Typically have great experiences here, but the recent years, the vibe from Zales is to scam customers with overpriced warranties, and I was being sold a warranty that the employee didnt know anything about and couldnt answer simple questions. Will not be using zales again and will shop local shops from now on.

I had trouble ordering my daughter a necklace & Bracelet online kept kicking me off when I was going to order it 4 or 5 times and got frustrated with it and so I called Zales & explained it to this wonderful salesperson named Yvette Rodriguez and she was phenomenal she went above and beyond with helping me with my order and getting it placed I have searched for the perfect surprise present 🎁 for my daughter! Check out Zales if you need anything for that special someone or family member and ask for Yvette Rodriguez shes outstanding!!

Mandi Trent was a great sales person. We had called ahead asking about a item. Mandi had it waiting for us so qw were in and our quickly. .

Just went to get my ring inspected/cleaned. The lady was very friendly and knowledgeable. Also she wasnt trying to push other jewelry on me which was wonderful!!!

I had a great experience at zales. I bought my fiance and I our wedding rings and we were well taken care of with excellent customer service and no pressure whatsoever on what we should buy. Only helpful advice and much patience with my fiance when trying on many different rings. She is currently waiting on her 3 rings to come back and is very excited to get them. My husband just told me when he was ring shopping he went into this store and the store clerk asked if it was a “shot gun wedding”.. that is so unbelievably rude. I am so in shock someone would even ask that. That person needs to be fired.

Horrible. I walked in there ready to buy and willing to spend money, and they never attended me. They attended everyone else but me, maybe because Im hispanic and I dont look like I have money? They claimed they had a small crew but there was only 3 people there. Including me.
