One of the most unhelpful, rude manager in Russellville! (Jason)store manager. I will never purchase anything from there again. Hopefully the DM ( Eric Hendley) can do a better job an at least right a wrong.

Manager was super rude and judgmental. Demanded that I leave my purse at the register. Is it normal store policy make every woman leave their purse with all their personal belongings unattended at the counter for anyone to go through?

They dont bug you, while ur shopping. They even cold food now. The shelves are not overly stuffed.

I had a big cart full of stuff I was paying with a credit card the payment went through but because they didnt get it on their end they wouldnt give me my stuff for a receipt I called my card and it says Family Dollar did take the $28 yet the man wont give me my stuff? This place is not organized they are not friendly I will stick with my I will stick with my neighborhood Walmart and my local Dollar General any day I will never come back here once I figure this situation out. its been 3 days AND STILL NO they have not given me my money OR MY ITEMS and it says on my bank statement it got took how stupid can that store be. im sorry

Not friendly service at all. The man who was the cashier this afternoon when I went in was rude. He was not friendly, he didnt try. No name tag, so all I know was he wore glasses and it was about 5 when I was there. I wont be back to that Family Dollar again.
