Not only did JT set me up with a perfectly tuned fat bike, he steered me to the best local trails and sent me off on a great adventure that made my visit special. For rentals, repairs or just some great converstation, make sure you stop in!

This bike shop is great, he is super honest, fast and wants to see you riding and enjoying your bike. My dropper needed work and he gave me some great recommendations on where to go to have it fixed. He replaced my back tire and lining at a great price, shop is super neat and obviously well taken care of

This is the best bike shop i’ve ever been to. First, JT is an awesome person. It’s always lovely going in and chatting with him. Second, he KNOWS bikes. Wealth of knowledge, and will fix up any bike as good as new. I will come here for any and all bike repairs I need. Third, he sold me a wonderful street bike for my Boston work commutes. I know if anything goes wrong/ if I have questions, I can always reach out. When I was shopping around, I let him know what I was looking for and he helped me narrow down the selection. Prices are super reasonable, I anticipated paying a lot more in a stiff bike market!I know he also does bike rentals too- i would definitely rent one from him if i were visiting town.Thank you, JT!

Brought my sons bike in because the chain broke and there were loose parts. He tightened it all up and made a new chain by the next day! Recommend him to anyone!

Being new to the Rutland area, Im super happy to have found Rutland City Bikes. JT tuned up my vintage 1981 Univega 12-speed so it feels just like new. I hadnt ridden the bike for a few years and wasnt sure what to expect. JT is so skilled and attentive to every detail, with work done at a very fair and reasonable cost. I came back a couple of times after doing a test ride, and JT was very gracious in adjusting the handlebars to be most comfortable for me. I give Rutland City Bikes a double thumbs up!
