I called Jay when I had already been to two other auto shops and spent a lot of money. I don’t know much about cars except how to buy them, drive them, and keep up with scheduled maintenance. I told Jay what what was going on and what all had been done prior to calling him and he said “bring it in.” I did and he told me he would need it over night and look at it the next day. By the next afternoon he called with diagnosis and explained so I would understand. He quoted me a price and told me how long it would take. He was spot on the date, fixed my truck and came back with a very accurate cost. Simply put Jay and his crew are honest and very professional. I would of gladly paid anything thing he charged me because he is a man of his word. I will start and continue to take my vehicles to Jay and his crew. They can be trusted to give you their honest professional opinion, and carry out quality work!

Jay and Richard are top notch. They are very responsive and work to get my car in and done as quickly as possible. They keep me up to date on work that may need to be done in the near future. The one time they have made a mistake they made me aware of it and fixed it right away. I cant recommend these guys highly enough.
