I saw Tara recently and I am so impressed! I thought waxing was going to hurt but she made it comfortable and bearable. Front desk was nice and professional and made me feel comfortable asking questions. Would definitely always recommend going here!

I’ve been waxed by both Stacey and Tara, and both are amazing. They made me feel very comfortable, made the experience a lot less painful, and were very friendly, which was a big improvement from my last waxing place. I highly recommend going to either of them! The front desks are also very hospitable, so it is a good place to go all around.

The staffs are nice . I cant complain about them . The only thing is they change wax specialist all the time which Im not crazy about

This place is so incredibly disgustingly infested with horrible workers that are rude to you and even curse at this so called professional place. there we also roaches gathered together having lunch. this has been one of the worst experiences for me and my girlfriend.

Love this location. They’re open late / early and Deana is my go to. She’s super friendly and is not harsh while doing the waxes as I have experienced with other locations/waxers. I switched to this location and don’t think I would go back anywhere else. Highly recommend this place. Good customer service as well 👌🏼

The absolute worst.I did not receive the service which I paid for. The waxer did not even do her job. The receptionist was rude and started interrogating me with personal questions and the manager refused to give a refund or schedule another session to make up for it. Unprofessional.

I had such an exquisite experience here at this location, Inside everything was super clean and beautiful. I was greeted with a warm welcome by Alex who was the receptionist, check in was very easy and my esthetician was Chloe! She is the absolute best she did an immaculate job with all of my waxing needs. I highly recommend everyone to go book your waxing appointment with Chloe you won’t be disappointed. She is a heaven sent!!! I’m changing my wax location to this one permanently, I can’t wait to go to my next scheduled appointment😁

I went here after having a traumatizing Brazilian somewhere else, and I booked an appointment with Tara, and let me tell you she truly has magic hands! She is so gentle and personable and really makes everything painless! She truly is amazing! I am going to go to her for everything! She is wonderful! An amazing experience!! I followed her to this center because she left another! She is a fantastic waxer and you won’t regret going to her!

Jaida from European Wax Center of Rutherford NJ is wonderful. She is professional, workspace is always clean, shes very friendly and pleasant. Its not only physically comfortable, but also socially comfortable. You really feel like youre just hanging out with a friend while youre there. Really hard to find a trusting wax specialist. I had a brazilian wax done and eyebrows by Tara. She was simply amazing! Tara was professional and walked me through the waxing process thoroughly. I ended up buying a package because of how great my experience was with Tara!

Tara does my eyebrows and shes awesome. She able to keep my natural eyebrow beautifully shaped. I even followed her from her last place of work.

I always go get my Brazilian wax with Jojo and I have to say she’s super pleasant, knowledgeable and make the experience pain free with our great conversations. European wax is always clean, everyone is professional and friendly!!! I would totally recommend their services.

The waxer was 10 minutes late which is unacceptable. They should be prepped and ready knowing what time the appointment is.

Meghan has great customer service skills and she is gentle with her clients. Although, this was not my first experience with waxing, Meghan is by far one of the best at this profession. She is a great asset to European Waxing in Rutherford, NJ. Every time I visit I will most definitely make an appointment with Meghan.

My wax experience with Megan which was great deserves a higher rating. However, purchasing a wax package here was the worst mistake I could ever make. I’ve bought two of these in the past in another location where I have never experienced this kind of Situation.I purchased the buy 9 get 3 package and was wrongfully charged the buy 9 get 2. I noticed on my receipt and got in contact with the location. I was told the original buy 9 get 2 package was completely erased from the system and that I would get recharged for the buy 9 get 3. I had to wait a little over a week to get refunded from the first mistake which was annoying. I still give three stars because of their quick responses.

