We recently redid our kitchen. Susana helped us every step of the way and gave us excellent ideas. Our quartz countertops are so beautiful and they compliment the cabinets and backsplash. She gave me a schedule of everything and it all went exactly as planned. All the workers were very professional and courteous. We highly recommend Grandview Kitchens!!

I was referred to Susanna and Grandview kitchens by another contractor. Susanna came that very day, gave us great ideas and a very fair and reasonable estimate. From picking out our granite and backsplash to completion of our kitchen, things ran smoother than I could have ever imagined. Susanna gave me a timeline including what days I would need to reserve the elevator, exact dates and times that sub contractors would arrive and exactly what to expect on each day. Having never been through construction before, I was very anxious and nervous. Susanna ALWAYS responded to my numerous calls and emails in a most timely manner. Made an appointment with Susana to give me an estimate on kitchen remodeling. She came right on time, took measurements, discussed options, materials, colors, etc. The following week I received sketches of the kitchen layout with cabinet manufacturer and photos of the exact granite I would receive and an itemized estimate. Susana quick to come out and take measurements and listen to my vision only to never get back to me. I finally got in touch with her after 2 weeks and made appt to come in and go over details and pick materials. Said she would have my proposal in a few days.. well 3 or more phone messages and 3 more weeks gone by and no return call must mean she doesnt need my 30k job for 2 bathrooms. Awful!!!

Although Grandview kitchens did not do our work on our bathroom remodel, Susana was gracious enough to help me pick out tile and accents. She was very helpful in every aspect of the design process

I had a similar experience to what Sarah Mclean posted. We were working with Susana and then she basically just disappeared. The last time we spoke she was supposed to have ordered a cabinet sample for us and then get back in touch when it arrived. That was a couple of months back. When I didnt hear back for so long I ordered my own sample which came in just a couple weeks.It was an odd experience working with Susana, and even if and they do great work, customer service is a large part of the business. Her interactions were spotty and it just felt like I was always having to drive her to get answers rather than her wanting my business. It just didnt bode well for the company and I chose to not even bother to pursue her any longer.

They didnt listen to what I wanted and wanted to sell me what they wanted on top of being late I couldnt do business with them
