Almost too much contact from them. Their Chinese glass tends to be inferior to original glass. Less chip resistant.

Patrick the technician suggested coming back early the next morning rather than risk cracking it in the midday heat during the repair to repair. He came on time the next morning made the repair while I was working and left, locking the door. I had some trouble finding the repaired area, which prior to his ministrations was a large chip and 1.5inch crack. Excellent work

I tried to reach out to the local store regarding a vehicle that was in their parking lot. Their automated system ran me around and around, hanging up on me several time and I couldnt get through to the local store. Portland Auto Glass and Clarks are both local and actually answer their phones.

They were awesome you can sit and watch if you want thru a window nice clean and comfortable waiting room would highly recommend!!

Tyler the mechanic that worked on my car was the best of the best conscientious clean-cut nice man to work on your car it was a tough repair with an antique BMW but he tackled the problem and I am very happy

When replacing my windshield they broke my rear view mirror. I was told they’d be out the next day to fix it. Instead I waited 2.5 weeks until someone could come out. When someone finally came out to fix it, the mirror fell back off the next day. It’s now been 3 weeks without being able to drive my car safely, and now it looks like I’m out the cash to fix it because it seems SafeLite is incapable.

Calling this company is a nightmare and its impossible to contact an individual location. Had to wait 20 minutes to be redirected to my Safelite store, they do not list any direct contact to the store. Essentially impossible to set up anything over the phone.
