We walked around for 10 minutes before anyone spoke to us. An older gentleman with grey hair got up from his desk and walked over to us. We asked about financing and the man who spoke to us was very rude. If you don’t want to make sales then don’t work in the sales industry. Also, you should treat your customers with respect, a good start would be not talking over the top of them.I’m disgusted.

They were amazing, helped us out of a pinch. Traveling, and rear saddlebag of spyder rtl, wouldnt open. All my clothes in there. Dealer where i bought it wouldnt help me, wanted me to leave it there fir weeks. Might get to it in mid November. Told them i didnt have a trailer to pick it up if it snows. They didnt care. Wouldnt help me out.CVM took us right in, got it opened in under 5 minutes, got my clothes, ordered broken part, so kind. Thanks so much.Hooksett H and K disappointed me so much.

Very limited selection. I spoke to a woman behind the parts counter to ask some questions about helmets and she acted as if I were bothering you asking a question. No one came over to help. Ive been in the store a few times, and even when they had stock, Ive never been very impressed.

My experience from start to finish with Brent and the rest of the team at CVM was only positive...the only place I will buy my snowmobiles and gear!

There parts department is not good at all

Friendly, attentive without being overbearing and knowledgeable.Update January 2021, unfortunately I had a very disappointing experience recently. After spending over $30,000 on two new 2020 sleds and trailer, then having them serviced for the 2021 season in October one of the sleds suffered a dead battery. It would not take a charge, the battery was bad. The battery on the other sled was fine. When returning to the dealer, the best they could do was to sell me another battery and would not replace (what was obvious to me and others) a defective battery even though they just serviced both machines only months before. Your sleds are out of warranty, I cant help you but we would like to sell you another battery. So I thanked the service department for their lack of assistance and or caring about their customer base and left the store purchasing a new battery from others.I am new to the sport and placed confidence with this dealership to provide quality service to their customer base, I guess I was wrong, I chose the wrong dealership to make my investment. Very dissatisfied and disappointed. So much for customer service...

Nobody seems to want to help sell you a bike when visiting in person. Tried calling 3 separate times to inquire about a goldwing they had and nobody could be bothered to get back to me even though I was reassured somebody would. Very poor customer service. Act like theyre just there for their paychecks and nothing more.

This is definitely the place for all your motorsports needs. And when you want to buy, ask for Dominick, hes a true professional and will take great care of you!

Great staff. I didnt feel rushed or pressured. The salesman did talk me into a unit that had more features and options than I had originally gone in to get, however, I learned that he was correct in selling me the better unit. Im a very satisfied customer. The Polaris ATV that I bought exceeds my expectations. We will be buying another unit from them in the future.

I have yet to purchase any machine here but I was impressed with the inventory and the knowledge of the staff. I would be happy to do business with them in the future. I havent decided yet on the type of machine I want, dirt bike, enduro, 4x4 wheeler, side by side... they are all so nice.

I just purchased a 2020 Can Am Outlander 570 from CVM and I could not have been happier with the buying process. I have purchased 2 ATVs here and have been very happy with both the sales and service I received. They are very knowledgeable about the machines and make sure that you get the machine that fits perfectly. The service team is prompt and thorough, as well as affordable.

I was enjoying day 2 of a 4 day motorcycle ride, 300 miles from home, when the rear pads on my bike wore out. I called at 4:30 on a Friday night to see if the had the parts. They had the rear pads for my 8 year old bike on the shelf, and when I arrived at 4:50, they still had techs on duty so they could install them for me. They had the bike in and out in under an hour. Very happy with the service provided .

Bought a used sled Via pictures from Pennsylvania. Tom is the man he sent me tons of pics and got all of the paperwork squared away in Vermont saved me money on TMA. Drove 350 miles and was very happy now bring on the snow. Braaap!

To begin. We had to wait 2 weeks for delivery. And it finally shows up, the spring is bypassed the shock body. And it shows up with zero fuel. Go to set the suspension and the shock is junk. Call them and the do in fact come immediately back to retrieve it. Then, a week later they return said brand new sled just prior to dark, braggingly with a half tank now of fuel, only to bring it into the garage and discover it looks like someone wiped it down with brillo/SOS pads.Update, after I talking to your idiot manager, Im taking my 2 star away and giving back 1 because zero isnt an option. Youre welcome.

Got my oil and filter but knowledge of parts for my bike was limited wanted to order ignition with locking gas tank that match but for some reason could not find my part

Went there to purchase a preowned motorcycle had cash in hand, was told it had to be pulled from their storage . Waited for the call to go and buy it, but the call never came so took our business elsewhere. They must not want to sell motorcycles that bad.

They wouldnt even consider doing an oil change for my BMW Motorcycle today. Need boots and Im looking for a helmet. Would have shopped while I was there but oh well.

I walked in there the other day to look at some snowmobiles the funny thing is is there has not been any snow on the ground I saw some people that I assumed work there I was in there for about 5 minutes and nobody approached me I walked around the store twice looking very the sleds well if they thought I was a tired kicker then they let this one go because I went down the road and bloody snowmobile that day I didnt buy a brand new one I happen to go to a repair center in the town of Timnath. And he had a slightly used Ski-Doo that I purchased at a very fair price so I will probably not go back to Central Vermont Motorsports and not from the area but I do business with Earls truck repair shop and when I come up from New York I usually will stop in and find myself a new toy but I guess they didnt want to sell to me that day I guess I did not look like a buyer
