the part went to pick up the car. Upon arriving I was quickly told the parts price was reduced but that the additional labor was the same, fine I said, cost of doing biz. I paid the $177 . Then it was explained to me that if I was to test drive the car on southern Blvd to expect to pull to the right slightly due to the pitch of the road. As old as this car is it only has 95K miles on it and Ive driven it since new. It drives straight as an arrow when aligned properly. During the test ride I noticed that the steering wheel was now centered but still pulling the same to the right. Going back to complain I was told it must be the tires, somehow no longer due to the pitch in the road. I said did you check the tire pressure, he assured me the was reg. procedure. I said ok fine, I just paid $177 for an alignment I DIDNT GET and I left. I really really really just want to like our local Royal Palm mechanic but Ive been done wrong. Really sucks, Strike two Goodyear.

Went to these guys for a pre-purchase inspection, and they were pretty thorough. Definitely understood what they were talking about (no double talk or technical garble), and I felt that they were impartial and honest. Would definitely recommend

Not bad service, we went here and the service was good. But the counter guy seemed to be confused about what he was doing.

I broke a valve stem on my tire and was stuck the day before vacation. I called and John help me out right away and my vacation was saved. Great service I will be going here from now on.

I hate giving out one star rating, but this place definitely deserves it. I have been getting promotions about the free flat fix, so today the TPMS light goes on on my car. I went on the website and setup and appointment,I arrived there early then Im told thatthis is a drop off job, or you could come back in three days, then I will get it done for you.Would you recommend someone to drive around for three days with a screw in the tire after, the tire is down to 20psi?

Quoted me 69.95 over the phone for an oil change after I gave the make and model of my car. When I arrived to drop the car off they told me it was going to be $108 for 3 extra quarts of oil.... Bait & switch... No more Goodyear for me. I used to go to Goodyear for all of my tires. Not very good business practices if you want to keep customers.

WORST Goodyear I have ever been to. The man at the counter was rude to begin with. Ive never been to. Goodyear that has ever been that way to me. Refused to even look at my tire to give an accurate assessment of time or service required. He said he only had one man working in the garage yet he wasnt doing anything himself. If youre gonna work here then know how to do the job. Ive had a tire valve come loose before and the manager fixed himself in about 10 minutes at Goodyear so this was BS to me. And then telling me Id have to leave my car for 2 hours before even looking at it. Called next door and the man at THAT desk fixed it two minutes. I wont hold all Goodyears accountable for this shmuck though. I know not every company has idiots working there. :) but dont go to this one.

Had to get two hard to find 14 inch tires replaced in a hurry while on a road trip. They had me in and out in about 3 hours and they are holding up great still 6 months later.

These people are a ripoff went in for a patch after 2 hrs of wait they told me it was not possible then quoted me 700 to 800 for new tires went to another shop and the patch wasnt a problem, way to go great customer service NOT!!!!!

Ive stopped here on two occasions to have my tires inflated and have never had to wait. Theyve been life savers and its been very convenient.
