We have been dining at Linhs for years and always enjoy the food. I typically have ordered spring rolls and one of their Pho dishes (usually the Hu Tieu, which is awesome), or the Banh Mi sandwich.Last night I thought I would try their curry, and I may have discovered my new favorite dish. If you havent tried Linhs, you are missing one of the areas best restaurants.
The quality and quantity of food!! Go with an appetite and you probably still take some home. Amazing food and friendly staff. The curry isnt as spicy as you would think and the Pho #P6 is delicious. Highly recommended
Do not miss out on this place! It is in a sleepy side of town and could be easily missed but dont because you will be missing out on some very good, very authentic Vietnamese food. The Pho is phenomenal, the Spring rolls are perfection. There is much more on the menu to equally enjoy. Stop by soon! You will not regret it.
This place is fantasmagorical !!! I have been here twice and BOTH times have been absolutely thrilled with the food !!! If I could give it more stars I would !! It is a MUST GO OR MUST TRY kind of place !! Pick anything, I have enquired of other patrons and that is the response I have gotten across the board !!
First time experiencing that type of food though I liked it I didn’t go out of my way to order something I wasn’t sure about. I also don’t like that they tip the weatherstrip them self out of the check
If youre looking for top of the line Viet food with the best flavoring and that rivals top restaurants in little Saigon or the DFW/ Houston area, you might be disappointed. BUT if you are just craving some Vietnamese food and are in the area, this place is great! Its a small family owned business so service may be a little slow.I ordered the hu tieu and my shrimp were a little underdone but we also had a hot pot at the table so I just let them cook in there for a little.
It was our first time to go out and eat food like this. It tasted really great. We didn’t wait a whole long time but it took a little bit to get the food out. The waiter was friendly and the atmosphere of the restaurant had that small town dinner vibe going on.The spring rolls where different than I had ever had before but they where still good. I’m not sure what the sauce that comes with them are but it was really good. The food came out hot and steaming. The meat in it was really great.Overall we had a good experience there and if you haven’t had it I recommend trying it.
We loved this food on our road trip. Everything we got including the egg drop soup you are brought was fantastic. My wife is Thai and loved her Pho soup, definitely recommend this place.
Great Bahn mi, egg drop soup, and Boba tea. Small seating area, but had no problems getting a seat and my food on a Sunday afternoon. They even have a small amount of Asian food items for sale such as Pocky and some varieties of coconut milk.
Absolutely amazing! The food is spot on every time and so delicious. This is definitely a place 3go at least once a week.
Food is pretty good! Wish we had Viet food this good back home. The service was slow but other than that, good. I really enjoyed their noodle soups and broths. Their Viet iced coffee was also delish! They accommodate large groups easily. The restaurant is spacious and also doubles as a grocery store for snacks and treats.
The staff cant seem to tell the difference between cooked pork and raw pork or atleasr one of the cooks . I get it if it was beef but it was pork they served under cooked and raw pork . do not recommend for pho.
Food was good but the service was pretty bad. We waited outside for 15 minutes for our carryout order yet no one came out. We finally went in & got our food, which had soy sauce spilling everywhere.
This was a bit different than we expected but it was really good! I ordered a noodle dish with shrimp and egg rolls. The noodle bowl had a bed of lettuce and cucumbers underneath and came with a small bowl of liquid to pour over your bowl. There were a variety of sauces on the table to spice it up however you like. It was a neat experience and we will try it again! All of it looked and smelled amazing!
Just what I needed for a cold day!!! Soup was so authentic, fresh, and warm. Will definitely be going back again. I ordered the P12 with egg rolls. It had so many dressings and this was one of 4 bowl it made. All the ingredients arent pictured but it was delish. I even ordedered a small, needless to say I took the rest home! First time going and Ill be back again. Customer service was so friendly when I picked up my order.
I would suggest everyone be very cautious when eating at Linh’s in Russellville. I ordered Pho and when I got home after I mixed everything and poured everything into the bowl I realized my pork was raw. I took the pork out to show the raw pork and take it back so may food could be replaced. When I got back the lady tried to tell me the pork was cooked because she cooked it herself and then argue with me and tell me I don’t know what raw pork looks like because that’s not raw. There was one piece that was cooked. When I showed her the difference she laughed and said so what do you want? I said I just want the food replaced. SHE WANTED TO TAKE MY RAW PORK AND GO COOK IT SO I COULD TAKE IT HOME AND EAT IT WITH THE REST OF MY COOKED FOOD THAT HAD RAW PORK ALL IN IT. Her excuse was I didn’t bring the giant bowl of pho back so I could be eating it. Why on earth would I want to eat food that had been touched by raw pork? On top of all that I witnessed unsealed refrigerated products in recycled yellow and white plastic Walmart/Dollar General bags be transported out of the bed of a truck in an Arkansas summer into the restaurant. I’ve had a National food safety license for 10 years and have never been that appalled at the food safety in a restaurant. I get mistakes happen but do not try to tell me the raw pork in my hand is cooked when I’m also holding cooked pork in the other hand.
Pretty good selection of stuff, didnt buy anything but they had some neat things for sell.
