Great customer service ! See Mr. Tommy Garison, Would highly reccomend!

I made an appointment for March 9, 2021 for McKinney Honda to have my John Deere E130 with 17hrs on it to install a new deck belt. After keeping my mower for 4 weeks it was finally returned on April 8, 2021. I started to mow and now my mower is running very rough and smoking white smoke. A little while later it stopped and wouldn’t start back. I called McKinney Honda Service department and explained what was going on to one of the mechanics. I was advised that it sounded like my fuel filter may be clogged. I went to Lowe’s the next day to purchase a new filter and installed it as the mechanic advised. My little John Deere E130 still wouldn’t crank. I called McKinney’s service dept and scheduled service for this new problem that they brought back to me, after having my deck belt changed by McKinney Honda’s service department. A couple of days later McKinney’s service driver picked my e130 up to service this new problem. After another week went by and I still hadn’t heard anything about what was going on with my lawn mower. I reached out to McKinney’s service department again. Now they’re telling me I need a carburetor and mines is corroded. I asked how is that possible when I didn’t have any problems with my mower prior to them putting their hands on my little John Deere E130. At that time, I wasn’t to worried because I purchased a 4 year extended warranty from McKinney for $299. That’s until the service guy said they don’t do warranty work on John Deere lawn mowers anymore. Since they stopped selling them after they sold me mine, basically my warranty Justin @ McKinney sold me is no good at McKinney’s and the repair to the problem that occurred under their watch would cost me $323!!! Today is June 2, 2021 and still haven’t heard anything from McKinney about my mower. This is the worst service I’ve ever experienced. Should’ve went to Lowe’s and purchased my little John Deere lawn mower. Smh!!!

Completely out of most turkey stuff and no Honda’s so I guess COVID-19 hurt there ability to replace their inventory, but Simmons in bastrop had everything

I bought from Mckinney because they are the best and the service is great BUT I needed oil changed and I live almost two hrs away. I called to make an appointment and was told that they needed to disinfect my bike and that would take 48 hrs first and then they would change the oil. So basically two trips to Ruston. First of all you can spray on a disinfectant and it works fairly easy and faster and keep you customers happy. Second of all the bike is outside under a shed how sick can it be.

They have a great inventory of a little of everything anybody would need. I stopped by for 45 caliber bullets for my 1911 and they had a lot to choose from and some were on-sale.

Enjoy this place a lot but guys in the archery section. Can’t tune a bow for nothing some kid took my bow claimed he didn’t know what he was doing then some older guy came back moved a couple things 2 min later he’s handing my bow back saying here ya go it’s good, charges me 20 bucks for him to do nothing I’m heading to Simmons to get it done professionally

They always have what I need when I need it and if they dont they can get it ordered pdq. They are always kind and thoughtful and very helpful. They will make deliveries for you as well. Have made several different purchases from them and they have dependable equipment and greet service.

They dont even worry about service after the sale. Theyve had my pioneer for a month. Called this morning and they were almost done but they pulled all the mechanics to help with sales for tax free weekend so itll be another week

Staff was very knowledgeable very wide selection of Hondas the showroom was very clean the bathrooms were very clean and Tommy was a real nice man any questions that I had he had answers for go check them out

Knowledgeable staff, great selection of guns & power vehicles, and the best part is they are local. Everyone is very friendly and willing to help. I have had friends that have taken their lawn equipment there and McKinney fixed them for free just because it didnt take long. If you want to be treated not just like a human being but as a valued customer, go to McKinney Honda.

I called to ask if my warranty covered my speedometer since it was acting erratic, they told me it was covered and the repair wouldnt take them an hour to do but i should have my four-wheeler back in two days. i asked them to look at my parking brake since they will have it for the speedometer repair and call me to tell me what they suggest. after 3 weeks of calling them without them ever calling me(though they claimed they did) they told me i owed them 20 bucks.. not a big amount, not a big deal. except they fixed the brake without my consent. when i told them i didnt agree to having my brakes adjusted, i just wanted their opinion on what the issue was if there was an issue. they told me if i didnt want to pay the balance due ($19.98) they could go back and unadjust my brakes. mike was very rude and not helpful. this review makes them seem better than they really are. needless to say i paid the amount due so they wouldnt mess with my brakes anymore. i wont be going back. customer service means something to some people, those people just happen to work at McKinney Honda sales floor and not in the repair shop. 2/5 stars because they did repair the speedometer, but they charged me to do something i could have easily done myself without my consent and the time period it took for them to make those minor repairs was ridiculous. my cousin has also had issues with them. meaning this isnt an isolated instance

Went here last week...great service! Everyone that works there seems to really love what they do and it shows.The gun guys knew just what I needed and answered all my questions. The parts dept gave me pretty good advice for my 4-wheeler, too. Well worth the drive from Monroe to Ruston.

I took a tire a wheel off my bike to get new tire mounted and balanced, they were very friendly and were fast!!! U will go back!! And I recommend them!!
