I have used this location several times and I have always had the pleasure of Duane helping me out. Duane is always friendly, professional, and quick! I was in today and running late for work, and Duane had me in and out in no time!
Read the other reviews prior to going in. But my experience was great...very professional and courteous...David was very helpful.Someone came in with a complaint while we were there...a complaint with UPS not this store...David was was very helpful with him also.
Ive been in this store several times to ship out packages or do Amazon returns and never had an issue. The employees have always been polite and efficient.

This store is AMAZING!!! I use them for all of my business print jobs and they are extremely accommodating, friendly and EXTREMELY EFFICIENT! I have been in several times to this store and theyve never let me down. The staff goes above and beyond here! I will continue to use them for all of my print job needs! Staff is unfriendly. This was my one-and-done with this store. They dont give you much information when you ship a package via UPS. Customer service is lacking for sure, spoke to me in an irritated tone of voice. Not a comfortable transaction.

I am not a difficult customer. I wear a mask. I am polite. The gentleman (term used loosely) who runs (maybe owns) UPS Store #6321 in Rutland VT should not be in retail. He is short tempered and just plain rude at times. I’ve used the store 5-6 times and every time I have witnessed him being either rude or short with his customers. I will not be back. It just isn’t worth the aggravation no matter how convenient it is for returning Amazon items.

Every time I walked into the store, I was greeted with a criticism of something that I was doing. The manager (owner?) demonstrated zero customer service skills. I am so relieved to be done with them!
My daughter had to send Important documents and went to this location for 2nd day delivery. This was my daughters first time using this service and she was not aware that UPS does not delivery to P.O. Boxes and apparently neither does your trained employee (I have her ID number) from this location. Do you to the lack of training From this establishment these documents with an $7000.00 check are lost. I have been trying to call this place for over a few hours now and no one answers. YES I HOLD THIS STORE ACCOUNTABLE This is their business they should know how it operates and have Properly trained staff! Thanks for the headache you have caused a few of us ! Here’s another tip for you, most businesses that are open when the phone rings they actually answer the phone and provide some type of customer service not send the call to voicemail over and over again.
Extremely customer oriented. I came in(like every one else) at 3:45 on Saturday, I felt really bad, but I had just found out I needed these copies/scans for tax purposes. Duane was so helpful and waited on me and 4 other people at the same time. A real asset, had us all done and out at 4:05. Cannot say enough good things about this team.

If I could do 0 stars I absolutely would. Was EXTREMELY rude when we went into send some items back. Started yelling at us as soon as we walked in the door. Will NEVER go here again!! I will take everything to Staples from now on!!

I used to love them when they were located next to CVS. Now they are awful. I got hung up on and I was treated poorly. I kind to them and they provided me with the worst customer service I have ever received from UPS. I went in to return one amazon package and they never scanned it and they could not give me any satisfactory information. They had no interest in helping me... THAT IS THEIR JOB!! Get a new job if you cant do it.In response to your response. Your staff may be trained be they have not been trained well or in customer service. I have not spoken to anyone locally that has had a good experience in your store. These auto responses are both inappropriate and just as awful as your customer service approach!!

Just to be clear this is a franchise and certainly not the professionalism you would expect from a UPS location. The employees are a disgrace to the community with their impudent behavior and how they address customers. It is a wonder that the owner of this place still holds the franchise with the amount of unhappy customers. I would steer clear of this location and take your business to staples if you are just dropping off.

