This a living nightmare! I paid for a mattress 5 days ago. The delivery was scheduled, nobody showed up and did not bother to call. When I called the store they said I never paid for it.I went back with my receipt, my card statement and still can’t get help and get the mattress that I bought and paid for delivered. I have no other options but to go today with the police to see if I can’t get this solved.FYI I’m a return customer and they treated me like this! DO Not Go There!!!

Cant rave enough about my experience with Mattress Firm. After a mishap with a new bed/mattress that I received, I was now on the hunt for a box spring with competitive pricing and speedy delivery. Decided to try the Royal Palm location and was helped by Lance and Ray. Long story short I was in and out within 20 minutes and had my box spring delivered within two days! Just purchased a mattress here and had great customer service from Leroy. Other local stores were trying to rush me though or pushing mattresses way over what i wanted to spend. Leroy had me lay on just about every mattress in the store to make sure i was happy with the purchase. Leroy at Mattress Firm was very knowledgeable and helpful! We literally came in 2 minutes before closing time without looking at the times on the door before we walked in and Leroy never rushed us or made it known. A lady walked in about 10 minutes after us and he told her they were closed but continued to help her make her purchase for her mattress covers. That’s when we found out that they were closing. Literally the best customer service I have had anywhere in a long time. We finally made a decision and Leroy made sure to let us know it was no problem that we came in after closing! The world needs more Leroy’s!

After receiving the most horrendous customer service with the online option, the staff at the Royal Palm Beach store provided exceptional service.The online agent offered me a very good price, promised a delivery date and sent the payment link. After many tries to complete the transaction, I opened up a new chat session with the online agent and he would never respond on the chat screen. I couldnt understand what the problem was so I called my local store. Apparently, the online agent had cancelled the sale and then went into hiding. If I hadnt previously been a satisfied customer, his sneaky actions would have made me into a NEVER again customer. I would strongly advise anyone considering making a purchase online to avoid the online buying option. However, I do highly recommend the Royal Palm Beach store location.

Store manager Steve was great. Store was easy to navigate through and didn’t take to long finding the right bed. I’ve had my bed for a couple of weeks now and my girlfriend and I love it. We went with the Purple mattress. Decided on the 2 because def good and of course price. If we don’t like it we can exchange it which is awesome there are some fees but I get it it is a business after all.

I never thought buying a bed would be such an emotional decision but the staff at this location helped me in every step of the way. I dont typically write reviews but my experience at Mattress Firm in Royal Palm Beach, FL was on another level. As you can imagine shopping during COVID can be scary but the moment I arrived at this location I was immediately greeted by the manager Steven wearing a mask and sanitizing his hands. There is a table as soon as you walk in with all your disinfectant needs (I was impressed as most places typically don’t offer you anything until you’re leaving). The entire shopping experience was great. Steven was patient, knowledgeable and overall very understanding that I hadn’t done this in a while and explained everything at my level to not make me feel over whelmed. My family and I went in over the weekend to buy a bed for our daughter and we were very pleased with the precautions they were taking considering the current situation. They sprayed all the mattresses down and had hand sanitizer stations set up. Steven was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable; he helped us pick a great big girl bed. Steven Quiñones is a professional in every sense of the word! When I first began my mattress search I was completely lost and overwhelmed with the large selection available. With a few detailed questions, Steven was able to narrow down my search and recommend a handful of mattresses. He reminded me to take my time researching and testing the mattress, because it is where I would be spending a third of my day. However after having a terrible experience with my purchase and trying to return, I was told there were no returns for the base that I spent over $1000 on. My significant other and I purchased this mattress about a week ago and could not be more pleased with our purchase. Store manager, Steven Quiñones over at Mattress Firm helped us every step of the way from concept to completion. After listening to what our interest were, Steven suggested a few mattresses we should try out, as everyone’s experience will differ based on what appeals to them. Steven was attentive enough to follow-up with us throughout this whole process, right down to delivery day.We purposely waited a week to get a sense of our mattress before writing a review because we wanted to experience how we felt the next few mornings after a good nights rest. This mattress offers the right amount of support for us being that I prefer a more plush pillow top feel, whereas my partner leans towards a more firm experience. The ends of the mattress remain firm so no need to worry about it sinking in when you sit or rest on the bed ends. The mattress itself also offers support in that you don’t feel your partners every move throughout the night. We currently use this mattress without a frame, as our bed-set doesn’t require one. If you’re looking for a plush mattress that’ll keep you cool at night, accommodates different partnered sleeping styles, and doesn’t sink in when you’re resting, look no further than this. I highly recommend Mr. Quiñones, as he’s been with Mattress Firm for years and is familiar with what’s offered out there to accommodate your needs, as he did ours. Thanks for your help Steven! Sales team lied about return policy and discounts. Other stores provides the discounts they said they couldn’t. Very poor customer service especially if you need to return the bed under their 120 day return policy. Moreover, if you have a problem with this store they will refuse to give you any information to file a formal complaint. The customer service number will only direct you back to the store. In the end you will lose money if there’s an issue. You will also have to pay for any discounts which will increase the loss dramatically if there’s an issue or return. You lose discounts on exchanges too. Bad business. Lied to me several times.

This store is very current and with the times. They made sure that during this crisis they cleaned the store and had hand sanitizer at the front. I felt sanitary and my sales associate Steve was the absolute best help in finding my new mattress.

I ordered a bed for my son’s spare room (he lives up north and the bed was for when we visit). Service was excellent and Reggie helped us find the best solutions for our needs. Delivery went great ... however, when we got there we found that the bed was too firm! Back in FL, we addressed the issue with Reggie and he was able to switch out the mattress (for a very reasonable fee) - no problem!!! I highly recommend this store - they are the best!!!
