Its Walmart... whats there to say? Low prices on mediocre quality stuff. Its a bargain. I got some shorts there that arent anywhere as good as the nearly identical Tommy Hilfiger ones I have, but theyre a third of the price... so thats that. Got a shoe rack that looks nice and is functional, but the boards are made of pressed paper and are literally stapled together... staples... good grief. I had to gorilla glue two of them back together straight from the box during assembly. Otherwise, it was cheap, looks decent, and works fine.If the place didnt have a returns policy I wouldnt shop there, but they do so I do.The place is exactly as expected.

Customer service is soso, like hit and miss. The other day my wife and son who just turned 9 went so he could buy a game with his OWN money. Wife asked a tall goof troop looking guy for assistance and his response was either Im busy, go ask that guy or I dont work here. Both in my. Promontory are unacceptable answers.. especially the later one. This is the best you can do Walmart? Replace cashiers with self check outs and several people that work on the floor are as helpful as asking a T+Rex to help you get something off the top shelf!

Clean and well stocked. All the checkout registers are self serve except for maybe 2 or 3. I love their causal clothes and they always have my size. Love this store.

Its Super. Its a Super Center. 4 minutes from my home. Plus is that theres a gentleman who works in the parking lot. He has a Beautiful voice and he shares it gladly. Absolutely makes my trip.

Just picked up at the Woodbridge Store in Sachse, TX. All but 1 item was in stock. And Tony, who loaded my car, was SO kind. He apologized for the Tuna Helper I wanted being out of stock. He had a wonderful attitude & it was nice for him to tell me.I am disabled & order pick-up is a GOD SEND for folks like me. And Tonys smile and attitude made it all even better. 😁❤

Location in Sachse, Texas - Had a very difficult time trying to find sweatpants for my son because sweatshirts were in the boxes labeled sweatpants. Also, I get there are shortages but when I was on the food isles it was hard to figure out what price something was because items were not stocked in proper place.

Shop and be entertained at the same time. They offer everything, including a good laugh now and again. People will be people. It can be a believe it or not visit dometimes

Our go to Walmart even though weve got several that are closer. Nice area, great selection and generally not crazily over crowded.

Good place to find everything with affordable prices

There was a hiccup in my order being delivered this morning but I was able to go and pick it up later this afternoon. I still gave them 4 stars because I get delivery multiple times a month. Them doing my shopping and delivering is priceless! No one is perfect!

Good store, clean, and well stocked but beware you will have to checkout your own groceries as this is a self checkout only store. If you have a ton of groceries I would suggest the pick up option. Hope this helps.

All self checkout now. That’s fine when you’re only getting a few items but when you’re shopping for a week or two it’s just not feasible. Used to like this Walmart, but I’ll find a new store even if I have to pay a little more.

This was the first time that I shopped at this Walmart Supercenter. And I was in and out, it was very well-stocked and it was also very clean. It would be nice if every Walmart work that way.

This Walmart is WAY better than the Wylie Walmart. The Wylie one has the most messed up parking lot design I have ever seen. Plus the floor looks terrible bc they peeled up the linoleum tiles and just left it and you can see where the floor was. Not to mention that they are constantly out of things. Ive been looking for steakhouse marinade there for 3 months. I got 10 of them at this Walmart and there were plenty more left. Its worth the extra drive from Wylie

This walmart went through a massive makeover... no.more cashiers ... all self checkout... they took the money their saving and renovated the whole place...Looks great

All the shelves were fully stocked and the layout made it easy to get find everything I needed to get in and out quickly. The store is really clean. The staff was friendly and attentive at the checkout and exit.

Ordering on the ap and picking up at the store is such a great time saver.

The only reason I gave 3 stars instead of five is that I hate they stock during the day. It is almost impossible to get by after 8 at night once they drop all of the pallets of freight on the grocery sales floor. I know they do not have overnight shifts anymore to stock shelves but Walmart corporation needs to understand they still have customers in the store and it makes it very hard for us to get around. Stop being cheap and employee and overnight crew specifically to stick the CLOSED STORE

Went to this location at 12:45pm on June 26 and witnessed a spectacle be made out of a older women who was not charged for cases of water by cashier. This was not the customer fault yet she was accused of trying to steal the water. This is an example of the lack of customer service training as the cashier improperly checked out the basket of the consumer. As a cashier especially when assisting the elderly you are responsible for ensuring all the items in the basket are accounted for. This is not the customers sole responsibility especially when they are older and may have memory loss. Granted if this is the case the customer should have a companion with them to assist in their daily excursions. However in this case the lady did not display any mental disabilities as she and passerbyers offered to go back and pay for the unrung items.

Never have a problem at this walmart. Its the one i always go to!

This WalMart is usually pretty well stocked and most of the staff is friendly and helpful when asked a question. They might suggest to the young lady who was at the front door this afternoon, that she needs to look up from her phone from time to time. It would help her be more aware of what is happening around her.

They never pick up the phone ive called 20 times and each department nothing and when they do awnser they act like your the problem this is ridiculous. I just tryed to call back for the job they offered but apparently too hard to pick up the phone. This is the most unprofessional thing ive ever experienced.

Several new pickup spots have been added without being updated in the app. Employees were extremely confused about which vehicle orders should go to, and we waited almost 25 minutes for our order.

Ok if stocked...if not, go to larger Murphy store. Only getting a few items, dont have the time and patience for all the self check out process.

It has to have a better way to get baby formula.It’s a pain to get someone to help you get a baby formula from the lock cabinet.

