I had brought the Cub Cadet lawnmower for repair around July 24th. Initially, the gentleman told that I could have paid $79.99 for a new carburetor (part only). Usually, they would clean out the existing carburetor and see if it works first. However, my lawnmower hadn’t been running for more than 5 years. Unfortunately, it needed a new carburetor. Luckily, I paid only $39.99 for the new part. They didn’t try to up sell and work within my budget.After I picked it up on July 29th, I had tested the lawnmower and ran into a problem where it kept stopping and wouldn’t run anymore due to overheating engine. I called the customer service rep, Julie, to see what could be the problem. She asked me if I had put in fresh gasoline and what time of the day I had mowed the lawn. I told it was fresh gas, and I mowed after 6 PM. She explained further that the lawnmower had a temperature gauge where it would stopped mowing when the temperature is too hot.I was very satisfied with their professionalism and customer service. They were quick with the response and answered my concerns thoroughly.

On Tuesday, April 20th I contacted J&F Repair Services because my gas powered edger would not start. They said I could bring it in and they were out about a week in repairs, and they would be happy to take a look at it. I took it there directly and had a service ticket written up. I found them through Google and had seen the many 5 star reviews from previous customers. I anticipated that I wouldnt get it back before April 30th.I was pleasantly surprised to receive a call from them not even a week later telling me the unit and the additional services I requested were completed. I drove to them on same day and picked up the unit. When they went to fetch it from the back, I heard them start the unit easily and brought it out and loaded it in my car. The price was very fair and I am thoroughly pleased with their services. Most companies I find over promise and under deliver. But not J& F Repair Services. I will continue to utilize them whenever I have an issue with my small engine units and when my current hand mower gives out, I have my eye on one they sell that is professional grade. I highly recommend these guys!

Took my 2 cycle weed eater in for repair. The owners looked at it and showed me the engine was shot. I tried to pay them and they turned it down because it was just a few minutes. Ill be buying my lawnmowers from these people for years to come. And of course any and all repairs! Good people and great service!

I didnt realize my lawnmower was still under warranty they could have easily not informed me of that and charged a fee but instead they were very honest and assisted me in getting my mower repaired. They even picked my lawnmower up for a small fee. You cannot find services like that anymore where a company will go out of their way to help a client. If you want great service, honest and fantastic work this will be your go to place! You will not be disappointed!!

I CANT SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS about this company. I had recently bought a brand new zero turn Ryobi EV mower, and multiple things started to break. I couldnt get Ryobi on the phone, but I randomly texted J & F (on a day they were closed) and they responded. They let me know they could work on the Ryobi, and help me with the paperwork to get it through Ryobis warranty.They picked up my mower, fixed it, and dropped it off all while keeping me in the loop with the status. Great Company!So glad I found them!

Looked all over DFW for a place to repair my lawnmower and got the run around until I was referred to J&F. Dropped my mower off on Sunday was ready by Tuesday. Wonderful experience! Frank fixed my self propelled mower that wasnt working and restored it to new! Julie explained the operation and Scrappy their dog greets you with puppy love! I will go back as needed for my craftsman lawn equipment! The cost is unbeatable just as J & F Repair Services are the best!

Great service from great folks! They had me at well pick it up and did not disappoint! We didnt get our mower serviced when I know it needed it done because we werent sure where to go and I wasnt wanting to put it in the back of my new vehicle. Saw these guys advertising their business and that was all it took, well be using them from now on!

I had damage to walk behind mower they finished extremely fast with very good customer service. After I used the mower I noticed they some of the protective covers to protect drive wheels axle were missing and the cover that protected the self propelled belts. Lastly not so bad they put the side shoot blade on instead of mulching I had. They said they put the original blade its what they do but NOT they covers. Receptionists said they were broke thats why, really shady to me could be a real mistake but we will see since they didnt give me the old parts like I asked I cant prove anything. Thanks Sears for sending me there.

Several weeks ago I had a new experience in mowing my lawn. I was riding my 42 belly hung riding mower when I noticed the previous cuts I made were severely slanted. The right side of the cut was at least 2 higher than the left. I stoped and turned around to find the rear tire was totally flat! The next thing I discovered is how hard it is to find someone to fix that kind of tire. Julie told me to bring it in to them and they quickly discovered the flat was from a cut in the sidewall. (Howd that happen!) The tire was totalled. J & F then went to work to find a new one and had to get it from the factory. A week later I was back on my tractor listening to a Rangers game as I mowed down my acre. Thanks guys!
