My truck was overheating and after finding my coolant reservoir to be almost completely dry, I suspected a leak and took my truck to this Goodyear. They examined my truck to find no leak, but still filled my truck up with coolant - for free. They were very thorough and seemed intent on making sure everything was fine before sending me on my way. Overall, a very pleasant experience!

Everyone is so nice there! I went in three separate times this week and they filled up my tires for free as well as patching one of them! Just all around great service!

Nikki Parker and her Saturday crew immediately addressed our rotor issue. We were in route from Tulsa, OK to Hot Springs, AR when the recently replaced (not by Goodyear) rotor failed. Nikki and her crew explained the issue completely and even allowed us to safely see the issue on the vehicle. As this was a part failure and not workmanship, Nikki and team wrote a complete diagnostic report for our use. As this was an extremely dangerous situation had we continued, it was a relief to have such a professional and hospitable team ensuring our safety. Thank you Nikki and crew!!!

Great experience here! Made an appointment online and when I showed up, I received a friendly greeting at the door and information about what kind of oil my car actually needed. It wasn’t as if they were just trying to sell me more, I had just made a mistake in my choice. Two of the workers (Colton and Eddie) came from a Mazda dealership and I was really impressed with their knowledge of Mazda vehicles and maintenance (I have a Mazda). Adam at the front desk was friendly, helpful, and both him and Colton let me go back and see the nail in my tire before we made a decision on what to do about it. Eric, Colton, Adam, and Eddie y’all were great and made my Monday a good one! I feel good headed off to Michigan and will definitely be back to see y’all in the future!

Made an appointment online. Dropped my truck off at 11:00 a.m. for alignment and brake inspection. I called them 3 hours later and the lady was telling me my brakes were wore out on the front. I asked did you align it she said my manager said we dont align lifted vehicles. No option online to even tell them what kind of vehicle you drive, besides the fact they saw me pull up and get out of my lifted truck. Why the hell did they not call me right away, instead of letting me call them 3 hours later. A total waste of my time, and i will not be back.

The Service was excellent. I was on a road trip and had a flat tire. They were able to fit me in right away and fixed the flat within an hour!

Went in to get my brakes checked a few days ago. They were very thorough and extremely friendly! Nicky ordered extra parts for us just in case, and were glad she did, one of the new calipers ended up leaking so they had to replace it, but we didnt have to wait longer for parts. She also got our final price knocked down a few hundred dollars. Tyler was great, he explained everything well and made us feel very welcome. Overall a great experience!

We were finishing our trip home, and we were having tire problems. The crew at the tire shop were stacked up with a long list of people in front of me. They were able to get to my car earlier than anticipated and got us on the way quickly. I am really impressed with their compassion and work ethic.

I went to this place for an oil change because my very good colleague at the office recommended it to me. First of all, I’ve never really vented out any poor customer service experience I’ve had in the past on any review page because, I understand very well that customer representatives may be in their opposite mood sometimes. However, the treatment I received from the lady on the morning shift today -11/13/2019 was very undeserving and particularly racist - not to mention that she actually told me NOT TO COME IN AGAIN. I know I’m black and I understood her message clearly, but it’s a corporate business unit and it shouldn’t be like that. Everything she did in there this morning could have been avoided. Also, charged me an extra $10 for nothing.

Made an appointment for an alignment through goodyear’s website. Very easy and no disclaimers of any kind stating they won’t do alignments on vehicles that have been modified from stock. Showed up at my appointment for an alignment and told the clerk that I had just swapped my suspension out for a new set of aftermarket lifted suspension. He then told me they don’t do work on any vehicles that have been modified from stock. Ridiculous that this isn’t stated when making an appointment via Goodyear’s website. The clerk apologized at great lengths. Will absolutely never take my business to any sort of Goodyear establishment.

Horrible experience, took over 3 hours for a flat tire to be done. Lack of communication, overcharging for services.... Just horrible, avoid if you can many choices around.

They were so friendly. My husband drove his grandpas truck wich he loves as much as life itself. But they didnt mind to help with the service we were seeking. So thumbs up to Goodyear alllll year round :)

We take all of our vehicles to Goodyear in Russellville for tire service. Eric and Tyler along with their Technicians take excellent care of us. This weekend we had a set of tires rotated and balanced. They took it in and completed the work quickly. The ride home was smooth and comfortable. We love how the Goodyear Assurance tires ride on our cars.

The staff is always nice and helpful. The waiting area is comfortable and they have wifi. If you dont want to wait inside, it us a nice place to walk around the shopping center or grab a cup of coffee at the coffee shop.

