First of all great customer service. I called one morning and they were able to take me in 2 hours later after calling many places. Were able to replace my groms tires. Felt amazing after wards. They called me for my chain being old and dirty which I knew but neglected, they called and offered their service which I didnt plan on it but Im glad they did. Got ride of chain noise I had. Im not sure what they did or how they did it but my brake lever was mushy and as I left I felt like they fixed that issue too without even asking for it. And the smallest detail that I noticed was they greased up my kick stand which I didnt even know it was that bad, kicked it back flawlessly. You can tell they take pride in there work

Scamming fees quoted on for $500 on new bike (above all other MSRP and state fees). I have bought several new bikes from many dealerships in past with no such scamming fee. Simply ludicrous and a rip-off. Honda dealership does not advertize any such non MSRP fees, a ludiscrous scam by this dealership to scam first time buyers and innocent consumers

Customer service is pretty good but not the parts department. People there are always in a bad mood and are not pleasant to talk to. Parts in general are alot more expensive and labor is overpriced

Getting parts here is disaster. Waited weeks for the parts. $400 Worth of parts were wrong (wrong year). Had to return them and get it corrected. They also seem confused ordering parts on their website and parts diagram. And, they didnt give me any discount or credit for all those wrong parts I paid and waited for.Anyone who needs parts, I recommend you order yourself on some of those OEM motorcycle parts websites. Youll know what you need and dont need better than having someone else do it. Almost everything is back order on any parts website anyway.

Picked up some parts today and got a quote for new tires. Kyle was very helpful and knowledgeable, and gave the extra effort in recommending the type of tires I should look into for my specific bike. Thanks Kyle!

Service department has no urgency to communicate and or to fix my problems ended up wasting my time with a part that was never ordered also the service fee of 125 an hour is overpriced they tried charging me for an hours worth of work for a 20 minute job won’t come back

I cant say anything bad regarding customer service, always treated nicely.However I will say parts are much more at PCP than at Goodtimes, for sure.Ive called both PCP and Goodtimes for parts this month including air filters, crush washers, fluid, brake pads....and always Goodtimes is cheaper. For instance, called today 9-3-2020 for a 2018 sv650 air filter, PCP its $48.00, Goodtimes its $39.00, both OEM filters. Im not going to waste time calling PCP anymore.

I proved them the price then they said cant do. Finally i go to that dealer get one . Now i go back that dealer get other for my daughter.make sure do research the price before come even they advertise on sale on the web .but they never toll you.untill you told them.

Today I stopped in PCP Motorsports off of Florin Road in Sacramento and spoke with service advisor Michael. I must say, not just Micheal, but all the staff at PCP really care and have outstanding customer service! They are always willing to go above and beyond to explain the service, or go into great detail about their merchandise and or bikes. I have been to a lot of other motorcycle shops in the area and nobody can even come close to what this shop has to offer. The best in the business hands down!!

Had a great experience buying my Z900 here. Got a great deal on the bike and warranty, the sales guy and manager were very reasonable.But I also bought a bunch of parts and let me tell you, the parts staff here are especially helpful, and I mean all of them not just one experience. Between shopping, ordering, and picking up, I dealt with atleast 4 different employees, all of which gave what I would consider above average customer service. I live in citrus heights near 2 other kawi dealers, and I still continue to go here.

The experience I had to today was the worst experience I have ever had in my life when it comes to customer service. I bought my bike brand new from pcp and had installed a usb charger at the dealership to charge my phone. It was working fine till I tried to use it two months later and it didnt work. I made a appointment to get it replaced because it was under warranty. When I get there the manager of the service department Kevin says that I tampered with it and the insurance is voided. He said that it was a horrible installation. I told him what was the reason I would tamper with a good working part even though they where the ones who installed it. He argues with me for two and half hours about it and said I need to pay for the labor and the new part. After that he told me that he never wants to see me or my bike at the shop ever again. This is the worst customer service I have ever received in my life

Purchased a Suzuki King Quad from PCP Motorsports.Im very happy with the buying experience. Anthony and Eric were no pressure salesman, they were also very informative about their vehicle selection and helped me find the right quad for my needs!

This place was not honest with me. They had a bike in stock, told me it wasn’t in stock when I called, then I went in to look around and it was there on the floor the same day. I went home and called the salesperson again and he said it was a tough bike to find and that he could put out a search for one. He said I would pay 6,000 out the door for one (4600 msrp). I said I’d look elsewhere, and the bike magically reappeared on their website a few days later. Same stock number. Shady practices!

Everyone in the sales dept are friendly. No complaints but be prepared they have good prices so if your coming for one you could leave with two!!

Ive bought 2 motorcycles here. No sales pressure and they have had pretty good sales both times. Usually one of the best prices on tires installed. Ill take off a star because they dont include all of the fees in their online ads, and you have to call them.

