Teresa is always very rude, goofy, and unprofessional. She addresses people disdainfully. Imagine calling me ‘kid’..still felt she did the right thing even after correcting her. She does this over and over and she tell you she’s old.. she needs to go and babysit her children or something. People like that are not needed at work places, much more as first contact. Sean does a great job at that center👍

The optometrist (Dipak Master) was superb. Very personable and knowledgeable... makes you feel comfortable and at ease. He is very thorough and detailed. He has all the latest in equipment as well. I will definitely go here for now on.

I came here at 10:46 am this old ugly looking blonde lady told me and my son they where close, I asked her about the sign that said opens at 10am she said she is just there cleaning up. So me and my son left. She was very rude and unprofessional. She needs to be fired or written up.

First I would like to let everyone know that the eye Dr. lied about taking my insurance. I had just moved here and started a new job. Target did not lie to me. They said they didnt take my insurance, so I left. Thanks I have a bill to pay that I shouldnt have to pay had you been honest. I understand the vision center is separate, but I wanted people to see this information.Second the guy who works here is so rude. He will try and sell you on everything. Even when you politely decline. The first visit, I thought maybe it was because I was a new customer, but the second visit was uncalled for. I dont need him to tell me about my contacts. I have been wearing them for years. While I was in there, another girl called a wrong customer. Second visit, a different girl found contact boxes in the wrong place. This was all observed in a 15 minute visit.You have been warned. This place is a mess and the Dr. will lie to you. Not to mention he is always out (I notice this sign up when I shop there). If you like to be annoyed by constant up selling, even when youre not interested, then maybe you will like it.

The contact lense/eyeglass department certainly lacks INTELLIGENCE in customer service. I simply call in to see if they have contact lenses in stock that match my prescription. The lady told me that they didn’t and she stated that my prescription expired. She said that I would need to have a current prescription faxed over to them. Keep in mind she already told me that they didn’t have my specific prescription in stock. Something wasn’t right, and I knew that I was given misguided, incorrect information over the phone.I decide to drive up there, with my current and valid prescription in hand. Sure enough I was told that they had my current prescription on file and that they did in fact have the contact lenses in stock. Unbelievable. POOR communication and misguided information. Normally, I wouldn’t even take the time to rate Walmart, CVS, or Walgreens, but in this situation I had to. It bothers me because this lady may well in fact be providing customers who call in with incorrect information. That’s bad for business because you are telling that person that they will need a prescription faxed over and/or they don’t have your contact lenses in stock. That’s time wasted and it’s inconvenient!

I walked in at 3:10 pm and asked about an eye exam, the guy behind the counter was more interested in his social media than customers, he said they were closing. I guess 4:00 closing doesnt matter as much as Facebook
