Lots to choose from and great help

Two stars because they have a good selection but 0 for the staff. What good is the selection if you can’t buy anything because the staff refuses to help you? I waited for about 10 minutes at the cash register and got the sales woman’s attention multiple times. But 2 men came into the store and she was stuck to them like glue. Finally left my items at the register and left.

We recently moved to little rock and my wife would come here to get hair dye and other makeup stuff. When she said she was going to Sallys Id always tag along because the staff is so friendly and fun! Now that were in little rock, we miss the staff here. Keep sassy Sallys!

Ladies/Workers when you call them are absolutely RUDE and are super lazy! They act like askin for help is an inconvience to them and I know their job isnt hard. If i could put 0 stars i would. Not helpful in any way, rude, and they always have a unfriendly face. The attitude is ridiculous.

Found what I needed. Slim pickings with the issues we face these days but they always have what I need and a very helpful and courteous staff.

Staff are kind and courteous. Prices arent outrageous.

They didnt have enough of my hair dye, but they usually have everything I need at a reasonable price

They used to carry hair weave, now I have to go all the way to Conway!! Ive been a constant patron since 2001. And all Ive seen you all do is carry less and less ethnic hair products!

The selection is good but the staff was just about useless. I guess thats what happens when a store is run by teenaged girls.