If you need some good pho, this is the place to go! Its so good and the portions are so big you can make two meals out of it (which is what I do)! I recommend them to everyone!
Good vegan options. Legit.
These people are very rude. We called in an order and they got 2/3 of the items incorrect. When told that the order was wrong they gave us an attitude on something that they got wrong. 0/10 worst customer service and if your running a buisness you should make your customers happy no matter how busy.
One of the best restaurants in town. We love Linhs. Their lemonade is amazing and their spring rolls never disappoint!!
If I could give them less than one star I would. I cant recommend anything on the menu, because we waited well over an hour an never got our food. Once we realized at least 2 other tables got their food a head of us even though we had arrived much earlier we left. They were not what I consider busy, making the service we received unacceptable. Also both high chairs were not suitable for young children as the straps were broken. 3/20/21
Oh man this place is so good!! Its a whole in the wall kind of place..but dont let the exterior and interior decor fool you.The food here was so good and so cheap considering the amount of food you are getting for the price. The service was fast and super friendly. If we ever stop through here again this is where we will be eating for sure!!
Great atmosphere and wonderful food!! Worth the price.
Friendly staff and quick service!Food so good it made me miss Eden Center back home in VA!
Youll like this restaurant if....1) Youre into Americanized Vietnamese food.2) Youre more into sweeter types of boba. You may not like this restaurant if..1) youre an Asian foodie.2) you crave more of the authentic Vietnamese taste.
Its alright, but its the only Vietnamese in town, so take it or leave it!
Have eaten take out several times for lunch and supper and it’s alway really good. The service is quick, the portions are more than enough the appearance of the dishes is very appealing and the over all value is excellent.
The most authentic Vietnamese food in the River Valley. They have eggrolls, spring rolls, banh mi sandwiches, Boba Teas, Pho soups (& others), rice dishes, vermicelli bowls, curry, stir fry, and even Hot Pot! Also, a mini Market full of Asian snacks, drinks and condiments thats hard to find in Russellville.
Awesome food and service, Id drive 100 miles just to eat here.
Always enjoy the food. Great pho and Bahn MI. Theyve recently updated the interior. It looks nice.
Haven’t even got my food yet but I already know it’s about to be bomb lol.
Very pleased to be able to find exactly what I wanted.
Great authentic Vietnamese food. Their lemongrass chicken was very delicious. So is there pho
Their food is good. Their chicken and pork was a little tough but their rice and egg rolls were really good plus you get a lot of food.
I’ve ate there three times & it’s been a horrible experience each time. Great food, but terrible service!
Family run place. Excellent food. Comes out quick! So glad I listened to the reviews! You will not be disappointed! We were travelling by as we are moving cross country and eating here made us feel like home!
I loved the Pho... The broth tasted awesome and the meat was well made.
The bubble tea tastes very weird and artificial. The buba itself is just hard. I dont know what Im drinking... were all very disappointed. :(
Love the food! Service is good. But only gave four stars because twice now Ive tried calling in an order and they never pick up.
Excellent food
Because it was different very delicious and have a bunch of different
Worst bubble tea ever. I ordered black milk tea with bubble, but it tasted totally wrong!! I even don’t know what I drink.
Dont forget to try a fresh spring roll. Very good! And large.
An authentic and tasty viet spot right in Russellville. The Pho was particulary stand out - savory and satisfying with rice noodles a plenty.
We were in town from Texas and had a craving for some Vietnamese. We were pleasantly surprised at how delicious our food was! I ordered the bún chả giò (eggroll salad) and the beef fried rice. Both were QUAL-I-TY. Food was ready quickly and we took it to-go, although we noticed that dining-in is also an option. Please do yourself a favor and order from here.
The food was good, some of it was bland. The service was poor. We weren’t checked on once, it was very difficult to get a servers attention despite the lack of customers, and someone was hammering something in the back during our entire meal.
PHO was good. I already had 3 times but lemon grass chicken was terrible.
P13 just enough heat
Really good Pho.
Love me some linhs!
I absolutely loved it, I had the sliced pork and pho. It was so delicious, flavorful, and hearty. This will be my go to place for now on for Asian cuisine. The staff was very welcoming and very kind. Felt like home being here, will be coming back very soon!
Nice place Good food
Excellent food and service. We tried several different entrees and they were all amazing. Portion sizes were also huge!
I visited for my first time after hearing good things of the quaint place. I ordered the traditional spring rolls. They were pretty good. Sliced pork could have used a little salt. The dipping sauce paired nicely. I then ordered the C4 a pork vermicelli noodle dish pictured in my review. The pork was very tasty with a sweet glaze over it. The vermicelli noodles were only boiled and not cooked with a sauce as I anticipated. Underneath everything is a salad mixture. I was intrigued but confused. A clear broth was also served on the side. It was cool and had a slightly tangy flavor. The chef and presumed owner explained the broth was to pour over the noddles and vegetables to adjust the flavor for your own liking. He was courteous and answered questions and provided details of the dishes and how they are traditionally cooked/eaten. Don’t let the outside appearance detour your from this “hole in the wall” type place.