We were pulling through on a camping trip and pulled in for a new camper tire just 20 min before closing. Tyler provided fabulous service and I was very thankful at the pride he took in his work. He could have just slapped the new tire on but he didn’t. He hammered out the wheel that was bent and made sure everything was balanced properly. He then check all tire pressure on all my camper tires before we left. I was very thankful to have someone who cared about their job since the tires carry my family across the country! Thank you!!

My husband and I got stuck on I-40 with a flat tire and no-good spare. Eric (Store Manager) stayed over an hour and a half past store hours while we got towed and he replaced our tire. We are so grateful and happy to travel through AR with such great resources and customer service. He had a great attitude and completely changed our trip from stranded all night to on our way!

Wow! First of all let me say, Im a relatively picky consumer. On a very busy Memorial Day, this location fit me in immediately AND had the unusual tire size I needed in stock! Ill be honest. I called 4 places before. The other tire stores in town were either closed or needed a day or two to even get the tire in. Goodyear had two choices in my size! The store was clean and the staff couldnt have been friendlier or more helpful! They got me in and out in literally minutes!! Dont miss this location if you need their services!

Went in for an alignment. They didnt get it straight at all. They said it was the best they could do (it wouldve still ate threw tires). And they still charged me full price. Had to find someone else to get it straight & they were able to get it spot on and for a lot cheaper than Goodyear.Not going back here. Id give a 0 feedback if I could.

Had a blow out tire on the interstate, this is the only place that had the exact tire and brand to match the rest and they scheduled me for an appointment and hour after calling on a holiday.. Cant ask for better service. Also very nice friendly staff

We were traveling cross country and almost home when my low pressure warning alerted me that a tire was going low. I pulled in Goodyear and was greeted immediately. I was informed that if the tire could be repaired( a nail was in the the treads) that they would be happy to do that as soon as a technician became available. Within 1 hour my vehicle was pulled back in front of the store and I was called to the desk. I was informed that the repair was done and that there was NO CHARGE for doing it. I’m not sure how a company survives by doing something for free for an out of town client however I only live 80 miles from their store. I need tires in my vehicle soon and I do business in Russellville occasionally. The chance that I won’t buy my tires from them does not exist. I will schedule an appointment soon when I’m back in town calling in customers and return the favor. I own a small company that relies 100% on customer service and recognize a company that exceeds expectation when I see it. I normally buy tires from 1 place locally that I’ve done business with for 16 years on my company trucks but this time I’m going to return to Goodyear in Russellville

Had quite a bit of repair work done to a vehicles front brake system. Repair was finished within the day. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There was a misunderstanding about the cost of repairs. I was prepared to pay for what ended up being the total BEFORE tax. But when they saw my confusion at the different total they very graciously reduced the price to accommodate me. Will definitely be taking my business here in the future.

Im a 20 year old college student attending ATU. Ive had a tire pressure light on for the past few months even though my tires were aired up properly. Since this shop was really close to campus I decided to give it a shot.Upon making an appointment and arriving, I was told that the sensor would cost $67.95 for the sensor and $16-$17 for labor. After waiting an 30 minutes or so for them to replace the sensor, he told me that the $67 sensor couldnt work and had to do the $85 sensor instead. Also they charged 25 dollars for labor. They also forgot to mentioned that they would have to remove the steel weight that was on it and rebalance the tire. They charged $5.95 for the weight and $11 for labor. I understand they needed to, but I wouldve appreciated knowing ahead of time. Anyway... In total, all the parts cost $90.95 + $36 labor plus tax. I really dont like being lied to. If they would have been up front with me and said how much it would cost ahead of time, I wouldnt have cared as much. But being a broke college student, Im not exactly made out of money.The service itself was great. Just from my experience, I was lied to.

The man who is almost always the one who greets you at the counter is so kind and makes going to the mechanic as laid back as possible. He also thoroughly describes the vehicles problem to you and educates you on why it is important to fix or whether you still have time before you need to fix it.

I had a tire blow out and needed a new truck tire. the schedule was packed but the manager, Tyler, fit me in. the drive from morrilton to Russelville took longer than the time it took in the shop getting my tire replaced. Excellent customer service.

I came in because I was losing air in a tire. They inspected the problem and even showed me that my rim was cracked. They went above and beyond by calling to some salvage yards try find a part for me. Sadly no one had it available, but they were very friendly and didnt charge for their time and inspection.
