Both Charlie and Georgi were extremely helpful and took time with me to offer options for resizing my mothers wedding ring and resetting her engagement ring so that I can use them. I’m very excited to be able to wear these rings which are very sentimental to me. I am also having some earrings repaired which will allow me to wear them again. They were extremely informative and helpful. We learned how to better care for our jewelry. We were quoted a time, I was able to pay up front and the work ended up being done in less than half the time because they already had what we needed in house. We had a gem replaced on my wifes wedding ring. I will be using them again whenever I need anything jewelry related.

I called Diamonds and More 2 weeks before Christmas 2020 they took my order for a special engraved item and another unaltered item and they were able to have it ready gift wrapped and everything in a week. I couldn’t get these items anywhere else in time for Christmas! They were so easy to work with and they made sure to get everything right! They assisted me in resizing the sapphire engagement ring my fiancée proposed to me with, since it was a surprise he didn’t know my ring size. The ring was done in just a few days and well cleaned. When in the showroom they helped us to try on wedding bands and were helpful in deciding what band to get that looked nice with the engagement ring.

My sisters and I went to Diamonds and More to buy a 25th Anniversary ring for my mom. We didnt really know what we wanted, but they were so helpful. They came up with the idea of purchasing a ring that looked like her original engagement ring that had broken. They even found a matching band to go with it. It made the gift so special because my mom had not been able to wear her rings for so long. The staff was so friendly, and they werent pushy. Purchased an urn pendant with my girlfriends birthstone in it. They were able to order it online through their vendor, which has a warehouse with tens of thousands of options. Not only did they have plenty of options, but I was able to order it on a Saturday then received it on a Tuesday. Ivan and his wife and employees are fantastic. I bought diamond earrings a while back from them and lost a screw on the back of one. They were so gracious and took their time to make sure I got a new one that fit well, and that I would hopefully not lose again. Ivan is for sure a salesman but he is reasonable and if you purchase 2 items he will almost certainly give you a great deal. They also offer different sales during the year which I really don’t see other jewelry stores doing. Whether you are having fun just looking or in the mood to buy, I recommend Diamonds and More.

Had such a great time at Diamonds and More with store associate Sally tonight!! I had never been here before, and after complimenting a gorgeous jaguar pin she wore she proceeded to show my sister and I several other pins and jewelry of similar style. When we expressed an interest in jewelry next to the pin she immediately brought them out, continuing until we were on a whirlwind tour of the whole store! It was so much fun, and I gained a whole new appreciation for diamonds and jewelry (turns out not all diamond rings are engagement rings! Many are quite funky!). At the end I treated myself to a pair of very inexpensive Pegasus earrings that we saw early on the tour, and Sally made me feel very luxurious, even spraying the bag with a lovely grapefruit scent. I had no idea jewelry stores were such an experience, and I highly recommend the shop for its vibe, friendliness and love for the jewelry.

I recently relocated from out of state & got my favorite caught in a zipper. I’ve always been very weary of anyone I’m not familiar with dealing with my jewelry. I called in at 4:50PM on a Saturday & asked if I could still come in. The gentleman I spoke to pleasantly told me to come right in knowing they close just a few minutes later. I dropped my chain off & was told they could get to it on Monday. To my surprise I received a call around 1PM the next day to come pick up. It was cleaned & very well repaired.
