We like to shop at five Below, from time to time, but, just, like any other store you have to look for the best deals because some items are overpriced!

Business hours are incorrect! They close at 6:40PM. Came by to pick up a phone case for my son and tried to open the door to no avail. The cashier turned around and gave me a perplexing look and then pointed to his watch and gave me a thumbs down. Its 6:40PM. They close at 7:00PM. If you close at 6:40PM then make sure you post that on your website and door. Otherwise, people may assume youre open til 7:00PM. Or even better, get a job that you enjoy instead being a cranky, lazy and childish employee who has issues with staying according to schedule.

I love this place just wish when they bought hollar they would of kept their prices. Or at least kept the online the same.

The store is super neat and clean! Its my nephews favorite store and thats my reason for going today. I hadnt been in a store since march and I felt comfortable. All the employees had on masks as well as the customers. I will definitely visit when Im in town again.

Great atmosphere

I tried to pay the 55 cents included in my total. The clerk had already rung up my purchase and would not take my change. She couldnt figure out that if my total was $27.55 and I gave her $40.55 that I would receive $3 change. She was convinced her drawer wouldnt balance because she only entered the paid amount as $40. Maybe the clerks need to understand money and how to count change. My 11 year old understands this.

I was in the store this past week and there was not an employee to be found anywhere! I waited at the checkout (me and one other lady) for about 15 minutes. Finally gave up and went in search of someone. They were both in the stock room. Thank goodness Ruston has honest people-otherwise we could have made off with everything!

Lots of candy. Prices not all that hot on candy but i love the $5 shelves. I found some bluetooth earphones for $5. Still prefer shopping at Dollar Tree for the $1 items but this store is nice too. Friendly staff.
