I Just bought a brownstone in Hoboken and thank God I found Titan Windows and Doors they were one of four companies that I contacted.They were the most professional and seemed to be the most experienced along with the best pricing to value.They replaced all of my windows and my entry doors, I could not be happier. Would highly recommend!!!

Titan was one of three local window and door replacement companies that I contacted in The Bergen County area, Titan was actually the first one to contact me and the only one to contact me the same day.I originally inquired about repairing my windows and was interested in having them look at a door if not beyond my budget. On the phone I explained the issues I was having and set up an appointment for someone to come take a look.On the day of the appointment I was greeted by a gentleman named Richard. I was originally worried. I would have to replace all the windows but was hope-full that a repair could be performed.Everything was thoroughly explained along with my options. I expressed my budget concerns and thankfully Richard was able to identify that the current windows were done in two stages and helped me weigh replacement versus the repair cost. The concern I had with the door was shockingly an easy adjustment that he had performed free of charge during the estimate.At the end of the meeting, I was verbally given a quote and told that a contract would be emailed to me the following day. Two days later I signed the contract and within about 3 weeks I had my installation scheduled.Richard was on site during the installation and don’t believe it could’ve gone any smoother. I will be using them again next year to replace some more windows.

Please do not use this company, my husband and I put a deposit down for windows and a door with this company and they ran off with our money. It’s been weeks and we have no windows and the sales guys has been avoiding us! I’ll be suing this company and reporting them to BBB. For your own good, stay away from these scammers!

My uncle is the property manager of the apartment building that I reside at in Jersey City. Titan windows and doors was contracted to replace the windows in my apartment building along with many other properties that my uncle managesI cant speak to their pricing but I immediately felt a huge difference in heating but also unexpectedly in noise reduction.The installation crew was very personable, professional and down to earth. As a tenant I am very happy that they hired a professional company to do the job and was very pleased with the way they handled and covered all the items and furniture in my home, leaving it cleaner then they found it.

RUN! I never leave reviews, but when it comes to scams I don’t take it lightly, first off this Richard Graziano doesn’t have a physical office, he uses a mailbox at the UPS store on Orient way, took thousands of $$ from us and bailed, never picked his calls and never returned voicemails, save yourself the hassle and look for more competent people with an office you can trace them to when xxxx hits the fan. Learn from our mistake. RUN!

Someone threw a rock through my window and it was not just any window, but an oddly sized one. I called Titan Window And Doors and they came out immediately, in fact they came the same day. They came out took measurements in the morning took my broke window and had a new replacement window that afternoon!Spot on prompt and reliable. I love this company!

Titan was one of four vendors I reached out to in Bergen County to get quote to fix my broken bathroom window. I was quickly contacted by Richard who almost instantly provided a quote which turned out to be the most reasonably priced. He was very accommodative to my schedule and did not take long to complete the job. I would use this vendor again.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Richard took our $1100 deposit, never showed up to do the work and we cannot get in touch with him. His voicemail box is full, my father has texted him multiple times over the last 6 days and 0 contact. My dad will be showing up the supposed address this week. This man ran with our money and we are looking into legal action as we have close friends who are lawyers.

Very professional, prompt and knowledgeable. Living out of state I had called Titan Windows and Doors to install a few windows and a new entry door for an elder relative living inside of Titans service area. They even fixed the facade free of charge. I’m Very happy I called Titan and highly recommend them to anyone living inside of New Jersey or New York City. Wish I knew a contractor local to me just like Rich from Titan Windows & Doors.

My family business needed our windows replaced and our doors were in need of major repairs or replacement. When we meet with Titan they were more then informative and unlike the other contractors that we had meet they were the only ones that had a repair solution for our doors. It actually kept us below Budget in comparison to the others.I would highly recommend to any other building or business owner and will definitely be using them in the future.

Never showed up on time and messy installation. Trusted him with my Home Depot card to purchase AC and found many other little items purchased without my authorization which he took with him. Contacted him so he could return them and never heard from him again. Need to have AC removed and reinstalled correctly !
