We enjoy poking around looking for bargains. The Rutland store seems to have less merchandise than other stores we have visited. Careful on expiration dates, weve had a couple of boxes of rancid crackers.

There are so many good deals here! Its worth grabbing a cart and shopping each aisle because you end up finding stuff you didnt know you wanted.

I bought their 10x30 Bestway pool for my young girls on 6/3 in the evening. I opened the box up the next day, and discovered there was a hole in the side. I called the Rutland store, where it was purchased, and was told they wont exchange it because it was opened Well it comes in a box wrapped in plastic then the pool is shrink wrapped in plastic next to a box where the pump is inside that box. How do you know if there is damage if you cant see the pool!? Told me because it was a large purchase they wouldnt exchange. Lost my business for life! Oh and the manager George was not at all helpful at all, and was actually getting short with me because I wanted the corporate number which he refused to give me so I went online. Will be filing a huge complaint Monday!

I went specifically to buy three things from a circular received that afternoon. I came away empty handed.The store was in disarray, with merchandise very poorly displayed, and sale items non-existent.

The variety of their merchandise neris the point that one could assume to not only find any hearts desire available, but that it would be on Sale as well!

If I could give no stars I would. I called told them I was coming to purchase a $500 product from over an hour away but got stuck in traffic, called to tell them I would be there at 7:04 on the gps called way in advance before they were closing, offered to pay over phone so I could just grab the product and go and they told me no they wouldn’t wait and so I am just going to take my business elsewhere. Mary was very rude and devyn said it was against the law for them to stay open past 7 for even 5 mins. What a joke this place is

Didnt get the German pickles I wanted but found a great bathroom mat for 7.99. Hit and miss. My favorite Ocean State is in Portsmouth NH.

This was my first trip in this store, and was very pleased to see a large variety of stuff. I have shopped in the Massachusetts store, and loved shopping in them. Its a nice addition to the Rutland area for discount shopping!

Worth a visit now and then. Have been there twice now since it opened. The fun and challenge are in the hunt. There are hard goods bargains to be found. With attention to the use by dates, packaged consumables can be found.

Ocean state job lot. Has stuff its just very sloppily put together we walked the whole store looking for dog products and there wasnt any. Its ok but not really for specific shopping

So much to look through. Prices werent as low as I expected them to be. I have been here 3 times now didnt buy anything the first 2 times but did get some good Christmas supplies for next year at half price this time.
