Staff was helpful as we were trying to find an oddball item. Took us right to it instead of pointing like other places do. Very organized and clean making browsing items easy. I usually dont like shopping in places like this but this experience has made it easier to make the trip next time.

I am a quilter so I am constantly in the fabric department buying sometimes just a few inches of many different fabrics and the staff is always patient, courteous and helpful.

Great customer service! I noticed they recognized all the armed services except the U.S. Coast Guard! I am U.S. Coast Guard Retired and would love to see them recognize the Coast Guard as well!

Clean, organized, everyone is polite. Visit at least weekly with only 1 problem EVER and it was resolved with a phone call.

I love hobby lobby, this time it was ok not unpleasant at all just a little difficult finding someone who could help me locate a few items. It seemed like maybe the store was being rearranged or maybe just stocked. It seemed a little out of sorts. I supose everyone is but hobby lobby is always on top of things so it was unusual. I will continue to shop at hobbof myy lobby because it is one of my favorite stores and I know next time it will be as lovely as always.

Quilting fat quarters are wrong dimension. They were the only pre-cut fabric option at Hobby Lobby that I could find...wanted to use them to cut 18in circle but was shorted 1/4 in. So ended up having to buy fabric at Walmart.

Lots of seasonal stuff to go through not even Halloween yet and Christmas stuff was out prices were a little high$100 for a train set I thought was but everything was easy to find

The slowest checkout Ive ever experienced. THEY DONT USE BARCODE SCANNERS. The (overwhelmingly friendly) cashier explained that they manually enter prices, and use a printed chart to determine which items are on sale. If a given item isnt on the chart, they walk very very slowly to wherever you got the item to look for a sign indicating if said item is actually on sale. Then they walk just as slowly back to the register to manually input the discounted price. I hope this was a one-time thing, and that they are now using barcodes. But I wont be finding out anytime soon. 👎👎👎
