The Altar Room is an awesome find for Pagan/Magical /Druid folk. The shop itself is worthy of a great review but the real treasure is the owner, Shasta. I have been all over the Sacramento/Stockton area to every metaphysical/ crystal/pagan shop or event I could find. I’ve met a lot of helpful owners, but none even come close to radiating the wisdom, serenity and understated aura of competence that Shasta has. Her knowledge is always a sharing and never a lecture. Her classes are even more powerful than any of the items she sells. But, don’t take my word for it. Visit The Altar Room and see for yourself!

I LOVE THE ALTAR ROOM!! It’s a great shop, with unique and wonderful items, and the owner is simply the BEST! She is so friendly, helpful, and informative. If you have questions, she’s got the answers, and the tools for all of your pagan/witchy/spiritual needs. Between the atmosphere of The Altar room and the graceful demeanor of the owner, I find the energy to be very “zen”. Definitely one of my “happy places”! I can always count on feeling uplifted, and I always find amazing tools for my spiritual practices. I can’t say enough good things about The Altar Room, and I highly recommend you check it out! I have found several amazing items that are very meaningful to me, and I love that the owner hand picks every item she sells. It’s a very special place, owned by a very special lady. Beautiful, mesmerizing and educational. Shasta is a wealth of knowledge. So many things to see and buy. Ive gone back over and over and still see something new every time. A gem in Sacramento for anyone into witchcraft or spirituality or both. A++
