This has been my go to for years for shipments. No longer. Seems that with the new Store Manager, their level of customer service has gone way down. Too bad.

Do to Covid-19, I’m working from home and haven’t gotten a printer, yet. So, I went to FedEx to use their computer to complete and print forms that I need to acquire my passport. Upon my arrival, I explained to the employee what I needed and asked her to check the ink level on the printer because the government will not accept the application with any issues. I even showed her the required settings, etc., on the website. The employee did not check the printer, stating that she knows that it is fine because it hasn’t been used. Her demeanor DID NOT come across as wanting to assist me, at all, even though I was the only customer in the store! I had to force the issue. Finally, I completed my application and set it to print. The printer printed with a yellow line through each page. She actually handed the 6 page document to me expecting me to take it and move on. I then told her that the documents were unacceptable and needed to be reprinted. Keep in mind, I’m paying for all of this by the second. She tried printing my documents again and they were good. I told her to refund me for the first set. She took 10 more minutes to get that done because she didn’t know how. Her name is Renee, and she is the STORE MANAGER.FedEx....DO BETTER!

I needed to print some extra flyers for my open housein Wylie today. I needed to get them printed fairly quick. I was so lucky to find this location, as the other locations in the area are closed on Sundays. I was so blessed to find this location and its great employee, Luke! Luke was so helpful and friendly! He helped me, and even gave me a bag to help keep my flyers dry with the rain today! FedEx is very lucky to have such a great employee.

Renee was extremely friendly and helpful. She shared with me that I could email the store directly to have my printouts ready by the time I get there in the future. That tip will make my life a lot easier. Thank you, Renee. Please keep up the great work.

They are not helpful. I had a package delivered there because I would not be home, and they lost it. Somehow it sat in the Walmart back room and I had to open a claim with FedEx before they would take the time locate. Then when there was an accident outside, they refused to stay open a couple of minutes... wouldn’t even consider it, because use they are selfish and unhelpful. FedEx may problems, but FedEx in Woodbridge Walmart should be avoided at all cost because these people are not helpful at all.

Another go-to of mine for my business when it comes to getting real estate flyers printed off. Nia always takes great care of me - ask for her and shell do the same with you.

I dont know how Im supposed to retrieve my package on weekdays if this location opens at 9 and closes at 7. At least opens at 8.
