When one item didnt work out, she was again excellent in her customer service to find a replacement product which ended up being exactly what we needed! The Staff is outstanding and the amount of CORRECT knowledge in the building is amazing. Mike Desjardins in inside sales has more plumbing and heating knowledge then most people in the rest of the area. Correct calculations on a multitude of items.