Just a suggestion: maybe put a notification on your website stating that you require customers to wear face masks.Second suggestion: dont lecture customers about how they should just wear masks all the time.For the record: I do NOT have an issue with required face masks inside a store. I checked the website to see if they were required before I left the house. No such requirement noted.My husband and I went in to get a document notarized with the required 2 witnesses, making sure to stay by the door so we could maintain as much social distancing from the employee as possible.When he walked up to the counter, he looked like we had just interrupted him from doing something important.Emp: Do you have face coverings?Us: No.Emp: Well, I require face coverings in my store. You shouldnt be out if you dont cover your face.Us: Okay, sorry to have bothered you.As we turned with our witnesses to leave, he sighed very loudly.Emp: What did you need?Us: We needed a document notarized.Emp: Fine. Just place the document here on the counter, but then I have to have you step back because the store is so small.Us: Okay.Husband walks forward and puts the document on the counter (note the employee did not back away from the counter, just stood there, leaning on the counter) and walks back to the door.Emp: Yeah, I require face masks in my store because the store is so small. I think its great if youre all family and all that, but Im not part of your family and I dont want you risking infecting me.Us: Yes, I understand. I get it. You want us to wear face masks in your store. You really dont have to keep saying it.Emp: Well, if youd just put it on, then I wouldnt have to say anything, would I? Do you have some ID?Us: You know what? Never mind.We left the store to the sound of the employee yelling after us thanks for keeping me safe.Again, for the record, we have NO issue with wearing a face mask. We checked the website before leaving, and they mention a requirement for employees to wear masks, but nothing about customers. I tried to call to be certain, but got no answer.We dont carry face masks everywhere because I cant make myself believe its sanitary to use the same mask, even after washing it. I also cant make myself believe its sanitary to carry one around all the time or the rare event that I DO need it. 99% of the time, you can just go to another business. Also, for the record, some people can have a panic attack due to claustrophobia brought on by having their face covered. To them, it doesnt matter that they CAN breathe. It feels like they CANT.If you want people to wear masks, make sure they are able to find out BEFORE theyre 45 min from home.If they dont have masks and are about to leave, do NOT call them back in so that you can try to force a lecture on them.I would have let it go if not for the continuing lecture after the employee was told that we got it and he didnt have to lecture us.What started out as a minor annoyance that is completely understandable and was solved with no issues was turned into a horrible experience that has damaged our image of UPS by the employee who called us back when we were leaving.At some point, hell realize how silly his comment was that he yelled after us as we were leaving. We were leaving, you called us back in, tried to lecture us about how unsafe you are because were in the store, and thanked us for keeping you safe because we left. If you felt that unsafe at first, why would you call us back in when we tried to leave the first time? If us leaving is keeping you safe, why would you have stopped us from leaving?Again (beating a dead horse here), no issues with masks being required by businesses. The issue is people who feel the need to lecture you about wearing face masks when you already tried to leave because you dont have one with you.
I can not explain how rude the people are there. They are so unfriendly. They hate there job and hate anyone who goes in there to send a package. I have been in twice in the last month. And they were so rude both times. I will be writing the cooperate office!
One star because you need a start to process a review. When this store was on Main Street, it was great. Whatever it is that operates this place is av loud, obnoxious, beligerent fool who knows little with regard to customer service. UPS franchiser of this store would serve it will to remove this person from its roles
Not much I can really add other than my experience bringing an Amazon return was the same as all the other people below. No need to reply with your canned reply about proper training, its a lie and just an attempt to save face on your review. Youve been using that reply for months and theres no improvement, theres no sign of customer service or compassion whatsoever! You need to read these comments and do something before your business has another for lease sign on the window!
Terrible service experience. The staff member was clearly angry about having to handle Amazon returns--the kind where you are supposed to take your primary box in and they will pack and ship. He wouldnt take half of my packages, and wouldnt give me clear instructions how to return the other half on my own. I had to call Amazon customer service from the store, where at least their friendly customer-oriented service rep explained the actual problem and provide a few choices for resolution. Im sure they process a lot of returns, but dont take it out on customers who have nothing to do with your companys policies! There seem to be a number of other negative reviews here, hopefully management can do some customer service training... or whatever else they need to do to improve this store.
I care for 2 senior women. I lined up respite, drove to Rutland and due to technical difficulties received zero service. Up your game ups.

Every experience Ive had there has been terrible. Ive sent out two boxes from there . One I spent $120 for next day delivery and the manager sent it out ground. It was my daughter-in-laws baby showers gift for my first grandson. The second box was this week I sent back to Amazon. They opened a completely taped secured box and now the items are missing. Wont be using them again.

I asked him who the supervisor was and he said he was. Went in to ship a package and wasnt even greeted by a clearly furious man. Said I need to ship this and handed him my package, he immediately looked at me and yelled Why would you open someone elses mail?! I was confused and startled and I have no idea what that had to do with me. After walking away he screams again while taking my package out back. Wont be going here. Clearly by the other reviews this is not the first time its happened.
Staff is absolutely rude as can be. Store closed before the time staff said it was going to be closing. Very unhappy with this store. Had to go across town to staples to shop with them. Will not be going here ever again.

Zero customer service. The rudest people I have ever delt with on the phone & in person. Avoid —— go any where else. Employees just texting on their phone the whole time. You call them they sound bothered that you called. You go into the store because they tell your package will be there and then they are bothered they have to get out of their chair. Just terrible
