I ordered a customized shirt for my tennis coach as the team gift and I paid extra on shipping so my order would arrive on 6/1 because she was leaving for Hawaii for a vacation. I I didn’t receive my shirt when said. First, despite saying the color I had chosen was in stock, I received an email a few days after ordering which said that if I stuck with my chosen color, the shirt would not get here on time. After changing the shirt to white and being told everything would be on time I received another email a few days later saying that it would not be ready till 6/11. I received the shirt today (6/12) only to find the shirt to be see-through, a fact that had not been advertised properly on the website and listed no where in the shirt description section. Needless to say I am not too happy with my order, but I do have to say the customer service representatives were very friendly and helpful!
Absolutely lazy customer service. Their rep, Kayla Girard, didnt even bother to help me find a specific style of hat I was looking for (I gave her the specs). She just sent me a link to the catalog. Geez, why didnt I think of that?
