I have been trying forever to get my hair to platinum blonde, I visited a Sallys in Salem/Derry, NH area and the lady sold me 50 bucks worth of products that DID NOT work a few times in a row and then I visited this Sallys and after one visit and spending 35 bucks I had the right color finally and couldnt be happier. The woman who helped me was very friendly, polite and helpful and I would recommend people to go to this store as they know what they are doing. I also had an issue with the woman at the other store almost keeping my change once. (Almost 20 bucks worth of change mind you)

Membership card isnt a discount card anymore. Its just a rewards card now. 🙁
