We ordered a carpet to be installed on our staircase, and the first installer did a really poor job. We called them and reported the issue. A week later they had a new installer come by to redo the entire job. It looks great now, and this would be a 5 star review if we didnt have the headache of the first install.

Extremely friendly, professional, and timely. They always answer the phone and when they say theyll give you a call back, they MEAN it!When we walked in we were greeted warmly and we scheduled a measuring about a week out. The owner came to measure and was polite and neat in our home. A few days later, we returned, were given a quote for a mid-shelf carpet and were brought through the rolls of carpet to make our choice. The carpet we picked was being shipped to the store, and within two weeks we had the carpet fully installed and cozying our toes! Install crew was courteous and efficient.We also purchased an area rug from them at a big box price!Prices across the store are very reasonable and they offer a huge selection of area rugs, floor tiles, and full-floor carpeting. Im sure they offer even more, the Warehouse is enormous.

Very happy with the entire process of selecting the carpet, to Tom coming to my home to measure to Joanne keeping me up to date with each step. Installation was great. They moved furniture and kept my home clean after everything was completed. I highly recommend these folks.

Great experience! The sales staff was both very friendly and knowledgeable. The installers of both the hardwood floors and the vinyl tile were very professional and did excellent work on a difficult job, as the house is two hundred years old. My wife and I could not be more pleased!

The paint shop was both knowledgeable and well supplied. I trust my paint needs to these folks
