WORST. CUSTOMER SERVICE. EVER!!!!! My doctor sent in a script for new shoes THREE WEEKS ago. I am STILL waiting for a call from the Rutland store to contact me to come in for a measurement. The ONLY reason I continue to go there is because Im not aware of any other place where I can get my shoes.

I am enjoying being a patron of this company. The staff is always so helpful in assisting with advice and custom orders. Their patience with people who make mistakes is phenomenal. Thank you all. Ill be back soon.

It was late on Friday and my husbands oxgenator was acting very weird and I couldn’t get the battery cover off. They immediately made the 30 minute ride to switch out machines so we didn’t have to worry about it on the weekend coming! Rutland Keene Med supply is A#1 in customer service! These guys are a bunch of crooks. They cheat Medicare by delivering expensive items when cheap substitutes are readily available. When they tell me not to worry about it because it’s not coming out of my pocket, I see red.Avoid if possible

Ive been dealing with them for over two years and its been a nightmare. Switched to them when they opened their store in Bennington, then they closed it. Because I live in VT they make me deal with the Rutland store when the Keene one is closer. They have messed up by billing, sent me the wrong supplies, and when I went to the Keene store for some help with my CPAP machine they looked at me like I didnt belong there-very rude. Im looking for a new supplier.

Have been waiting for a call back for a very long time. Three calls in. None returned. Am doing the hour drive to try to take care of this in person. Supplies are needed badly.

The employees at Keene Medical are the best. They are all so very helpful and went out of their way to quickly process our order for a WC. Thank you very much.

From the very first phone call sometime too early this morning to the very last experience with Keenes staff We have been wowdThey spent their day (entire day) along with my self and my partner trying to wrangle in a script between 2 dr offices an Express care and another pharmacy just to be told the newly requested script(the other pharmacy refused to help WHILE saying they would/were) its been sitting on a second doctors desk since noon but now its 5 and it still hasnt been signed or sent in, being the second script requested for the 100th time I truly was ready to give up. But they werent!!! Though theres little to no resolution with any other organization Keene Medical Products was able to help in the end. Thank you so so much!

Doctor sent in prescription change. After a few days of waiting for Keene to update I called. Promised me that day. Another few days and still not done. Called back to hear same sprang as first time and promised again they would have it done that day. Now waiting for Monday. If Keene doesnt update I will just switch to Wilcox. After this and previous poor customer service from Keene I wish I had gone with Wilcox in the beginning.

In two years of dealing with these people, I have NOT ONCE received my automatic delivery correctly and on time. I’d go somewhere else if I wasn’t locked into a long term contract that would cost me a ridiculous amount.

They are always very help full and kind. thanks