Great food! Great atmosphere!
Updated review: This is the first time weve been here in three years due to being off of the mainland. Service and food quality has taken a dive. They were extremely busy. It seems, though, that they have changed the food to match the tastes of their customers. The broth and sauces were sweeter. The authenticity of the food was gone. The owner also seemed down. This used to be our go to restaurant when we visited family in the area. Im unsure if well be back.
Pretty good, not fantastic. Service was good, food was out quickly. The vegetables in the curry, which was really like a big stew, were much too big to eat without cutting them up, which was hard with no knife. Maybe its just me, but I think vegetables in curry (or stew, or soup) should be bite-sized. If you are going to serve large chunks of veggies (or anything) then you should also put a knife in the setup. Also, some of the chunks of potato in the curry were undercooked.
Great food and service. It was freezing cold inside but well worth it.
We really loved the Pho soup, egg and spring rolls and drinks here. The large size soup was so big I couldnt eat all the broth, which was a shame since it was extremely good. If I lived nearby, I would come here regularly.
While I waited on a train for 10 minutes I ordered a small P2, black boba tea, and a order of pork spring rolls. As I sat and waited for the food the cashier had to check what I ordered 3 times within a 10 minute time frame. When I got home I opened my box to find this. The bean sprouts look as though they had been sitting out for a few days and just two small pieces of meat. I have dined here several times over the years and this is my first poor experience. The cashier looked like she was ready to have a breakdown at any moment. While I was waiting she brought items to the wrong tables several times. Something tells me she may not last long.
Awesome every time!!
The restaurant needs to train their waiter or waitress the right way, most of the waitress is horrible
Four stars based on staff. I had to meet someone at this restaurant to drop something off. Wasnt sure of where it was located when the person I was speaking to handed the phone to a staff member. They were cheerful and helpful. When I arrived at the restaurant I walked in and was once again greeted so cheerfully. Hope to soon try the food. And will give 5 stars.
First time for Vietnamese food and first visit at this establishment. Staff was super friendly, the food was wonderful and there was a ton of it. My parents eat here all the time and say it is always good.
Good price, delicious 😋 food 🍲 and great service
Delicious. eat way to much every time we visit & never get bloated anazing
Very Unprofessional.
My husband had driven by for months, always saying we wanted to try this place, and well we finally did! He had an excellent Pho & I had the combination fried rice. Delicious is an understatement! We also bought persimmons & other tasty treats there for later. The cuttlefish chips/crackers are addictive! I can’t wait to try more of this outstanding food!! It is very clean & they are extremely friendly too!!
I love this place. No matter what I order, its always better than I expected
Love love the. Pho 🍜 and of course the boba tea. They could be more friendly in my own humble opinion. Ive worked in my families restaurant and several others. A smile is free and it doesnt hurt. 😁 otherwise the food is great👍
Absolutely amazing service!!! The most tasty and beautiful food to boot! If you’re craving oriental food this is the spot!
My first time for Vietnamese food and was not disappointed. Food was excellent and I will be coming back for sure.
Phenomenal service and amazing food. Loved the spring rolls. We really were grossed out the first time we ate there last year. From the nastiness of the hot pepper spice on the table. The ceiling too is pretty bad. Thank you for a great meal. Not the 5 star the good meal deserved. Sorry.
First timer from Fayetteville, AR! I ordered the tofu curry, and it was on point. Huge portions, tons of flavor, obviously house-made. Cant wait to come back and try more VEGAN options. The wait-person had all the tables on the floor for himself, and ended up getting us everything we needed in a timely manner. Very impressive service and food quality.
The food is good but the waiter (old grumpy guy) is so rude and i think he is a racist.. Im not sure but what i notice when he serve white people he is kinda nicer compared to serving asian or different race... just saying what i see... i want to came back there but with that kind of service ill just go to the food truck (Sticky Rice) the food is so delicious too and the service is beyond amazing...
Good food, large portions, we have take home boxes almost every time we eat here. Wait staff is friendly and have good recommendations. Their hot pot is fantastic, as well as their spring rolls.
Good food, good service
Great food and very friendly service. Dont let the outside fool you, for its definitely worth it to go in and enjoy delicious Vietnamese food.I ordered P8 large soup and it was enough for 2 adults. The Vietnamese egg rolls were also worth a try. Over all, my family are glad we stop by for dinner and will definitely be back again. BTW, Taro boba drink is the bomb!
Very good portions and very good price. All the food smells and tastes amazing. The stuff you can buy there is great as well. Ive recommended this place to my friends and family.
Truest form of what a local restaurant should be! It’s authentic and rooted to the values of the owners. I have only had the best experiences! The food is fantastic and if you haven’t tried the coffee ☕️ your missing out🤤 Don’t be fooled by the appearance you won’t be disappointed 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
Great place, good food reasonably priced. You should definitely visit this place if you are near by.
The food was good I had first hand evidence that the workers cared about the customers. The only thing that I didnt like was the windows because they didnt look clean
Super rude. Gave us frozen bubble tea, and didn’t care. Does not use Thai herbs or vegetables in soup. Recommend avoiding this place. Super slow, too.
