Should have known better than to rent from these ppl again. Live on the street or rent from frankhouse option 1 seems the better choice. Water leak after water leak 1st months water bill $130 dnt know the upcoming one just yet but sure it won’t be too far behind the first!

The A/C wasnt working and it was nearly 90 degrees in the waiting area of there office. That should have been the first tip off. Needless to say, filling out an application was a sweaty task... edit, the house we rented was in shambles. Garage door in pieces, burnt out electric sockets, broken range and refrigerator, unkempt exterior, the A/C is leaking water into the house. They do not clean up between tenants and there was still lots of garbage from past tenants. I hope some of this gets resolved.

The houses and apartments are just okay. Janie and the receptionist are real cool and so is Chuck.

Slum lords! do not rent from these people. I lived with a roach infestation and no refrigerator for a YEAR! and you wont be getting your deposit back even if you clean the place top to bottom when you leave. trust me. you dont want to deal with this.

Very dissatisfied overall. Duct tape is not adhesive ppl. Nor does it plug a tub.
