I always go there to get my eliquid, and there is a young lady that works there that is so friendly, and sociable. I know she had black hair and now is blond,very nice person.

I went in today on my hunt for e-liquid, I met the cashier she was absolutely amazing 😍 10/10 customer support. She made it feel very relaxed and welcoming. She joked around with myself and my elderly grandparents and made it a very enjoyable experience, also got a awesome rick and morty piece!

Wicked cool place! Molly (Im pretty sure thats what her name was) was really knowledgable about the products and super helpful. I bought a blue pipe there a while back and its my favorite piece yet! Will definitely be back! Props to having custom VT made pieces too.

Molly is always there to the rescue. I desperately needed a new slide to fix my broken bong and ended up getting things I didnt even know I needed, my setup is incredible now!!

Staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. Much better than the other smoke shop in town. Their inventory was better than others as well. Will definitely come back again and will tell my friends to do come here.

Tell you what, the staff is excellent, safety taken VERY seriously here...Id say, all in all, five small business another chance(?) Reduce the taxes, rep your peeps paying them, stop clowning around... VT AG is hurting, USDA north side of the tracks near a play place.

I’ve gotten a few sex toys in the past from this store in particular, along with a few torches.. This past time I went in after my vibe stopped working due to water damage. I spent a good 15 minutes browsing and decided to upgrade from my normal buy( inexpensive/ wasn’t water proof) which was about $50 more, the two girls working let me shop unbothered after I said I was all set, sex toy shopping in a small town can get embarrassing, went to check out when one of the employees suggested a slightly more expensive toy(water proof & had a charging block! No batteries YASSS) this girl said it would change my life... And it did, extremely pleased! Only disappointed I didn’t catch her name to thank her!

Horrible customer service from Derek. Derek was rude and sounded like a he just woke up . I emailed the both companies and never heard back. He hung up on me when I called the store about there products. Next time Ill be ordering on line from a different company. Derek argued about defective product and wouldnt honor what the distributor promised there customers with a credit. I will never go back to this store again!!! Go somewhere else!!! Run away!!!

Called to ask about the age raise on tobacco and whether I could enter anymore being 18, and was interrupted halfway through my question with “Nope, no, no. Can’t even enter” and then was immediately hung up on. As a previous customer, I was curious and was met with rudeness.

Stopped in Wednesday evening around 6, never been before, was looking for xrated movies for Christmas gift, 2 employees were there both very friendly and knowledgeable, we did purchase 2 videos, and looked at excellent assortment of smoking paraphernalia,, also growing supplies, we will return

Employee was very helpful and kind. Im up from Virginia and yet I was not treated like a flatlander.

Staff was rude and uninterested in answering any questions I had to ask. Didnt say hello, didnt get up and interact, and was playing on his cell phone the WHOLE time. Came into the store ready to purchase, and was completely turned off by the attitude and disinterest in his job.

Say they close at 8 but close early, then their employee got rude on the phone so I’d just like to say the good stuff company can smd with whoever’s lips they feel most disrespected with 😊
