Hot in store, but good deals and good employees

Pretty good selection,sales team maybe a little pushy at times. Shop often as things go on sale. Building layout not the best but quality furniture for the price.

This should be a no star rating. Husband and i went in yesterday looking at bedroom furniture. Found a suit we liked and asked question to salesman steve who helped us. He ran our credit gave us totals etc. Told him we would be back today and when we went in the bed was gone. Dresser and night stand still there and was informed both beds they had in stock sold yesterday. If they were going to sell it out from under us then why run our credit!!!. Needless to say we will not go back and will discourage anyone from going there.

Purchased a memory foam mattress and bed frame headboard footboard set from Overstock good deal Charlie discount Furnitures is the parent company for them. I needed copies of warranty is he and receipt reprint so they dont even have a contact number for good deal Charlie they had to email them so doing a little Googling of my own I called good deal Charlie to contact them regarding a receipt reprint because of something that happened with the furniture I purchased. BEWARE I purchased a memory foam mattress and on the tag it does state that there is fiberglass on the inner liner when you wash the outer liner fiberglass can contaminate your home destroy your furniture your clothes and your carpet to where you have to replace everything. When I called good deal Charlie to discuss this matter I spoke with an Associate they transferred me to their said manager. The manager that they transferred me to her name is Judy. She is a bookkeeper she did not want to give me a receipt reprint refused to give me the owners name and information or any managers because she said they had nothing to do with it. Said she was going to have her lawyer call me and refused to give me a receipt reprint or any warranty information. Turns out the owner is Judys sign and Judy is a bookkeeper there. A bookkeeper is not the person that should be discussing legal matters and hiding public information that is a right to a customer. we are a family and we have a two year old child that would sleep in that bed with us sometimes there should never be any fiberglass contamination from a mattress. Turns out they buy these mattresses as is from other companies and then sell them to you without warranty and they do not back the furniture that they sell. They are here to sell your cheap furniture, take your money and not care at WHAT cost for families. there have been families forced to move out of their homes due to fiberglass contamination from these mattresses. SHAMEFUL to not work with a customer and threaten a lawyer over simply trying to communicate if something can be done.

Bought 2 beds there. When I arrived the first thing i asked was about delivery and the salesman said oh yes of course we will. And i even told him I lived 20 to 30 min away and he said that was fine as well. After i paid for the beds i asked when they would be delivered and the same man told me oh we cant deliver that far so I let him know how i felt about that. And so i had to find someone to get it. Well i found someone and gave the worker my ticket to know which beds i had. Well when my beds arrived they had given me the cheapest hardest mattress which is not the one i purchased the one i paid for was a pillow top not a hard cheap one. Well when i called they refused to fix it and claimed i was lieing but I could come get a better one for more money.i have bought with them several times in the past but they will never get anymore of my money.

If i could give no stars i would..walked in looking for a specific couch and everyone who worked there simply just looked at me and my wife and continued talking. instead of helping us . but FFO has the same stuff and better prices !

We bought a box spring from this place and I’m pretty sure it is infested with bed bugs. I have bites all over me and I’ve caught two bed bugs crawling on me. Disgusting.

Went there earlier this week to price a mattress and box spring. Dealt with a younger Hispanic guy. He priced the mattress to me for $499.00 (was priced at 549.00 on the tag). I asked if that included the box spring and he replied, no, that would be an additional 45.00. I asked if he could take 500.00 for the mattress and box spring, and he agreed, stating that would be plus tax, to which I agreed. I went back today, (three days later) to pay for it and pick it up, and he reneged on the price, saying I must have misunderstood. There was NO MISUNDERSTANDING. Why would I offer 500.00 for just the mattress when he had offered to take 499.00 for it? Why not have enough integrity to at least say I screwed up when I accepted your offer, rather that more or less accusing me of being a liar? I have known these people since they open up 40 years ago, but will never walk thru the door of this place again.

They had some really good deals. We didnt buy anything, just shopping for my daughters first apartment.

I had an item on layaway and they said that they attempted to call me I never received a call now or a voicemail. I called and spoke with a man by the name of Steve if Im correct who began to get rude with me. I informed him I would not be doing business with them anymore.I also wanted to try and put the word out that they are very sketchy when it comes to the storage unit business. There has been a few times I was late on paying it and they lock it up the day you are late. Now getting them to unlock it took over a week and I called 3 times to ask if it was open. They are snooty at times when asked a question as well. There are many more places in town I have found that are cheaper and better business ethics.I understand the issue with being late but as a retired veteran who struggles at times with dealing with people who are desrespctful and rude. I try to be respectful until I feel I am disrespected...that is the way they run business I guess though. I will not again. #noloveforvets

We got a good deal on a new bed frame, mattress and box spring nearly 10 years ago, and the mattress has held up extremely well and still sleeps great. The salesman was friendly and helpful, and the overall experience very positive.

I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!!! i will continue to buy here, Mr Steven saved me over $100!!!! I looked for 2 weeks for a queen box spring, places such as Peters family $350!!!!! Even a consignments was $85 AND THATS USED!!!! Plus i baught me a QUEEN bed a twin bed with wood frame. all for under $300 ...... so brimg the family out and sample PRICES FOR CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP!!!!!!!!!

I have a storage shed with them at a Space Center. My storage got robbed and they never contacted me or the police and changed my lock on my storage. Dirty Business!!!!

BUYER BEWARE!!! Regrettably shopped at their Brandon, FL store. Ordered furniture in Oct, was told 3 weeks...still waiting and they keep telling me the delivery date has gotten pushed back because its from Ashley Furniture...really? I checked and can go get these items directly from Ashley Furniture TODAY. Their policy is no refunds...I get it but not if YOU CANT DELIVER? Dirty business practices ...YOUVE BEEN WARNED, DONT SHOP HERE. I cancelled my ordered and pushed for a refund which I felt was only fair...got a partial.

Called to get info in my lay away and the guy was flat out rude and NOT helpful in any sort! He was “too busy” to talk to me. This will probably not make me ever wan purchase from them again. Completely Rude!

I will not even walk in the door. They may have good prices I dont know. That screaming annoying commercial has spread throughout my whole family . We just cant stand hearing it. None of us will ever go.
