I have done business with this shop every time I need body work. Clark is amazing and my vehicle is always restored to like it was before. He really takes the time to make sure everything is done right, I cannot recommend this shop highly enough. It is so nice to have a business you can trust to do the job right the first time.

Please do not take you car to this body shop, worst experience after 7 months since last third repair because since first repair they did all wrong, look at the picture all the water got inside my suv during the rain where they did the “repair”.

The staff here were great and easy to work with! I was given 2 choices on how to approach the body work needed for my car- a cheap quick fix or a more expensive but more secure repair job.I appreciated having options! Not to mention, the service was done quickly- they gave me rides TO and FROM my apartment in midtown, and were so super kind. I would def come back here again! :) Thanks you guys! OH and my car looks a million times better they even washed it!!

I had previously used another body repair shop for my body work needs until they went out of business. So when my sons car was involved in a accident I wasnt sure who to call. Luckily a friend of mine had just had a repair done by 16th street auto body. They were extremely happy with the work done. So I decided to give them a try. From beginning to end they were very thorough, knowledgeable, and friendly. My sons car turned out beautiful. Im very pleased with the repairs. Thank you guys so much!

Unfortunately, I have had three body damage incidents to my vehicle in the last 3 years. Fortunately, I discovered 16th st auto body and they make it easy to get my car fixed. They are fast, professional, and they do good work. I would recommend them to anyone who wants a quality body shop in Sacramento.

My vehicle was recovered and towed to 16th Street Auto Body in March. Upon receiving the estimate for repairs, my insurance company approved the repair costs, so David began ordering parts. Understandably, some parts were on back order, so I didnt rush them taking this into consideration. As time went by, I started to get the run around on the delivery date. Id call every 3-4 days to find out when the vehicle would be completed, but I could not seem to get a specific date, simply that were waiting on parts.This went on until David was eventually fired for a variety of things, none of which concern me. Finally, on June 8th, I got a call from Clark informing me that they discovered additional damage to the vehicle which would push the repair costs over the limit for the insurance company, leaving me without a vehicle and 2 months worth of out of pocket rental fees.Clark apologized and told me that they would do their best to rectify the poorly mismanaged job by compensating me for some of my out of pocket costs. That was 30 days ago, and Clark has dodged my calls entirely leaving me to pay for all of the additional out of pocket costs due to their delay.Sometimes businesses are put in a bad position by incompetent employees, but ultimately that is the cost of doing business, and this cost should not be passed on to the consumer.DONT use your insurance companies preferred vendor list. Their guaranty for repairs is backed up by nothing... Lesson learned

These guys are super friendly, professional and efficient. I had some small scratches that they said they could easily take care of if I brought the touch up paint from the dealership to match. They even buffed out some small scratches on the same area. They let me come in the same day and took care of it while I waited.Will definitely come back here if I need anything else done. Its always business when it comes to shops we all know that. However 16th street Auto Body gave me the sense of a well established family. I took a brief tour of thier facility and I must say its up to par. Full transparency isnt one of thier moto, but I think it should be because of their level of professionalism. If your have any issues with your vehicle, take it to 16th street Auto Body because not only will you get quality work, youll also get reliable and long lasting work done on your car at a fair price. This is my go-to shop. They are reasonably priced, they do excellent work and they give good advice for decision-making. They will work with you to do what you can afford when messy. Highly Recommended. AAA approved.

The shop is actually off of 12th Street across from the backside of Loaves and Fishes where the light rail runs. Staff here are very friendly and ready to assist with your needs. Lobby is very clean and organized with a nice flat screen TV to watch while you wait.

Clark & the Crew are great! Since they are pre-approved by my insurance company to do body repair, I automatically go there whenever there is a fender-bender in my life.Things I like: courteous professional attention, quick response on estimates, they work with me to minimize the time I have to leave the car for the repairs (Hint: Get the parts on site before starting the repair period), good communication on the status of my repair work, excellent quality on the repairs, and a nice clean car when its all done.Totally recommend them for car body work.

Very honest people, they love and happy to help getting car damage precises as low as possible.I had great experience with them twice.1. They repaired scratches on my car door. It was not more than 10 minute job of polishing. When I try to pay them, they said thats OK we dont charge you, it was so quick and easy job for us HONEST PEOPLE2. I had another scratch on front bumper, they just fixed with touch up paint. Again they didnt charge penny on this job.

This place is not the best for sure. I was delayed in making plans, when a minor repair would be done and was not because the wrong part was delivered from the dealership with no accounting on who was responsible. I was quoted a lower price on the part and ended up paying more afterwards. This place reminded me of politicians who tell you one thing and you end up getting a bad deal in the long run.

I have a2015 Mazda 3 hatchback. I needed 3 doors replaced. My car was suppose to be fixed to pre_accident condition. Quack... When I got my car back 3 bolts were so loose on the bracket I could screw them with my hand. That is just one of the many multiple things they did wrong. Im going to sue them and take my car to Gamboas like I should have done to begin with.
