Quick and easy. Saved $40 by moving something myself.

We had a great experience dealing with Uhaul. We ended up getting a flat on the move, but roadside assistance was great and got us back on the road quickly. We also ended up storing our thing at their facility and it was easy, clean and everyone was very helpful.

Clean trucks and friendly service! Also when you get to the store they will have all your moving supplies such as tape, boxes, straps, furniture cushion wraps, labels etc..

The gentleman helping me was rude and didnt put my dolly in truck. I had to drive 20 miles back to get it. He could have been having bad morning.

I am a bit disappointed in the bad review on Google. I used them and find Lilly and the group most efficient, knowledgeable, trustworthy and certainly dont deserve to be called crooks. That is very harsh on an outstanding company like the U Haul on East Main in Russellville. I received clean and well maintained equipment and friendly service. I would rate them at a triple A. They are good folks and deserve to saluted for handling my rental in a very satisfyingway. Try them, you will be like me and go back again.

So far very helpful, just rented a 26 truck to help daughter in Texas since none were available there. Quick, easy & informative.

Worst experience ever. We have been here for over an hour because the lady can’t find the keys for the truck she put in the system. She was no help. We asked just for a different truck since she couldn’t find the keys and she said sure and waited an extra 30 minutes . Come to find out she’s not giving us keys to a new truck. She’s still looking for the keys to the trucked she put us on. We have been here for almost an hour and a half waiting in our car still waiting for her to find keys for a truck we rented. Like get your stuff together. I rented this truck days ahead of time and come here just to wait an hour and a half for keys for the truck. She just came out while I was typing this to say she can’t find the keys to the truck so now we can’t get the size of the truck we needed. Never coming back.

Hands down the absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Donna was extremely disrespectful as was her inexperienced manager (who didn’t fix the issues but transferred me to corporate office after I interrupted her attitude filled response). They didn’t stand behind their agreement and aren’t held to quality standards that a business should be. I was informed that they do not listen to corporate office (by the female manager). She informed me they make their own decisions even after telling a customer a different decision the day before. The initial reason I used this company was a lack of two men and a truck in this area. They charged a cleaning fee when this truck required no cleaning but couldn’t produce documentation of the cleaning that was needed. Awful business management. Do better!

First impression pulled up and our truck and dolly was up front waiting for us. While Pulling a car dolly is a little rough and bumpy but it made it from point A to point B just fine. Wouldnt recommend going why faster than 65 to 70

Couldnt access our rental today because Uhauls system was down. Went here to try and get some help and Tiffany came at us with an attitude immediately. She ended up flipping us off and made a bad day even worse. Took a parting shot at us too with a sarcastic Have a nice day. Neither her nor her manager knows anything about customer service. The manager did and said nothing. They make uhaul look bad never going back here. Might not ever use uhaul again after this fiasco.

I went into their store to rent a vehicle. Made the reservation, told the girl what I was using the truck for and gave her my payment information to reserve the truck. I get a phone call 2 days later that said they cant rent the truck to me for a weekend. I was confused why a rental truck company would allow you to rent a vehicle for the weekend. She then proceeded to hang up on me and was not the most friendly person to do business with. I was told that most people that rent the small trucks like I did dont take the entire weekend to move. Sorry I wanted to give UHaul my money and they dont want it.

Tanner is the man ! He deserves a raise !! He’s a great associate and helped explained all the charges and did everything he could so our card could get through so we can rent a uhaul to move. This is our 2 time using this place and we never had any problems. The cars we got were very cleaned and he also helped explain how to return the uhaul and take pictures after.

Great experience! Mr. Rudder is a kind, hardworking individual. He answered all of our stupid questions and was really helpful and quick. We will be back!

Do not use this place. They will rip you off and charge you double what the actual price was supposed to be. Use a different company or U-Haul office. The manager and girl working the front need to be replaced.

Rude employees. Needs to have tiffany replace. She is rude and condescending. Flips off customers.

Shut this place down. Worst customer service experience in my life. I paid for insurance that didnt cover anything, wasnt informed fully about charges, was lied to about policies and was put in a vehicle that I almost wrecked because the alignment was out. I now have hundreds, if not thousands, of damage to my property and the only thing they offered was a $30 uhaul gift card. This was my first and will be my last time using uhaul.

Lilly Adams the manager was extremely rude from the very start and wound refusing to rent to us after lying about equipment not being allowed out of state very disgusted with the customer service

These people are straight up crooks, find yourself a different Uhaul office & avoid the lies & hours of calls with the corporate office because these people will lie about what they told you & theyll lie about what you told them. Uhaul corporate is fantastic and offers great customer service but they should really consider closing this store or revoking the owners franchise because theyre hurting the Uhaul brand, WORST UHAUL IN ARKANSAS
