Excellent service. My old washer broke down suddenly, and was beyond repair. I went to Hollingsworth Appliance hoping to find a new washer and dryer. I was able to find just what I was looking for, and they delivered the same day. They took my old set away at no extra charge. Very satisfied with their products and service.

I just moved to Russellville and we needed to buy a fridge. My boss recommended Hollingsworth and it was the only place in town to get one within 6 weeks. They had limited selection but had a variety of price ranges. but all were in stock and you could get it with no additional fee right then. Their price was slightly higher but they installed it (white glove service) and prioritized us so we would have a fridge. I think in the end without extra fees, the price was comparable to Lowe’s. They service everything they sell. We were so happy we also got our washer/dryer and replaced our dishwasher too. Staff and installation was professional and they communicated well as to delivery. Most of our stuff is new now. But we would shop at them again. I am glad I did not go elsewhere because I now have heard horror stories about brands they sell and service takes weeks or months.

Great experience - they took our order over the phone, and delivered our new dishwasher within an hour! They did a no-contact delivery and payment via phone during the Covid-19 pandemic, which was important to us. Our next appliance purchase will definitely be with them.

Was in dire need of plastic nuts for my heating element. Definitely will come here for parts instead of online.

I have done business with the Hollingsworth for years. They have never been anything but nice. They have always done everything in their ability to make sure I was happy with the service and products. I have purchased many items there from TVs (years ago) to appliances, washer and dryers. They have always stood behind any issues and services was fast and on point. I would highly suggest Hollingsworth... they are hometown folks and will treat you like a neighbor.

Rude on phone and have no clue how appliances work

I scheduled an appointment on a Thursday for an appointment the following Wednesday. Spent 45 mins explaining the issue, texted pictures of the broken pieces, was told they would special order the replacement parts. Wednesday I called to doubled check their arrival time and it all fell apart. My appointment wasnt on the books, no the parts hadnt been ordered, so lets reschedule...name, phone number, address...oh wait...we dont go that far. So Ive now waited a whole week more, Im no closer to getting help they offered, and they wont follow through with the scheduled help. Not impressed!

After 2 days of dealing with them still no part. Called first time said yes thry had it when i got there no they didnt so ordered part told be in at 10 call at 11 still not in but tokd would be at 12 so use my lunch break for second day to drive all the way over there for it to still not be there only deal with them if its not a part you are actually in need of try Baker appliances in morrilton very friendly and had the part and verified thry did vefore i drove all the way there!!

Good service, offer warranty and repair service that makes house calls.

Dont know much about them but that I had to go there to get a new part for my dryer.