Our family has had several issues with this Walmart Supercenter from ordering groceries to be picked up to returning items from the online app. When we order online and the item is either stained or damaged the associates at the customer service desk act extremely rude. At one point an associate took our return extremely personal when we mentioned your website in which we meant the companies website where we bought the items from. This associate got cross with us and said loudly, its not MY website. We had to simplify and say the Walmart website in which your an employee of. Several times these associates have implied that weve either damaged the items ourselves or that the items are much older than they are even though we have the receipt to show for the purchase. If they dont wish to return or exchange due to the pandemic please say so instead of calling your customers liars. Managers, if you are reading this please train your associates on their customer service skills and to also train your employees to properly wear their face mask above their nose. The next major issue weve had is the department that selects the groceries for pick up and brings them to the car. Weve had several items be squished or destroyed because your employees seem to struggle with common sense packaging. No one likes to unload their groceries to find all their veggies and eggs have been squished and broken because your associates cant figure out that these items shouldnt be placed on the bottom. FYI, I use to be a cashier and we were trained how to properly bag and load our clients groceries. But one things I would like to highlight as doing an amazing job is your electronic team who is always there ready to help and your amazing overnight stockers!

Service was good. Forcing people to mask up is a turn off to many. I go other places before Walmart because of your mask politics.

This store is great until you actually need help with something. Every employees favorite response is We dont carry that item anymore, and then you find that exact item a few minutes later by yourself. If you are buying something heavy, they will promise to go get you some help and then just disappear. The dont care attitude in this store is everywhere from the store management downwards and it shows. They could really care less about the customers and it shows.

So Im guessing theyre reorganizing the store so it was hard to get from one side to the other. Other than that the store was clean and had awsome clearance but having to travel through a maze to get to the other side was annoying.

They were kind enough to let me use a motorized wheelchair as I have a broken leg. The greeter who helped me get set up with it was fantastic. The cashier was as expected by focusing more heavily on correcting that something should have been sold as a multipack (none of the display was bundled in this manner) than helping resolve it to accept payment.

Store stays pretty well stocked customer service is descent by todays standards anyways. Check out clearance section you cam normally find some great deals!

This is a new Walmart and its nice and clean. It has a garden center and an automotive section. As it is new, there were literally no good shaded spots which is important to me for the dog days off summer. Otherwise, great location (right off the 78--West side or southbound lanes).One thing I noticed is there is WiFi available. The self checkout lanes moved quickly too

For me Walmart is a necessary evil. They clearly want you to shop only their brand by marking up other brands significantly higher to push their stuff. I broke down a few times and bought their milk because they were out of my brand and it was either spoiled or spoiled a week before it’s expiration date. EVERY TIME. Don’t get me started on the lack of service and the fact that they have made it clear we are to check out ourselves but the prices remain the same. This company is not focused on the consumer and I choose to go elsewhere at every opportunity and will pay more just to avoid this place.

My favorite place to grocery shopping

During peak times a lot of days they only have uscan and the cigarette aisle open, no other cashiers.

We buy our 2 dogs food there. The staff always greets us courteously.

Very rude place hope you had some cashier training because youll be doing your own checking out its all self checkout most of it and the lines are outrageous and it seems everybody wants to go to lunch everybody that needs to help you at the same time

It is what it is, stuff people need. For less. Dont laugh, but you can get a good prime strip steak, rib eye or tenderloin that rastes as good as Whole Foods, for half the price. Same cost as Nolan Ryan steaks at Kroger, but better meat.

Walmart is... Walmart. This one was clean, employees were very helpful and there was no longer, theyre running the store right at this location.

The cashier was rude he added well over 50 bags per bag hanger on the circular bag thing when there was only 15 minutes to closing and he had my wife and I wait the entire time and then when we commented that the sweet potatoes were not $1.12 each they were 88 cents each he made a huge deal out of it instead of just adjusting the price he would have made us wait along with all the customers behind us who had already been waiting and an extraordinary amount of time for him to add bags that he never would have used in that shift anyways so finally my wife and I decided against getting the price adjusted and then as we walked away he mocked us.

Sad to see only two cashiers but over 30 self checkouts and I didnt even get an employee discount for working my own register.

I was in the Express check out lane 12 40pm. Saw a lady with alot of groceries(no biggie).But I noticed she was passing the food over the scanner& not adding items for payment.I finished my check out. Notified Walmart employee. Nothing happened. They said someone would check her at the door. She walked right passed them. That didnt happen.Guess I shouldnt judge a book by its cover. Times are hard. :(. My experience was great at this Walmart. Just another day.

I just reported them to the Texas governor and also the Better Business Bureau for not enforcing wearing masks in the store, I witnessed several people with no masks while shopping recently.Totally irresponsible !!!It is a Texas state law which should be enforced at all times everywhere !!!!From what I have been told by employees at that store, they are getting instructions from the management team to turn the blind eye and let people in and not say anything if they do not wear masks, congratulations !!!!! 👏👏👏

A lot of meat I use is low amounts and other sections also low.... Need more cashiers.

They never have anything out on the shelves or possibly in stock at all. The Walmart app says they have it, the employees say they dont.

This place is great to buy groceries and the people working are really helpful, except the one at customer service. I have encountered with 2 ladies so far and they both were like they dont want to work here. One of them even when I am talking to her, started talking to other worker in the store. Its just my observance but they need to do better at customer service because it is just because of them that the whole store is loosing its reputation and they are the reason for this 4 star and not 5 stars

Wow. This is the worst Wal-Mart I have ever been to. I stopped because we were eating across the street. Drive just a little bit further in either direction. Youll be glad you did.
