This is one of if not the best vape shops in Northeast and North Central Louisiana. With more options in flavors, devices, and prices than all others around the area. The owner and staff are more than knowledgeable and all try to help your experience that much better.

Humble juce is... Not great

The best time I ever had in a store. I love chucking fat clouds out of my RDA that I purchased from this store for a very nice price. The workers there were quite sexy (dont tell my wife Debra). They were knowledgeable on the topic of chucking clouds, but obviously not as knowledgeable as me. Anyways Debras calling me to come to bed goodnight!

This place is amazing. They have a very wide selection of mods, tanks, and juices, but to me, that isnt the important part. The important thing to me is the customer service. The employees are very nice and easy to talk to. They are willing to do whatever they can to help make their customers happy. They are also very knowledgeable about their products so that they can help find the most appropriate items for the customers needs. I cant praise them enough.

Extremely helpful and wonderful service. Told the worker this afternoon what I was looking for and she showed me all possible products and gave me information on all of them. This may have actually been the best service I’ve ever had from a vape shop. Management, promote this girl! If I was from the area, I would be a regular!

Ive never been disappointed when I shop here. The prices are great, they have a good selection of juice so they have something for everybody, and the other products such as mods, tanks, and RDAs are worth every penny. And the staff is very helpful and knowledgeable about the stuff they sell

Good selection of E-Juice and Vape Mods. The Mod kits are a bit on the pricey side. You definitely will find a better deal for the same mods online. But you are also supporting a small business in Ruston so I dont mind paying a little extra sometimes. Friendly staff. They also carry supplies for your Vape needs like coils, batteries, tanks etc... They also have a good selection of glass pipes to choose from.

25 years smoking. 5 weeks only vaping. Nice guys at the ruston store. Had an issue with a coil, they showed me how to fix it next time. Knowledgable people and always ready to help and inform. If your considering switching, visit this store they will help you. They will continue to help after you bought device and such. I have gone back because of the customer service.

Amazing customer service and very helpful staff! I dont use any other vape shop now that Ive come across Vape escape. Some products may be able to purchased cheaper online BUT you dont get the service this shop offers and they stand behind their products. Buying online you arent always guaranteed quality products and you have to wait on them to be shipped to you. If youre in Ruston I highly recommend stopping in and checking them out. If nothing else you will get a smile and great conversation. Great selection of juices on their premium line and house line and great selections of mods and tanks!

I will say that I have been to MULTIPLE vape shops and the vape escape is the best shop of all time hands down! No matter what problem I have the staff knows the answer to everything even when I think I know the answer they know it better. I refuse to go anywhere else. Everything is amazing all the way from the vast amount of different flavors weather it’s the house juices which I love. They also sell amazing brands of juice not made in the shop as well. Their customer service is by far the best. I walk in every time and they have a big smile on their face and they call me by name. It doesn’t get any better then THE VAPE ESCAPE!

Horrible customer service.. I went to the Monroe location and they were AMAZING.. In ruston it seem they would rather stock their shelves.. I asked a couple of questions and could tell the guy I was dealing with was not interested in helping me. ( the other guy did attempt to help but this one stood up from the box he was dealing with). I bought a coil because I NEEDED it. I planned on spending about $50, instead I spent $6.?? because am not begging someone to help me when thats his job. If I ask for something like if I can try a flavor, or if you have something in salt a responce of just, NO, is not going to work.

The employees at The Vape Escape made me feel comfortable when I was buying my first vape. They were also very knowledgeable and had no problem answering any concern/question that I had.

The customer service was great, theres plenty of vape juice flavors to choose from, the prices of their vape mods and accessories seemed a little pricey, but thats my opinion. Only real negative thing I can say is that the parking space can get crowded quickly..

Love this place my vape shop away from home

Alright so I am far from an expert wgeb it comes to vaping or anything that comes with it. The staff is not only ridiculous friendly, theyre also knowledgeable in their trade. I will be back for all my needs, their in house juice line offers enough choices for anyone to find exactly that they need. This place is great, its a very relaxed environment thats professional at the same time. I feel 5 stars isnt enough.

Absolutely love this place! The staff is very nice and helpful! I drive 25 miles for all of my vaping needs!!! I smoked for over 15 years and thanks to the vape escape I havent smoked a cigarette in nearly 1 year! I always look forward to seeing whats new each time I go and checking out all the specials!! They always have SEVERAL juice specials every time I go in. I dont and wont shop at any other vape shop!! I highly recommend The Vape Shop!

The glass and tobacco accessory selection here is incredible, and you cannot beat their prices anywhere else in Ruston. Vape juice and vape gear is a different story though. Vape Escape has a fantastic variety of flavors, mods, tanks, and RDAs. This reflects itself in pricing however, so its best to compare prices between Altitude and here for gear.

Sold me a lemon of a banger and when I went in to show them they said they couldnt replace it because it was fine when I walked out with it. That logic is seriously flawed and I wouldnt doubt they have many more flawed products at their shop.

I have been to a few vape stores in my life, and this one is the most uniquely amazing experience Ive had with any store of this kind. The staff is extremely helpful. They will explain anything to you, and even set up your RDAs, coils for tanks, and theyll help you with almost anything else you need. The selection is on par or better than any other local vape shop, and they let you sample any juice on the shelf for free. If I lived within 50 miles of Ruston I would drive here to get what I need, indefinitely.
