Shady shady shady. They post ads on Craigslist that say a car has a clean title but when you actually check the VIN, its a salvage. Make sure you always do all of your homework on a used car, and shop somewhere else. Theres plenty of honest dealers out there!

They are your typical car dealer. I got a great car, but 916 auto sales loaded the contract until I paid nearly 3000 more than expected. Then it took six months and five trips to get my tags. When I received them I noted the dealer had received the tags a week and a half after I purchased a car.

DO NOT BUY HERE! Only after the warranty expired I noticed ALOT of problems with my car(2013 Dodge Challenger) They sold it to me in summer and cut the heat supply so the ac would work, headlights stopped working, paint started chipping away (cheap), tires started cracking, and check engine light is on. I’ve taken this car to 2 different shops and both crews said that the dealer made it presentable scumbag fashion for a sale. It was my first car buying experience but now I know to make sure to read the reviews and really know what I’m buying. Worst investment and experience I’ve ever dealt with. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Not worth the time they laughed at me over the phone. Called me by two different phone numbers refused to put a manager on the phone. Refused to give a corporate number. Lied about accepting two different banks that is posted on their third party site because they wanted me to use their own credit union. I was ready go put cash down and take the car that same day. I rather take my business elsewhere. Rude attitude ghetto and they have been reported to the state. Enjoy.

The car owner and Mike sold me a truck with no heater core working $1200 repair cost and with air bags deployed $900 repair cost. No windshield wipers fluid. Along with no oil changed and car smelt bad. Even though was in an accident no mention that major accident car rolled over. I had to go 6 months without a car and rented to get by for work. Only plus was the car had new tires. Do not do business with this shady car dealer. This guy will shake your hand look you in the eyes and screw you. I am a poor person who does not have much to offer and Mike and the owner took advantage of me when I did not know much about cars. Some of these reviews are fake and are from this dealers friends. Do not believe the owner and Mikes excuses when they know what they did wrong. I paid this dealer $2500 down plus $100 extra a month for in house financing only to find out the truck is deemed unsafe to drive.

Probably the best car buying experience weve had. It Was awesome! They were not pushy, very knowledgeable and we were able to do the paperwork quickly. We will definitely go back in the future.

I am giving a 1 star because there is no option to give none. I walked into the dealership and went to look at the car a BMW that my husband found on a website. The guy inside the office shut the curtains and didnt even came outside to help us! After reading some reviews here I think it was the Lord protecting us from even considering this place to buy a good car. Yikes!

My experience was awesome. I didnt feel pressured, I didnt feel rushed. We came with bad credit and not too much of a down payment and stressed out that we didnt have a car. We left happy and satisfied! We got a great deal a reasonable monthly payment as well as a great vehicle that fit our family! I have to say we went home without the big load of stress that we had carried the whole day of being without a car. Thanks

I bought a 2006 Ford Fusion from here at the end of February, and the car was supposed to have a 3 month warranty that I paid for. I never received the warranty information like they said I would, despite multiple requests for it. Right at the end of what would have been the warranty period, the engine dies completely. A short circuit destroyed the ignition coils, computer, spark plugs... everything. The car is totaled. I call up the company that was supposed to service the warranty, hoping they will honor the warranty since this doesnt just happen overnight; the car likely had the issue at the time of sale and was fixed until it wasnt their problem anymore. Well, come to find out the warranty company has absolutely no record of the car. They pocketed the extra cash and didnt activate the warranty. After that I called this dealer back, explaining the situation, and the owner yelled and cursed me out, literally saying go f- yourself. I will be filing complaints and lawsuits.

The guys here are amazing! Very helpful and honest and helped me get into a very nice suv it was definitely an upgrade compared to what I even thought I could get. Would definitely recommend them to others. Very reasonable prices on their vehicles.

I recently visited multiple dealerships, came across 916 Auto Sales, and the experience was far above my expectations. The Lady that greeted me offered me water with in the first few mins of my visit due to it being hot that day. I proceeded to look around and was taken over to a 2016 Honda Civic. At first a little hesitant on the vehicle but after driving it I fell in love. A none pushy negotiation and I was on the road. Definitely recommend this place. This place is complete rip. They sell broken cars buyers beware. I purchased a car 3 weeks ago and shortly after that the service engine light comes on and that the transmission was toast. Called in for my title and I was cussed at because I asked for my title. Do not buy cars from here they are a bunch of low life scammers. The car was totally unsafe it would stall in the middle of traffic with my family in it. Thank god my family was not harmed. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE these guys are low life scum that will take your money with unsafe and unreliable vehicles.

My parents bought a car here in March. They should have walked away from this shady dealership. It was one bad experience after another.First, after my parents decided which car they wanted, they wanted to pay with their debit card. They had all the money in the bank to pay for the car in full. The lady there, for whatever reason, wouldnt run the card and told my parents to go get a check from the bank. My parents drove around for several hours looking for a bank that was open on a Saturday afternoon. They went back to the dealership without a check as all the banks were closed and told the lady they would come back some other day. Now, she decides to run the debit card and of course it goes through.Later, the DMV paperwork comes in the mail and the dealership had spelled my moms name wrong. My mom had caught it at the time and corrected it. They assured her they would correct it on their end, but they didnt. We called them about it and they said Just go to the DMV and fix it. Its so easy! So my mom had to find time in her 10 hour work days to go to the DMV and fix the dealerships mistake.Now my mom gets a Vehicle Registration Renewal Notice in the mail. During the talks with Finance, they had told her there was a $380 fee that would go towards 2 years on the registration so they wouldnt have to worry about the registration for 2 years. I called them and talked to the manager, Valeria. She was very short and very rude and she hung up on me the first time when I asked her about the fee. She explained the fee was because they renewed the registration at the time of purchase and now theres a renewal. She said Pay the fee to the DMV and thats it. I said So were getting a registration renewal now and its only been 3 months... She said Its been 5 months, which shes admitting it hasnt been a year yet. I asked about the fee again and she changes the story saying the fee is because there were fees attached to the car due to the car being repossessed. I told her thats not what was told to my mom at the time of purchase. Her response is She signed the papers, she walked out the door, she drove off the lot. Theres nothing I can do about it. Were done. Basically shes saying You were lied to and I dont care.I dont know why my parents didnt walk away from this place. My advice to you is that you should not only walk away from this dealership, but run! Waste of time and money.

This lot wow they say someone else put it on the web one person denied it was them all together when I showed the website oh someone else listed those yes right faslse avertizement not to mention its in a bad neighborhood! listed 3 classic El Caminos a Chevelles other classic inventory . Had the nerve to tell me about large inventory of well used in ventory . Junk .

Your total down pay should go ALL on the car. You never pay the dealership.

Worse customer service ever! Says they open at 11:00am, called to see if someone would be there.. After they just hang up on you 3 or 4 times they said someone would be there at 11:30, and it’s noon and still no one. Keep your lemons! And thanks for wasting half my day.

Went to check out a car posted online by the dealership. The car looked nothing like in the pictures, was beat to hell and the inside was plain nasty even for my standards. Wont be coming back here. Seems like another shady car dealership.
