Preface: I havent bought anything from this store, yet. However, unless we find the deal of a life time next weekend when we go back out, my wife and I will, for sure, be back to purchase from Vermont Bedrooms and Dustin. He was incredible, especially since we told him up front we were not looking to buy that day. He found the best bed for us, had great knowledge of everything and was very sincere. Bought a mattress almost 2 years ago and went in due to wear on mattress with almost a 2 inch dip. Wyllie was very helpful and we will be having our new mattress delivered this week with existing warranty if we have any issues within the next 8 years. I really enjoyed the purchase experience at Bed Express. I was avoiding This place at first but after going to Sleepys I figured it couldnt be any worse. When at Sleepys I felt like I was at a high pressure car dealership. I went to Bed Express and didnt feel that way at all. Just pure knowledge was given and no pressure to buy at all. No up sell pressure but more just trying to find out the mattress that felt the best.Now what I most hate about any store is when the price is not displayed. As we wanted a mattress only at Sleepys they had to look up the price on every mattress. That took about 3 - 5 minutes every time. Then I looked on there website while in the store and the prices they were giving me were $50 higher that the website every time. Well needless to say I packed my family up and left. The following day we went to Bed Express. Total opposite! We went in and all pricing was proudly displayed. Not only did we not get up sold but we kinda were down sold in a way as we ended up purchasing a mattress for much less than what we had for a budget. I was so super stoked that I think I will return and buy a new bed frame and possibly end tables. Ours are good and solid but a bit dated. I liked what I saw when I was there so I think it may be time to return again.THANKS DUSTIN!!!
