Customer service was horrendous as per usual. Someone from corporate contact me about my experience today. Otherwise Im closing the book on this terrible company. Literally no one NEEDS you. There are plenty of other options. Im tired of being treated like my business does not matter. Pathetic.

They dont answer their phones at all they are the worst gamestop in Vermont i would rather go all the way to Burlington because at least they answer their phones

They know a lot about the games too so great place to ask questions!This is our go to GameStop....we were going to stop at a couple of different stores in NH when we were passing through yesterday and neither one was open...at least this one stays open later

Smells like sweat in here. Decent staff for a Gamestop not as rude or know-it-all as usual for the franchise but the carpet needs to be cleaned or air filters. Okay selection, knowledgeable staff, please hang some air freshers, burn a candle.

They dont answer the phone at this local location. You can call and call and the machine picks up saying all associates are busy waiting on customers. I called from my cell phone right outside the store, looked inthe store and there was one guy doing nothing and there were no customers in the store.

There is an older woman who works there that honestly looks like she doesnt give a damn about her job. Never greets customers, never makes eye contact and asking her a question gets a very annoyed response.

Never been to a store that only sells video games to be told that they dont have any Xbox 1s for sale at all. Not only that but they said they didnt have A SINGLE CONSOLE OF ANY TYPE in the store. No wonder this chain is struggling to stay in business. Save yourself the trip and some $ and just buy what you need from Amazon.

Good selection. Low trade in price but the used games can be expensive compared. Fun store.

I would recommend not shopping here, I was double charged for a headset that I purchased the other night and am battling with corporate to get my money back.

Store was clean, neat, and organizedI was there for a gift card and was taken care of as soon as I entered the store by a very pleasant, friendly man behind the counter. Pleanty of parking.

Prices of paw patrol game was cheaper at Wal-Mart new by $10 vs game stop preowned. Same game... Game stop seems to over charge by alot.

Love game stop I just got my son a Xbox one s and I know absolutely nothing about game systems and they sat down and took their time to explain each game system to me so I could get the best one for my son for Christmas
