Ordinarily I must mail-order my analog photo supplies, but I was pleased to discover that Phototec had everything on-hand that I needed to reestablish my darkroom, plus excellent, friendly service. Well done and thank you!

Brought old negatives of my dog that has passed away. They were pictures of her when she was just a baby so to have them meant the world to me. The gentleman there was very professional and helpful. They were able to send me a link to download my pictures, which is nice to have them safely in my phone instead of pictures I can misplace again. It definitely cost MUCH more than I expected, but these are priceless memories to me so any price was worth it.

I cannot say enough about this place! They are very skilled professionals who care about each job and client. They are friendly and reliable!

Nice store, rude staffWe ended up buying our cameras online for cost and ease of comparison, but when we went to Phototec to buy accessories we realized we made a mistake.We could have easily ordered everything online. Instead, we opted to support a local business and we were met with rude comments about how we should have bought the camera from them. Simple questions about whether the SD card that *they carried* would work with our cameras were met with snippy, immature jabs at our cameras origin. It felt like we were wasting their time - well, I can say for sure we wont be wasting any more.
