This place has gone to the dogs. No disrespect to dogs but it is the poorest run Walgreens I’ve experienced in the national. And I’ve been to over 30 in 25 states. It takes 10 to 15 minutes per car in drive thru even though it’s drop off and pick up only. Then there’s the hours it takes to fill when they say “give us an hour”. Then there’s the “I can’t find you prescription”. Switching to CVS because I need national coverage.

This place is a joke. The other 1 star reviews are spot on. I would give them a - Star review if I could. They need to get it together. Said is a under statement.

If I could give this Walgreens pharmacy a negative star, I would. I dont even know where to start with the problems Ive had with this place. This place is slow and disorganized.. was told my husbands script was ready. Told to take a seat that it would only be a few. Hour and a half later, the line was so long and not moving, I decided to go through the drive thru. Waited another 20 minutes to be told it would be another hour. They still have it advertised that they have walkinins for vaccinations. Waited for 45 minutes to be told I needed to make an appointment online.. I made an appointment online only to be told when I went in for the appointment that they dont take appointments this late in the day. This is a lie because I saw people getting vaccines anyone another day at the same time of day.

They lost my script for a pain killer and had zero compassion. Wish I could give them a negative number

The customer service is a joke, you have 6 people working the pharmacy, one on the drive thru, one at the counter, pharmacist handling giving vaccines etc and the others twiddling their thumbs and playing on their phones. You need to have one line for drop off of prescriptions, one handling vaccines, and one handling picking up scripts. Stood in line for 35 mins of not moving because of this. Ridiculous.. would give 0 stars if that was an option.

I have Covid and have waited 1.5 days for meds and still are not filled. This has been the worst place in Ruston to get prescriptions filled

So on the coldest weekend of the year Im trying to swap out my propane bottle and girl at the front desk tells me they arent doing anything with propane today. I ask are you out and she no... My manager said we arent doing it today. Really... Great customer service.

Don’t pick this pharmacy if you care about your livelihood. Go to CVS or Walmart. Maybe they need a new pharmacist.

I WILL BE CALLING CORPORATE AND WILL BE REPORTING THE WALGREENS ON CALIFORNIA. I JUST CALLED YOU ALL TO SPEAK TO THE MANAGER AND YALL HUNG UP IN MY FACE .

This has to be the worst app to use for a pharmacy I’ve ever seen! Waited in the drive thru line for over 15 minutes and moved up only two spots. Extremely slow is an understatement!! Decided to go in to see if it would be quicker, and of course, more problems. I received a message stating my medicines were ready for pick up an hour before arriving. However, once I got to the counter, the were in fact not ready!! I was told that one of the meds were hung up in the system due to insurance. Thing is, I don’t have insurance. When I told them this, of course they had no real explanation. I will never return to this pharmacy and will highly recommend no else does either!!

I can always feed what I need in otc drugs.

Great place to shop and drop off your scripts...very busy and most of them know you and call you by name...Love this place....