I originally started going to the Teterboro location and had gone through multiple waxers and then I made an appointment with Tara. She was nothing but sweet and calming as the services I was getting were something new to me. She is meticulous with her work and will leave you silky smooth and sometimes even chuckling as you go out the door. I have been seeing Tara for a while and a waxer is like your nail lady, you don’t go to anyone else. I will be happily following Tara to the Rutherford location ☺️

My appt was 9pm which was good lol. I had Jessica she was sweet and nice. Conversation was nice as she was doing my wax my unborn son was kicking her and she was surprised which was a funny moment. But overall I would recommend her she’s sweet. Can’t wait to go back after birth

I was seen by Ryan for my first visit for the free eyebrows wax offer. I adored her! She did such a great job and I couldnt believe that my eyebrows were barely red at all after I finished! I was so happy that I booked another visit for a Brazilian wax. I had been to other salons but this was such a better experience. After going back for my second follow up with Ryan, I booked a package because I was so happy with the experience and attentiveness that she gave. Since I originally bought my package I have been back about 4 times and she has yet to disappoint me. I would highly recommend her to anyone in the area!

The absolute worse. I had to call multiple times to cancel a wax pass. First I was told I had to go in to the location to cancel and then I was told it could be done over the phone. The last time I called I was told it was cancelled just to wake up this morning to find that I was charged for it. This place is a scam, I swear.

Came in for my first ever waxing experience and Vanessa S made it such a comfortable and positive visit. She was easy to talk to while being extremely professional. She put me at ease and did a fantastic job. 10/10 would visit and request her again!

I’ve tried for first time European wax Center here and it was with Jen. Absolutely happy with her. Very quick, but gently and perfectly clean. And even bought package of 12 immediately. I felt in love with this place.BUT.For the second time I did with another waxer and absolutely unhappy and upset. A lot of hairs stayed untouched. It’s not because they are short. Just because they were uncarefully missed... If Angela was my waxer for the first time, I will never come again. But now I have package of 12... and hope to catch Jen only for the next time..

While everyone is very pleasant, the trick is finding the right person to do the job. Not everyone who knows how to wax, should be waxing.

I use to have Paula and Lorie. They both left and I was so upset but then eventually I got into Megan’s schedule and I absolutely love her. She’s super thorough and she doesn’t rush which makes me feel like I’m getting what I’m paying for. I’m really happy to have another great waxer at this center. She makes me feel comfortable and I haven’t left disappointed since I’ve had her. Sometimes with other waxers you end up bringing wax home with you, and Megan cleans up nice which is a first for me. She’s now my go to waxer at this center.

The staff is always very nice, friendly and accommodating to the clients needs and schedule. They have a 10 minutes rule, so even if for some reason youre late for 10 minutes, they will still take you for your appointment. Also, their products are very good, they really work and help you maintain a healthy skin . Ive been going here for over a year, and will continue to do so .

CLIENTS BEWARE...I have been going here for 3+ years, and THOUGHT I was receiving great service by the staff. I came to find out recently that I was lied to about packages that I had purchased only so they could charge me for more packages. They kept telling me I ranout of passes, when instead, I had purchased 12 passes 1 month prior. They did this in order to make commission off of the sale. When I confronted the staff about it, I NEVER received a phone call back, or an email back. After 7 weeks, I was told that the error just happened yet nothing was done to rectify the situation.I will no longer go here for my services, for the fact that they lied to me, charged me thousands of dollars in unnecessary packages, and do not it matters to the client.Clearly, they are not concerned about good customer service, but rather just ripping you off and making money and commission off of you.I am completely disgusted with this place.

I’ve gone here several times and have always had a great experience. It’s clean and the receptionists are friendly. I recently had Allie as my waxer and she’s my new go-to person! It was quick and relatively painless.

Ive been going here for five years and see Jessica. My skin is sensitive and would stay red for days at other wax locations. Here I am just fine within an hour or two. Ive had nothing but professional,Anna Brunettis claim is false. The employees have ALWAYS gone above and beyond to correct mistakes. Ive met Ms. Brunetti at her profession and her bedside manner is so horrid that after years at the same dental office I said I NEVER want to see that person again. If you look the other reviews shes given, youll see she doesnt have anything good to say about anyone and coincidentally, no one has anything nice to say about her. Im glad to know I wont be seeing her at EWC or my dental office and if I do see her at the dental office Ill stick my tongue out at her .