How can one even consider buying a motorcycle and or riding gear from a dealer who wont answer their phone. What kind of people are operating this dealership? Its almost laughable that I tried 5 different times today and getting the same results - IE no one comes to the phone. A dealership which cares would also respond to these reviews. Evidently they dont give a darn.

Weve been coming here for years & years. From dirt bike needs to street bikes. Just recently purchased our ❤🏍2020 GSXR 1000R❤🏍! My only wish is that their apparel was a bit larger selection. Overall its really nice to have a shop close to EG.

This place has horrible sales people. A few years ago I tried to buy a bike here. I asked to test drive it and they went straight into negotiations, ignoring my request. I bought a better bike for a better price in Petaluma. I even test drove it before we talked any business. I recently tried PCP again. They claimed the industry doesn’t test drive bikes. If you want to spend twenty grand on a bike you can’t try out first, this is the place for you.

I really felt like they did not help me at all definitely think it’s because I’m a girl that’s sad I’m angry as a matter of fact.

Excellent service

Giving 3 stars because they do good work, but loss 2 due to how they do bussiness. Was quoted over the phone a much lower price and when i went in to pick up my motorcycle it was much more than what was discussed. Not going to mention names, but when i complained i was made out to be a liar. I ended up having to get the bar envolved and lets just say im getting a refund. Like i said they do great work but make sure any quotes you get is signed and documented before they start on repairs. This was a headache I dis not need. Sadly this is enough for me to start going somewhere else for my future cycle needs as my complaibt to management was not enough and had to escalate to the bar which i did not want to do, but cant let people take advantage of you.

These folks are unprofessional and rude. As a first time rider I was excited to purchase my first bike and a small 300 with ABS seemed like a good place to start. I decided to come check out this place since they had a great selection of bikes in-stock. I saw one to my liking and decided to make a purchase. It was near closing time and all was going well until I was making the payment on the bike. Since this would be the first time having to ride home on the freeway I asked the salesman if they could throw in delivering the bike to my house 15 miles away. The salesman did not care about safety and had the nerve to ask me delivery? what? you dont know how to ride? in an extremely obnoxious tone. All these guys care about is making a quick sale buck rather than long time loyal customers. I recommend taking your business elsewhere and do not come here.

I bought a new Kawasaki Mule from PCP this past month and found the owner and his staff to be very helpful with my purchase. They helped me choose the right model and color for me and the service department did an excellent job going over operating details of the Mule. Also, they corrected without hesitation, a minor issue with the paint on the particular Mule that I chose. They give a discount on accessories at the time of purchase, so I chose to add a windshield, a roof, and a tow attachment, which the service department installed for me. The owner is accessible and he participates in providing great customer service as well. I had a question regarding the gear shift once I got my Mule home. It wasnt shifting smoothly. This is something covered under warranty. The owner took it back to his mechanics and they adjusted it for me without charge. I depend on my Mule everyday at my ranch, so it was really great that they were able to pick it up on Tuesday, service it right away and return it the next day on Wednesday evening. I would recommend this business!

My favorite dealership in NorCal. Most efficient dealership I have ever been to, I was in and out in an hour with my new bike! I saved over $3000 because they had a hard-to-find leftover model as well. I didnt pay any extra fees besides the ones that were advertised and the salesman didnt push me on any warranties or any of that. I really dont need all the niceties when buying a motorcycle/car, personally I just want to get in and out and go ride, and this place didnt waste any of my time. I drove from two hours away, and would shop here again.

Bought a GSXS1000 from them a month ago first thing when i brought it home i removed both seats to clean. when they were installing battery on NEW bike they broke ALL tabs on fuse box cover and just stocked it under fuse box if this is how they repair/service bike? STAY FAR SWAY.3 weeks late my battery started getting weak for no reason had bike set for 4 days only everything turned off, woke up in the morning to go work and bike wouldnt start dead battery. had battery tested if failed load test only after 3 weeks of use. Called them and they told they will need bike for couple of days to test battery. I explained to them i did all testing already bike draws 0.01 amp stand by ignition off. i wont let them touch my bike after discovering broken fuse box.Update. Management fire all your service people that worked on Monday 9/17 was there today and they told me motorcycle dont have charging system and I need to charge my bike by my self. most stupidest thing I heard. So i asked them what is stater and rectifier for he answered: cant tell you. they told me that why i ride everything runs of battery like light wow i said you are so damn. They keep wanted me to buy battery charger. Went out and bought new battery 3 weeks later problem fixed now motorcycle sits for 2 weeks and starts no problem. And they told me that my battery 105% healthy.

