Walked in to check what they had for refrigerators and not one person came to assist me. It took me getting almost to the back of the store before anyone even acknowledged I was in the store. Definitely glad I don’t deal with rent a center and don’t ever plan on it. Not impressed

Decent people for the most part. Majority of the time don’t have a clue what they’re talking about. Never can give you a straight answer on what you actually owe them either. Only took my business here because Home Depot was three weeks out and it was something I needed. I highly recommend any place but here. 2 stars only for the decent customer service.

Bought washer, dryer, loveseat and sofa. All new. Bill and Melissa gave us great service.

Great place to get electrics and washers and dryers

Tried to rent a laptop and they sent me home with a broken one, then lied to me, claiming the brokenness was part of the windows programming, just to avoid having to bring me a replacement. I was not impressed. When this is over, Im never renting from them again. Bunch of lying jerks who only care about their bottom line, and none of the people who they serve.