This place is rad. Smells like fresh rubber. Shiny new motorcycles everywhere, friendly knowledgeable, helpful staff. Tons of clothing, accessories, gear, helmets, gloves, boots, jackets, goggles, sport bikes, dirt bikes, quads, and this weird thing that looks like a cross between a golf cart and a tank. They will order any part they dont have, but they have a lot. Highly recommend.

Stopped by PCP yesterday with my friends to see a Kawasaki H2. Man o Man was this a bad experience. I have been to this place to look at motorcycles and jet skis a bunch of times and no one every comes to help you or even greet you. Every time I end up going somewhere else and buying something. Yesterday the sales person told me to come back after 4 months to even order or see an H2. I called roseville motorsports right from there and got them to locate an H2 for me and make me a deal while I was still standing in there dealership. What a shame. The entire team here either needs to fix there attitude or needs to be replaced by the owner. Dont waste your time go Roseville. They will treat you much better.

Everyone I dealt with on from Anthony on the sales floor to Kevin in financing were incredibly accommodating. They all fought tooth and Nail to get me on and keep me on my bike. Which I don’t imagine was easy with my troubled credit past. Thank you to everybody there that helped me out.

I recently bought an as is, no warranty scooter and it was a good experience. I paid a fair price and drove off. Later that day, it began running rough. I brought it back the next day and it was repaired (new plugs), the same day, for free! PCP exceeded all my expectations! Theyve earned my loyalty. I highly recommend PCP.

Just bought a KX250 from PCP great customer service and prices

I have had excellent service in the past when my husband contacted this company to have work done on my bike. Once I started contacting them, the excellent service person we had dealt with never seemed to be the one answering phones when I called. I am not sure if he is still there. Since then I have been laughed at by a male service person on the phone when I said I did my own work on my bike, told one thing one week, and then told another thing a week later. I do more work on my own bike than most guys do. I am wondering if I am the only female that goes to this shop that gets treated this way.

I bought a 2016 Yamaha Super Tenere from PCP. Friendly, helpful sales. Awesome bike! The cruise control never worked for more than a few minutes, before self-triggering off (without touching any controls). I took it to the service dept who couldnt and wouldnt do anything to help. In four plus months of never getting it to work they said they couldnt getting to stop. Right... (BS). We cant replicate the issue translates We cant fix this issue. Call Yamaha or take it to a different shop. Unbelievable. Friendly service but technically incompetent!

After shopping multiple dealerships in town for the past couple of weeks I settled on PCP Motorsports to purchase my new Kawasaki Versys 1000. The main reason is they treated me with respect and showed appreciation for my business. I tend to be a tough customer that does his homework and shops around for the best deal but despite my ways they treated me very well. I would recommend them to anyone in the market for a new bike. They had the MOST inventory in stock off all the dealers I visited!

If you get the parts guy who knows your motorcycle, service is excellent and knowledgeable. If you arent careful though they will order the wrong parts, tell you that you need parts you dont need, give you batteries that fit newer years or older years, not your year.Ive had great experience with PCP Motorsports when I knew the part number of what I was looking for and just gave them a list to order. Often a bit pricey, but usually quick to get the parts.When Ive purchased parts without knowing the specific part number, but providing all necessary information about the bike and part name, I have been handed the same kind of part, but for the wrong year or entirely wrong model. Was given a lock set for a different Kawasaki when I order one for an EX250, they ordered the same lock set right in front of our eyes and we had to point out on their screen the correct part (which was clearly labeled on their screen).Wheels were mounted and balanced here, they didnt clean the rims first and the stick-on weights fell off in the trunk of my car. They properly cleaned and balanced them, but we had to drive back across town. There wasnt even a questioned asked or any verification with receipt or name, the way they took the wheels without hesitation or knowledge of our person and re-balanced with no work-order makes me think this happens a lot. I feel like I could probably tear weights off of the rims, mount the tires myself, and get a free balancing by claiming they did it and the weights fell off. Not a good way to do business.Bike prices are high, and there is little give by the salespeople who are only interested in selling my beginner friend a Hayabusa. This is tantamount to attempted murder! Your wallet size does not designate ability!I wish there was an alternative shop in the area, Good Times has taken a similar turn for the worse.

GREAT PLACE. I love the customer service here. I purchased my first motorcycle here and couldnt be happier. The sales people were not pushy at all. I told them to leave me alone and they did. They advised me that if I had any questions they wouldnt be very far... and they werent. Eventually I had a few questions and inquired about their personal opinions on various bikes. The sales person sent my requests up to the guy behind the computer no matter how absurd it may have sounded. He never once pressured me into going higher, buying more, or purchase something I did not want or need. The deal I got is even better than the deal through the Costco Powersports Program. They even shipped for free.I will purchase every motorcycle through them from here on out.go there and ask for Big Al Ezell...you wont regret it
